All were very happy in bureau, they have been awarded with digital awards for Best gallantry, distinguished services office in Mumbai. Every one were very excited and thrilled to receive sach a prestigious thing.

All had broad smile through out the day and to add to add cherry on the cake, Abhijeet & Tarika relationship has been finalized and will be married in couple of days. 

Its was late at night, Shreya was still completing her pending work which she wasn't able to do it due to visiting the fields work today. She was engrossed in her work when daya enter bureau as she notice her, he stop at the door but she was still lost in the file and computer.

He smiles looking at her and remember Abhijeet words.

***Abhi : Main kehdeta hu Daya.. (Daya try to interpret but Abhi stop him continuing)Humne waada kiya tha ek saath shaadi karne ka, aur agar tum shreya se apne dil ki baat nahi kahoge to meri aur tarika bhi shaadi last minute bhi cancel ho sakti hain.

Daya : Boss, kya bol rahe ho?

Abhi : Haa sahi bol raha hu, aage tumhari marzi.****

Its been 10 days since Abhi - Daya talk and preparation are going on for Abhirika marriage while Daya still did not get chance to talk to shreya. Today he has a chance infront of him but he is not sure of Shreya feelings. 

Daya :(stepping in smiling)Shreya tum abh tak gaayi nahi?

Shreya : (hearing his voice look up from file)Sir wo ye file ke details baki the to main ruk gaayi, lekin aap yaha?

Daya : (grabbing a gift from Abhijeet desk draw showing it to shreya)Bhaisab ne Tarika ke liye gift liya tha aur wo yahi bhul gaaye, abh dekho unke kaam mujhe karna pad rahe hain. (she smiles)ye shaadi bhi ajeeb hoti hain na? Shaadi unki hain aur kaam mein hum sab busy hain.

Shreya:(smiling)Ye kuch din unke liye bohut special din rahenge.(she smile lost in thinking while daya keep adoring her) Aur kehte hain na sir,shaadi ek naye zindagi ki shurvat hain to kuch naya shuru hone se phele ki khushi ki baat hi laga hoti hain.

Daya : (smiling)hmmm sahi keh rahi ho, waise tumhara kaam hogaya to saath chalte hain(she looks at his eyes while he clears his throat)I mean main drop kardunga tumhe.

Shreya : (smiling at him)Nahi sir, aap jaiye mujhe thoda aur time lagegea. 

Daya: Lekin raat kafi hogayi hain to tum..

Shreya : Sir mere pass apni bike hain aur main ek CID officer bhi hu so aap chinta maat kijiye meri.

Daya:Haa janta hu ki tum bohut bhadur CID officer ho lekin, sach ye bhi hain ki main bhi bohut acha insaan hu aur ek insaan dusre insaan ko itni raat ko akele jaane nahi dete. (sherya try to say but Daya shaking his head in no)Khayal rakha Illaj se acha hota hain.

She smiles and continue with her work while he rest his back of her front table leaning looking at shreya. He was recollecting all their moments until now.

Daya : (thinking)Tumhara mere zindagi mein aana kitna oridinary tha , tab maine kaha ye socha tha, mere saath kaam karne wali ek oridinary pyaari si ladki jiski hasi itni contagious hain ki baki sabke chere pe phel jaati hain jiska dil bacho ke liye hasta hain bado ke khushi mein khush hota hain uske aane se meri life bhi itna badal jaayegi. Shreya tum bohut khubsurat ho, i think nahi i know i like you.. 

Shreya fingers stop on the keyboard and she looks at Daya with eyes widely open while he was confused with her reaction. He looks back of him then again at her as she still starting at him with surprised look.

Shreya :(surprised)Sir, aapne.. kuch kaha?

Daya :(confused)huhhh.. na..nahi to..

Shreya:(smiling)Acha, mujhe laga aapne kuch kaha. 

She again start working while he scratch his head smiling with the past moment. He loved her reaction and broad smile was on his lips with thought that she heard him. His heart was jumping and beating very fast. He turn around unable to control his smile where as she gives him a look and gets busy in working again. His face was glowing with the smile and relaxed expressions, he looked at the team picture infront of him where she was standing next to him. 

His eyes focused on both them blurring the remaining ones and he thought how cute & good they looked with each other at the same time shreya tabs on his shoulder and he turn around smiling and she was confused. 

Shreya : (confused with him smiling)Sir, aap theek hain?

Daya : Haa, wo(controlling his smile)kuch nahi Abhi ka msg tha, hogaya tumhara kaam.

Shreya : Ji chaliye.

Daya :Haa chalo..

They left with daya following her as his heart smiling kept smiling, they get in Daya car and they start while daya smile stealing glances at shreya and she was looking outside smiling.

Daya : Bohut acha mausam hain na?

Shreya : Haa sir, bohut acha hain infact aapko pata hain iss mausam mein tapri ki kuldhad wali chai pine ka maaza hi kuch aur hain.

Daya : Aur garam garam wada pav bhi

Shreya : sach mein, itna yummy lagta hain.

Daya : Tumhe choti choti baatein mein khush hona bohut acha lagta hain na?

Shreya :Sir, badi badi kawasish pane mein kabhi kabhi hum har jaate hain aur jeena bhul jaate hain lekin inn choti choti khushiya ki baat hi alag hain khush rehna jeena bas aur chaiye zindagi mein.

Daya : Sahi kaha tumne hum jiss filed mein hain usmein aaye din kuch kuch dekhte rehte hain, Insab mein khushi ti hain to hamare pass hamesha hum rakh sakte hain.

She smiles looking at the Daya, she gets lost for a moment in his broad smile while he keep smiling on her beautiful little thought and her preseption about happiness. 

Shreya :Sirr....

She screams and he immediately stops the car to side worrying about her.

Daya: Kya hua?

Shreya :(pointing finger)Chai aur vada pav.

Daya :(smiles)Aise kaho na tumne to mujhe dara hi diya tha.

Shreya:sorry sir, lekin itna ache mausam mein agar humne ye miss kardiya to bohut paap lagega aur main nahi chati ki main ye miss karke aapko paap ka bhagidar banau.

Daya: Tum bhi na kitni bataein karti hu wo bhi ghuma ghuma ke, Abh ye yaha to nahi aayega hume hi jaana padega, chale.

Shreya: Ji..

They both get down and have tea and vada pav in the chilly weather while shreya was enjoying eating and daya keep adoring her eating with the smile contestant on his face. He was adoring her while she was taking sips of tea. 

Daya : Mujhe tum bohut achi lagti ho shreya.(she gets shocked and turn her face to him and see him constantly looking at her)Haa sach hain tumne jo bureau mein suna, pata nahi kab kaise lekin haa jo kuch bhi hamare beech iss waqt hain wo sab sach hain. Main tumhe bohut pasand karta hu shreya, mujhe (keeping his tea cup aside taking a step closer looking to her eyes)mujh..mujhe nahi pata tum iss baremein kya sochti ho lekin haa  ye sach hain ki mujhe tumse...

Shreya :(she stops him)sir.. (he looks at her while she takes a step back keeping her tea cup aside biting her lips, she looks at him)Sir, aap too..

Daya:(confused)Kya hua tum aise kyu react kar rahi ho? Kya tumhe mujhse pyaar..

Shreya: Sir.. ek minute please.. Main ye sab..

Daya: Ye sab kya shreya?kya tumhe sach mein mujhse pyaar nahi hain?

Shreya : Sir, please ek minute.. 

She was shocked while daya kept looking at her, his smile disappeared looking at her expressions. She was trying to think talk and analyze everything. After a while she gluped down her confused state took a glass of water from tapri having it she try to glance at daya who was looking at her. 

She turned around to look at daya who was looking at her in confused, smile was replaced with worry & tension on his face. His heart was beating fast while he kept looking at her constantly.

Shreya : Sir wo.. (this time he did not speak but kept looking at her)main aapki khushi ko aapki smile ko aapse dur nahi karna chati aur aapko aise tensed nahi dekh sakti. 

Daya : (he try to relax his expression)Main tumhe mere feelings accept karne ke liye force nahi kara raha hu, main bas bas haren hu ki jo mujhe laga wo tumnahi laga (he was looking down and she looks at him) Tumhe kuch bhi kehne ki zarurath nahi hain shreya agar tum mere liye wahi feel nahi karti to koi baat nahi hain. (looks at her)Ye meri feeling hain aur isse main shambhal lunga.

Shreya: Kaise shambhalenge sir, jo aapne kaha usse hamare beech sab kuch badal.

Daya: Kuch nahi badlega shreya, kuch bhi nahi. Hum phele bhi ache dost the saath kaam karte the abhi bhi waise hi rahenge. Ye ek parivaar hain aur ye ek parivar hi rahega. I promise.

She kept looking at him while he smiles at her and try to move but she hold his hand, he felt a different in her touch and turn around to look at her where he saw small smile on her lips. She take a closer step towards him.

Shreya : Aapko pata hain sir, Cid mein join hone se phele se main aapki bohut badi fan hu aur yaha aane ke baad mujhe aapko jaane ka samjh ne ka mauka mila. sach yahi ki agar aaj main cid mein hu to aapki wajha se, aapko yaad nahi hoga lekin 6 saal phele jab main apni police training ke last year mein thi tab mera accident hua tha aur aapne mujhe hospital leke gaaye the. (he was shocked to hear her)Lekin main aapki fan uss wajha se nahi bani main aapki fan aapki aachai sadgi aur aapka pyaar dkehke bani. Lekin CID mein aane ke baad pata nahi kab kaise aapne mere dil mein apni alag jagha bana li abh wo pyara hain ya (he was staring at her while she looks at him lowering her eyes)usse zyada hain samjh hi nahi aaya lekin aapke aaj ye kehne se ye samjh aagaya ki ek tarfa pyaar bhi pura hojata hain. (his eyes glow with sparkle hearing her) Haa sir main aapse bohut pyaar karti hu lekin mujhe laga shayad aap nahi.. (hesitatating)isliye maine kuch nahi kaha aur aapne pyara ko apne tak rakha taki main nahi chati thi ki aap inn sari baatein se uncomfortable hojao.

She was still looking down while he took a closer step and looked at her smiling trying to analyze what ever he heard is true and kept looking at her nervously moving fingers and she kept bitting her lips. He slowly bend down and touched her fingers sliding his hand in her. She gets surprised with this and kept looking at hand. He lift his head with touching her face. She closed her eyes tightly and nervousness was Cleary on her face while his heart kept skipping on her expression and her heart beats raising fast with each passing moment.

Daya : Tumne jo bhi kaha wo sach hain? 

She slowly open her eyes looked into his eyes while smiling nodding in yes, he smiling kept his hand on his face covering it taking heavy sigh in relief. He streach his hand take small round in his place laughing and she smiled looking at him. He jumps with his raising his hand in air and people around them looked at them. She looked at them and move towards daya trying to stop him but he hold her hand and take a turn making her do the same.

He was laughing while she also start smiling looking at him and they enjoy with small small children comes running to them and dance with them while others kept laughing and smiling at Dareya with children. Daya kept glancing at shreya and same with her. 

After some while they were standing near car holding hands. He was happy and she was happier than him, she almost gave upon him but life or fate what ever it said, always have different plans then us and now she is with him holding hands and looking happy. 

This happiness of any promise or any thing else but just being togeather in that moment.

Daya : Shreya, tum janti ho hum aapne aane wale kal se itna pareshan hojate hain ki  aaj ko jeena bhul jaate hain, lekin aaj ko special banana hamri zimedari hain baki jo bhi ho wo acha hi hoga.

Shreya:(Agreeing) Haa sir, isliye aaj iss pal ko sirf aapke saath ne khubsurat bana diya aur isse zyada khushi meri liye kuch nahi hain.

Daya : Isse Ishq ki khushi kehte hain. 

She smiles while he kept looking her smiling which now was glowing with blush. Both of them kept looking at each other with smiles on their face and happiness in their heart. Daya was finally able to express his heart and Shreya was finally able to receive his confession before it was late or before they would even think could happen.

They dont know what the futher holds but for this moment and for coming movements they are happy to be together and thats all what matters. She did light up his world while her world was going to kickstart with her love. They expressed their love in simple beautiful way which was special for them.

He take a small closer step while she kept looking at him in nervousness and he cupped her face and smiled at her expression teasing.

Daya : Tumhari lip stick achi hain, color bohut acha. Meri ek friend hain usse yahi color chaiye tha to tum mujhe bata na kaha se li main usse gift karunga.

Shreya :(eyes wide open)Acha, Manjeera mall se li thi waha se leke dedijiye.  Abh hatiye (jerks his hand) mujhe late ho raha hain mujhe jaana hain.

Daya smile at her while she move forward and he follow her teasing talking manofing while she kept being angry smiling at his cutes gestures and they spend their evening and making ways for upcoming days!!!!!!!!
