You walked along the street taking in very tall building the rain pouring from the sky, the busy people rushing to get out of the rain. And so on. You continued to walk along the street when you saw your old schoolmates walking in your direction. You looked at them then put your head down. You was only a few steps away from Anteiku  so why now?

And they weren't just any random people either they were the ones that bullied you. You looked at them from under your hood and then looked away. All of a sudden you got tried up you was going to land on on your sketch book but you managed to save it just in time.

You wouldn't have cared if the sketch book just held your drawings but it didn't. You had your mother and your father drawing in it. You wanted everyone close to you to draw in it. You know just in case.

You was about to get up and walk away but then you got stopped by one of the kids. You was about to look who it was but instead of actually seeing who it was you a fist about to hit your face. Once it made contact with your face you closed your eyes in pain. You got kicked in the stomach really hard. That hard that you brought up blood. When they were going to get another punch in you closed your eyes. But the impact never came.

You opened your eyes and saw a dark blue hair lowing in the wind. "What are you doing?" You heard a cold voice say. And not just any cold voice it was Ayato.

"Ayato!" You whispered in surprise.

"Beating up a defenceless girl when she didn't even do anything is wrong. Don't you think?" Ayato told them.

You looked at him with shock. The ones that tried to beat you up went to attack Ayato but he dodged it and then punched them. All of them started to run off and Ayato turned to you and looked down at you. "Why are you shortie? Didn't you leave this morning?" He asked you.

You looked at him and then smiled, you was about to get up but Ayato helped you. You looked at him and your smile grew. "Thank you Ayato." You told him. Ayato on the other hand just looked at you and he moved to the blood that was coming out of your mouth thanks to that boy.

"So what are you doing here?" He asked you again in a cold tone of voice.

"My mother and father wanted me to go outside since wanted some alone time." You told him.

He nodded his head and then the both of you walked up to the café. When you walked in you could see Touka and everyone there. You smiled as she walked in but Touka's eyes widened as she saw you. "what happened?" She asked

Ayato explained everything to her while she was getting a wet towel and got the blood off of you. You looked at her with a smile on your face. Once the blood was off you looked up to Touka. "Can I have a coffee please?" You asked holding up the money. She looked at you with a smiled on her face and turned to Ayato. Ayato looked at her with a bored expression on his face then went off to ask the manager.

Touka took you to a chair and you got out your drawings. You was obsessed with angels right now. So that's what your father drew for you. Your mother drew a princess for you. You wanted everyone in Anteiku to draw as well. So then you have something to remember them by.

Touka came over to you and sat down With you. "Touka will you draw something in this?" You asked her. She looked at you and then looked at the book. "It's a book that I want everyone that means alot to me to draw in." You told her. You passed her a pencil and you could tell that she was happy that you thought of her like that. She had a wide smile while looking at the book.

"What should I draw?" She asked you.

You shrugged at her and then smiled when you looked at her. "something you like. Don't forget to sign." You told her. She looked at you and then nodded her head. She started to draw and you looked at Ayato who was walking your way.

"What you doing?" He asked Touka while giving you your coffee.

"Y/N wants me to draw something for her." She told him.

"Ayato will you draw som...."

"No."

He didn't even hesitate when he said that. It was as if he never had any fought that he was ever going to draw a picture for you. You sadly looked down and then nodded your head. After Touka was done it was a rabbit in a field. You smiled at that and then asked Enji to draw something he drew an ape. You also asked Yushimura (not sure if that's how you spell it.) He drew a coffee cup filled with coffee in a field filled with flowers. You asked Irimi to draw as well she drew a group of dogs.

And they all signed their pictures.

You smiled at them all but the one person that you actually wanted to draw in your book was Ayato but he didn't. After a while you grabbed your coat and done it up. "Bye guys and thank you for the coffee." You told them.

"Bye Y/N." (Irimi)

"Bye. See you soon" (Touka)

"Bye princess." (Enji)

"Be safe going home." (Yushimura)

"I'll walk you back just in case." (Ayato)

Your eyes widened as he said that to you and he grabbed his coat. Touka looked at him and then smiled as she watched the both leave. When you was walking home there was silence between the both of you. But you didn't mind that. As soon as you got half way you spoke.

"Why did you decide to walk me home Ayato?" You asked him.

He moved his icy blue eyes towards you and then opened his mouth. "Can't let you get hurt can I shortie?" He asked you. You looked at him with a smile on your face.

This is his way of showing that he cares.

The both of you continued to walk in silence you was happy that he was walking with you. Once you got home you walk to the door and then turned to him. "Bye Ayato!" You said with a smile on your face.

"See ya shortie."
