I knew something was wrong. I could feel it. I could sense another presence close by. It felt like a biting, bone chilling cold. I knew it wasn't natural because I didn't feel it on my skin; I felt it in the pit of my chest, slowly spreading throughout my body and limbs. I began to tremble because at that very moment I knew damn well we weren't alone. Something evil was lurking in the darkness with us.
