After finding someone nice enough to give her a ride to the trailhead, Judith arrived where she left her car.
When she got there her eyes fell on the yellow tape shutting the path that led into the woods, it was police tape. She wasn't surprised since the guy that gave her a ride told her that They've "shut down" the woods and told everyone to stay out of there after they found the bodies.
She thanked the man for the ride and walked over to her car, which is the only car left in the trailhead's parking lot. She was praying the police didn't search it or found it suspicious.
They can't do that without a search warrant.....right? she thought.
As she reached her car, she took a look inside and everything seemed in its right place.
She let out a sigh of relief. Now that she has her car, which has everything she needs inside she felt relaxed. She reached into her bra where she kept her car key hidden and took it out, she was about to unlock her car when everything and all of a sudden without a warning turned black.
Black, silent, Cold, and uncomfortable.
She's been knocked out.
But Judith didn't know it, the only thing she knows is that she was resting now. Whatever this is, she considered it a little nap, but she wished she had a comfortable pillow to go with it.
And maybe more freedom with her legs and hands to stretch around- but wait...
What is this again? She started to think maybe it was time to open her eyes.
And she did.
Slowly Judith opened her tired eyes, she couldn't see anything at first but once her vision came back to her completely she wished it didn't. She was laying on some cold hard floor, it was too familiar for her liking.
As she opened her eyes, she saw something- someone looking back at her, some familiar "eyes".
She let out a groan as she heard a voice saying "Told ya you'd be back here." Followed by a laugh.
As she took in the surroundings better, she realized she was back in the same cold dark room, in the same cabin she was held at, surrounded by the same two bastards who chased her in the woods and held her hostage.
"Mh-..ugh fuck..." Judith rolled around and tried to sit up but this time her legs were tied up.
"Oh..you gotta be kidding me.." she blurred.
Judith thought maybe this is a nightmare, that maybe if she closed her eyes again this will all go away. However, one of the two men who are now wearing their masks again, grabbed her by the collar of her shirt and lifted her up making her sit.
"Get up." He hissed. It was the one with the white mask, which one she knows named Tim.
The man let go of her after she sat up, Judith leaned back on the same wall she was held against when she almost died and let out a long sigh. She looked up at the men who stood silent with a bored look, she was getting tired of them.
The silence felt like a decade. But one of
them- Brain, finally spoke.
"What was that." He asked.
'What was what- oh. They must be talking about what happened in the motel..' she thought.
"Oh hi Brain, nice seeing you again- actually not gonna lie, it's not. What the fuck do you-"
SLAP-
"AHH!- you- YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUS ANGER ISSUES BUDDY!" she screamed letting out the pain of the slap on Tim who slapped her.
Frown-face, also known as brain kneed down in front of her and held her face making him look at her. "Answer me, what was that back at the motel."
She bit her lip trying to cope with the pain of her burning now red cheek. "Seriously..w-what do you want with me.." she whispered.
"You already know," Frown-face whispered back. "We also want to know what was that." He added.
Judith took a long breath, she is truly getting sick of all this.
"And why should I answer to you?...you know, what do what fucking ever you want. Bitch-face over here can kill me for all I care!! I'm so fucking done with this whole stupid job!! Ugh!!" She blurted and tried Turing her face away from him.
"Didn't you fucking say you were done!?" Bitch-face said.
"You said the man who--"
"THAT was the man who I work for okay!! Back at the motel! That was him- and my stupid damn job isn't done- BECAUSE OF YOU TWO!!" she yelled.
The two men shared a look for a minute before looking back at the women.
Bitch-face, also known as Tim kneeled in front of her as well.
"And who exactly are you working for?" He asked.
Judith let out an exaggerated sigh as she rolled her eyes.
Frown-face took the hint that she was not going to answer him, so he questioned her again.
"What is your job, Jenna?" He asked.
Her eyes darted from the floor to him.
"Chris Mitchell is my job. He needs to be gone, then my job's done." She answered.
"Hm." He nodded.
"You still haven't answered us, who the fuck are you working for." Growled bitch-face. "And what was that back at the motel?!" He continued.
"I already fucking told you! THAT was the thing I work for!! And speaking of, I really hope by some miracle it fucking come here and take care of you two because I'm so done with you!!" She growled back. "But of course it won't because I'm sure it enjoys seeing me like this.." she murmured to herself.
"I think we heard enough." Said frown-face as he got up, he reached and took a gun out of his back pocket. "I told you this won't end up well for you if you tried anything." He said as he pointed the gun at her.
Judith wasn't surprised this time, she kinda saw it coming.
"Whatever.." she murmured as she closed her eyes.
It's okay, it's not fair but it's okay.
She didn't have a life anyways, she might've at one point but she can't imagine going back to that same life- she thought maybe she can start a new life, a new life with him, and then things can be back to how it used to be. Oh but at least he is alright and well, she doesn't know it but he should be, he should be alright. Those were her final thoughts.
Oh one more thing, she thought.
She's not going down just like this, the least she can do is tease them.
She opened an eye and looked at them as the sides of her lips twitched into a smile.
"Oh by the way, guess who I ran into as I left that shitty motel? Hehe, Chris fucking Mitchell."
"Oh yeah? Then hate to tell ya you're terrible at your job since he's still walking."
"Oh no that was on purpose, I was supposed to meet him tonight to you know, finish my job but of course, you bastards had to just ruin this for me- anyways the thing is, he happened to mention the tapes you're all crazy about and I really don't know why it's a big deal since he already said you wore your dumb masks and--"
"Get to the point." Said frown-face.
"That's rude. Anyways- ONE, he knows all about you- are you really on those tapes? That's dumb why would you film whatever is on there? TWO, you two fuckers should thank me because guess what? I actually convinced him not to hand them to the cops which he was about to do- heck I even convinced him not to skip town!! Damn, I can even get those tapes if I wanted to!! I'm so better at this than you two- oh and the other one with the goggles what was his name?- combined. Hmph." She babbled.
"You done? Fucking shoot her already." Bitch-face hissed.
"Uh ha- oh! Oh wait one more thing!! Oh yeah, and he totally told his friends. Freaking teenagers can't keep anything to themselves-- Good luck getting all the tapes back before the cops get to them! Or worse, they post them on whatever stupid site those nerds are on."
"If you're not gonna shoot her then I will- "
"How many tapes are there." Asked Frown-face. He already knows of course; however, he wants to check if she's not making things up.
Judith raised an eyebrow. "Four tapes, divided between him and his friends." She answered.
Frown-face pulled his gun back and put it back into his pocket. He took at his partner before motioning for him to follow him as he headed for the door.
"Are you fucking kidding me.." the other one followed after him and they left the room.
"What!? What now!! No no no we are not doing this AGAIN!? Come on!! Ugh!!" She screamed at them. "If you're gonna kill me- JUST DO IT ALREADY!!...assholes."
Judith leaned back into the wall behind her as she rolled her eyes in frustration.
"...Unreal." She whispered.
A few minutes later the door opened again and Brain, not Frown-face because he had his mask off. He walked in and over to her.
"I think we did all of this before...you either let me go or--"
"You talk too much." He said as he kneeled down with a knife in hand, he started cutting her ropes off.
"Excuse me--" she gasped.
A ghost of a smirk appeared on his lips. "Guess what, maybe this does end up well for you."
"yeah?! Maybe it would if you stopped kidnapping and holding me hostage!"
He finished cutting her ropes and stood up. Judith got up a moment after as she rubbed her wrists. "What do you want now?" She asked.
"You still haven't watched any of the--"
"the damn tapes?!" She threw her hands up. "No! No, I haven't watched the damn tapes- you know what all this talk about them actually made me curious, otherwise, trust me I want nothing nor I'm interested in your stupid tapes alright!? Now are you gonna let me go now or what?!" She said Annoyed.
"Yes." He said.
"Of course no- what?...." She tilted her head as she narrowed her eyes confused.
"Yes but no, you are free to go on one condition"
"Again with this-"
"We get the tapes back, you get Chris Mitchell." He offered.
She was about to protest when she shut her hanging mouth and thought about what he just said. "You know I don't even have to listen to you right? What are you going to do? Kill me? You can go ahead really..."
"Yes, or you can assist us in getting those tapes then you can have Chris Mitchell. You are going to make sure he's gone correct? Which satisfy the both of us." He argued. "You can be on your way after that." He added.
She thought about this. This is exactly what she wants, but she doesn't trust them.
However, it is a good deal, maybe she can walk out of this alive after all- even though she doubts after all the things fate has been throwing at her during this task.
After a minute of consideration, she thought what is there to lose?
She bit her lip for a second then sighed. 'I really need to stop making these types of deals...' she thought. "Fine!..alright fucking whatever."
"Good, come then." He nodded and headed for the door.
"What, no blindfold this time..." she mumbled sarcastically.
"Would you like me to?" He replied.
"No! No, I'm good.." she rolled her eyes and walked after him.
The moment she stepped out the door she was hit with the change of scenery.
"Oh are you kidding me-" she gasped as she took in the rest of the cabin, it looked better compared to the Empty dark cold room she was held in, it looked nice. "You had all of this here but you threw me in there!?... You could've made my almost last minutes a little comfortable!!"
"You're not in a position to complain you fucking know that right? Did you tell her she talks too fucking much?!" Shouted the now unmasked man sitting on one of the kitchen table chairs.
"I'll fucking talk as much as I want and if you don't like that it's your damn problem." She shouted back at him crossing her arms.
"I think we should still shoot her, sure we can take care of those brats without her."
Brian walked over to him and sat down. "We can, but it's going to take time." He announced.
"Didn't you say that about the tapes? Look where we at now- nowhere and it's the bitch's fault!"
"Hey I took you there!! I've done my part. Otherwise, how the fuck were I supposed to know if they were still there or not!?" Judith said still standing between the living room area and the kitchen.
"You never shut up huh?! Maybe I should shut you up then--"
"And you can't even talk without turning all hulk- oh you really need to work on those anger issues! See a shrink or something!!"
"THAT'S IT--" unmasked bitch-face, also known as Tim got up from his chair as he slammed his hand on the table. "Tim." Brian said, more like warned.
Judith stood there arms crossed, eyes locked with the man who stared back at her, fuming.
After What was just a few seconds, but felt like minutes, he finally turned away.
"I need a fucking smoke." He murmured before storming out of the door in the kitchen.
"Ehm, you said you are going to see the boy tonight?" Brian said ignoring him and looking at Judith Instead.
"Uh ha, yes." She nodded and took some steps closer.
"I see, then you can ask him about the whereabouts of the tapes, and which friends of his have them." He said.
She walked even closer and into the kitchen, she was standing next to the kitchen table on the other side facing him.
"First, what makes you think he will just tell me hm? Second, how do you know I won't just get my job done and leave?" She asked.
He gave her a slight grin. "I thought you said you are good at this, you'll find a way." He answered. "As for you dipping, who said you'll be going alone?"
"I don't need a babysitter and I'm actually true to my word." She announced.
Unless I got the perfect chance, then my word jumping off the window. She thought.
"Hm. Well, you don't have a say in that, we are working together." He said as he got up and took something out of his pocket, a car key.
"Here." He handed her the key to her car.
"Is that-"
"It's parked outside, you can get your clothes and there's a room at the end of the hallway with a ba--"
She looked at the key in her head. "Wait-Did you go through my car?! My stuff?!--"
He only shrugged.
"Oh my god...just who gave you the fucking permission!?-"
The man chuckled as he walked past her.
"Oh and don't try to run away, I think this time it definitely won't end well for you. I'm not bargaining with you anymore, Jenna." He said as he walked away, leaving her standing there.
That's NOT my name, she shouted in her head.
