Chapter 9:

**

Abhiya comes inside after everyone leaves. They go to guest room beside hall, Daya laydown on bed with his left hand as his support under his head while staring at his wrist on which Shreya tied the bracelet. Abhi notices daya and smiles...after a while abhi say which bring daya back from shreya thoughts}

Abhi:Daya main soch raha tha jab tum wapas aajoge, uske baad hum na saath mein ek naya bada ghar lelenge taki tum main aur tarikaji hum sab saath reh sakhe..

(daya smiling looks at abhi n nodes his head in no n say)

Daya:boss phele tum tarika se apne dil ki baat to kaho phir dekhte hain. manzil mili nahi sapne phele tayar hogaye..chalo abh sone do mujhe..

Abhi:par tumhari packing.

Daya:wo kab ki hogayi..abh sojao...

Abhi:main yaha sone ke liye nahi, tumhare saath tumhare lutane tak apni yaade sajane ke liye bhetha hu. Taki tabh tak main tumhare bina ji saku.. samjhe?

Daya gets up and sit on bed..

Daya:Abhi yaade to mujhe bhi chaiye..

Abhi:to mere pass ek solid idea hain..(Abhi smirks to Daya) chale kya..?

Daya:kaha?

(Abhi smiling drag Daya out of bed n take him outside with lifting daya's bike keys from the hall table. Daya looks at Abhi with confusion. Abhi smiling throughout and daya to hop on and daya follows his order. Abhi start the bike n drove in full speed on road some stone n road holes were there n bike jump into n upon it.. Abhi sing..)

Abhi:haaaaaaahaahahhaha... (daya holding abhi shoulder laughing)

Daya:hehehheheeeeee... (abhi driving bike in twisted way) ...wooo

(daya see a crock n make its sound)

Daya:hey coooookcoookcookcook...

(Music starts, they were droving fast n enjoy quality time with each other..)

{This was there favorite way to express they happiness each other, go on bike rides, sing along, do mischiefs things, stroll ice-cream from closed ice-cream parlors with the CID authority which was just a secret between just the 2 of them}

Abhi see daya smiling in bike mirror n start singing)

Abhi:Yeh dosti hum nahin todenge...Todenge dam magar tera saath na chhodenge...

(Abhi raise his right hand to which daya hold abhis hand...daya smile n start singing along. He stands behind abhi shouting as if telling the whole world about they friendship.)

Daya:Yeh dosti hum nahin todenge...Todenge dam magar tera saath na chhodenge..

(Abhi laughs seeing daya happy,daya give a back hug to abhi...they were laughing enjoying when they see some goons were troubling some old people on road.. Abhiya gets down n kick them and they run away.. Old couple bless them n leaves.. Daya was looking at them when abhi continue singing..)

Abhijeet:Ae meri jeet teri jeet, teri haar meri haar...Sun ye mere yaar..

(Abhi put his hand on daya shoulder. Daya assure abhi words n take his hand in his hand n wipe tears from Abhi eyes which made a way out as symbol of the sadness of being separated..)

Daya:Tera gham mera gham, meri jaan teri jaan...Aisa apna pyaar.

(Daya hug abhi tightly. When abhi see the same goon back and trying to aim daya by throwing a knife at daya back.. He pushes daya aside n it hurts Abhi hand.. Daya run to catch the goon but abhi hold daya hand signaling its ok. Daya had tears in his eyes, he takes out the handkerief n tie around abhi hand.. Abhi smile at daya care for him n sing)

Abhi:Jaan pe bhi khelenge.. (Gets up n turn around singing)

Abhi:tere liye le lenge.. (Daya also smile on his buddy braveness n sing)

Daya:Jaan pe bhi khelenge, (Put his hand on abhi shoulder n open his palm for Abhi's hand..)

Daya:tere liye le lenge... (Abhi smile n gives his hand in daya palm n they both laugh singing..)

Abhiya:(both)Sab se dushmani.. (Abhiya smiles,Abhi start the bike n hold daya hand again,they both again sing along..)

Abhi:Yeh dosti hum nahin todenge..

Daya:Todenge dam magar.. (Daya holding more tightly Abhi's hand)

Abhiya:(both)Tera saath na chodenge..

**Abhi assuring smiles at daya that they friendship will be never broken. Abhi stop the bike with applying sudden breaks n daya falls on abhi... Daya glare at him, he gets down from the bike and start smiling like a small child showing daya ice-cream parlor to have his fav ice-cream.

Daya nodes in no but Abhi insists...so finally daya gaves up and agree. They both go n see the parlor person sleeping they wake him up n show him their id. He immediately gets them 2 ice-cream cones of Abhi fav flavor. They sit there for some time enjoying. Daya finishes first and pay the bill, also he gives some extra amount smiling as the person was terrified as they were CID officers.. Mean time Abhi also finishes, and they start the bike. This time daya rides it.

The ride was smooth until a truck crosses the way, to avoid accident daya take a left and loses his control...The bike sometimes goes left sometimes go right.. sometimes left sometimes right again...Abhiya gets worried...Abhi was shouting at daya to slow down but it was out of control)

Abhi: dayaaaa dekheke...dekhee...shambhal ke...areee dekhkee yaar....

(Abhiya see that they were about to hit a tree, Abhi was asking Daya to stop...stop...stop...but daya was unable to control the bike and finally they hit the tree n both fell down. Daya gets n can't find Abhi...)

Daya: Abhijeeettttttttt... Abhijeettttttttt

(Daya screams in every corner...he was worried when suddenly Abhi shouts Daya's name. he run in the direction n see abhi holding a branch of tree & was about to fall.. Daya laughs at Abhi condition and he glares at him.

After trying ways Daya was able to help abhi in getting down safely. Abhi was glaring at the branch to which Daya hug him tightly, Abhi smile back and hug him)

Daya:Logon ko aate hain do nazar hum magar..Dekho do nahin..

(Abhi smile n nodes in yes in agreement to daya words.. abhi takes some back steps n sing..)

Abhi:Arre ho judaa, ya khafa, ae khuda hai dua..Aisa ho nahin..

(Daya pulls a ripe mango from nearby tree rubbing it give to abhi..)

Daya:Khaana peena saath hai.. (Abhi takes it n sings...)

Abhi:Marna jeena saath hai.. (Daya gets lost somewhere n abhi eat the half fruit n give it daya..daya comes out of his world n singing take fruit n eat)

Daya:Khaana peena saath hai... (Abhi again side hug daya)

Abhi:Marna jeena saath hai.. (They both smile n spot they bike was laying down.. They reach there and pick it with helping each other)

Abhiya:Saari zindagi... (Daya sit n start the bike.. Abhi sits back n they both enjoying the ride again sings...)

Abhiya:Yeh dosti hum nahin todenge...Todenge dam magar tera saath na chhodenge...Yeh dosti hum nahin todenge...Todenge dam magar tera saath na chhodenge...

(They were sharing the beautiful moments of life. They were humming,singing,dancing& living the movement)

***LIVE THE LIFE TODAY ITSELF ENJOY EACH MOVEMENT WHO KNOWS WHAT STORED FOR TOMMOROW...***

(Time was 2 O'clock when they come back enjoying n laughing abhi sits on sofa n daya was coming back while locking the door n abhi say)

Abhi:maaza agaya kitne dino hum yuh bhar gaayena..

(Abhi rest his head on sofa n daya comes to his back, start massaging abhi shoulder n head)

Daya:haa boss wo to hain.. waise thank you so much. Mujhe apni itne yaade dene ke liye. Par tumhe chot lag gayi, zara dhyan rakho apana aur main sachin se kahunga wo unlogo ka pata lagane ko. Wo dekhlega.

(Abhi smiles n bend his head front indicating to massage on back neck n daya do that..)

Abhi:daya jaldi wapas aana..main inteezar karunga..

(daya stop at Abhi sentence, he sense that n looks at Daya n ask)

Abhi:kya hua bhai?

(daya comes front to abhi n hold his hand)

Daya:abhijeet plz maaf kardena..

Abhi:kya?

Daya:(hitting)wo maine tumse saach chupayana..

Abhi:daya maine kaha na tere wapas anne ke baad iss baremein baat karenge..

Daya:abhijeet agar kabhi tumhe aisa lage ki maine tumse kuch chupaya hain to itna zarur samjh lena ki main kuch bhi karunga to apne dost apne bhai ki jaan ke liye karunaga..

(daya hug abhi tightly)

Daya:i will miss u boss..miss u...

Abhi smiles n he hugs back patting daya shoulder, both had tears of sorrow in their eyes.. After some time they separate wiping they tears.

Abhi try to get up n daya stop him as why he was going, Abhi says he wants water n daya ask him to sit n go to get water meanwhile daya gets the water Abhi was already sleeping on sofa. Daya see his buddy best friend his bro sleeping peacefully... He smiles and go inside the room to bring a blanket. He again goes inside, get a chaddar n blanket for himself n lay down on floor beside Abhi. He keep looking at Abhi thinking)

Daya: Mujhe maaf kardena yaar, jhut bola hain maine tumse. Par main tumhare liye kuch bhi kar sakta hu kuch bhi.. goodnight boss ye new year tumhari life mein saari duniya ki khushiya leke aaye..

Daya smiling put his right hand on his forehead. He recollects all things until now..

CID team, ACP sir and his bond with each one of them. Abhijeet's friendship and his teasing. Pankaj- Freddy jokes, Purvi adoring Sachin, Rajat – Nikhil bonding. Shreya...

He again looks at bracelet. All Shreya images flash Infront of him. From day 1 when she joined CID until today evening when she left in quails. Shreya smiling face, her pure eyes.. Her sense of humor, her bond with everyone and her passion for doing anything for him.

Daya: Shreya, I hope tumhe apni life mein saari khushiya mile.. Bas yahi chata hu main..bas yahi..

(he keeps his fingers on bracelet closing his eyes and dose off)

Today was most important day for all CID members they spent quality time with each other after a very long time.. Abhiya were also togeather after long time but what is coming was unknown to everyone. }

{Next day morning Abhi get up from a phone call.. He was disturbed due to the ring, while sleeping he search for his mobile n find it and without looking at screen directly picks it up and keeps on his ears)

Abhi: hello..

(Abhi open his eyes, immediately by hearing the voice on the other side)

Tarika:abhijeet kaha ho?aaj hum sabko new year ki safety ki arrangement dekhni hain na.. rounds pe jaana hain acp sir bhi puch rahe the tumhare liye?hum sab puch gaaye hain gate of mumbai pe tum kaha ho?daya ko drop karne gaaye ho kya?

(tarika ask so many questions n also ans some of them n abhi smile saying)

Abhi:tarikaji ek mint.. saas to lelijiye. Phele good Moring. Aaj ka din to mere liye bohut acha hone wala hain actually aaj ka din hi nahi balki pura ka pura saal.. New year ke din hi meri aapse baat hogayi wo bhi sabse phele..

(tarika smile at abhi, they blush n abhi turn when he see a note on table n say)

Abhi:tarikaji main thodi der mein aata hu bye..

Tarika:k bye..

Abhi goes to table n pick the note,while opening it half he checks for daya here n there.. he goes to kitchen n doesn't find daya there as well. Then he looks for daya in room and doesnt see his luggage. He gets curious n comes to hall as he can't find daya nad see glass of water which he asked yesterday night. He smiles drinking it while sitting on sofa then opens the note fully read it)

** Abhijeet main ja raha hu..

(abhi eyes gets moist n he rests his back on sofa n closes his eyes remembering daya... He opens his eyes n again start reading)

Sorry boss tumhe jagaya nahi kyu ki agar tum uth jaate to mere saath aane ki zid karte aur main kaha jaraha hu ye secret hain to tumhe bhi nahi bata sakta.. Acp sir ko khena ki main apna dhyan rakhunga aur tum bhi apna aur acp sir ka aur sabka pura dhyan rakhana. sab sambhal lena mere yaar..

"ABH MULAKAT NAHI HOGI..."

(Abhi hold his tears by closing his again, after a while he continue reading it)

Par main jaha bhi rahu tum sab logo ko dekhta aur tum sab ki khushiyo ki dua mangta rahunga . Hamesha khush rehna aur haa tarika ko apne dil ki baat khe dena..tumhari bohut yaad aayegi apna khayal rakhana miss u bye.

Tumhara dost DAYA. :)

(Abhi feels like he had lost his heartbeat forever. he is defiantly going to miss daya and he just wished that daya soon complete his mission n come back asa possible.. He looks at note,decide to keep it with him always..

He wipes his tears n goes to fresh up, but it was hard for him to move on without daya as where ever he looks he remember moments with daya.. He decided to come back to daya house only when he is back not until then. He leaves for bureau & all waiting for him to join them for today day, however everyone were sad due to daya leaving for mission.

Further instructions were given by ACP by the time Abhijeet arrives. All exchange good morning wishes n acp ask about daya)

Abhi:haa sir, wo nikal gaya.

ACP: hmm..kuch kaha nahi jaane se phele?

Abhi : Mere uthne se phele hi wo jaa chuka tha.. Sir daya ne kuch bataya bhi nahi ki wo kaha jaara hain bas ek note likh ke chala gaya aur usne mujhe isliye nahi uthaya taki main usse ye na puchu ki wo kaha jaa raha hain.

(Abhi and everyone eyes were moist, Acp tabs abhi shoulder)

Acp: fikar maat karo abhijeet,daya sab sambhal lega aur tum sab aaj ke kaam pe dhyan do. Newyear hai to ye hamari zimedari hain ki sab theek ho aur kahi koi jurm na ho.

(All nodes, Acp was going into his cabin then turn to all)

Acp:sachin kal ke newspaper mein daya ke suspend ki khabar aani chaiye aur dhyan rahe koi photo nahi honi chaiye.

(sachin nodes yes,ACP looks at all. All were sad, he think something n say loudly so that all here him)

Acp:abhijeet..(abhi looks at acp n he cont)abh yaha koi bhi Daya ke baare mein koi baat nahi karega n thats my order.

Abhi:par sir?

Acp:abhijeet wo apna kaam kar raha hain aur abh hame apna kaam karna hain. Usse yaad karte hui koi apne kaam pe focus nahi kar payega. Isliye acha yahi hoga ki tumlog apne aapko shambhalo aur kaam pe lag jau. Chalo sab team bana ke rounds pe niklo jaldi aur dhyan rakhna koi bhi gaadi bina checking ke koi checkpost na guzare..

All looks at each other n were sad that now they can't even talk about their beloved daya sir but they all were wishing just one thing that daya comes back soon. ACP was also wishing the same but as cid officer he has to overcome his emotions.

All were sad about Daya leaving but they duty comes first so they leave for work, they all split in team. They check all arrangements for people in shows, on roads n everywhere for all safety but daya memory were hunting all...

(abhi was missing daya badly it was not more than 16 hours after daya left but its seems like it was more than years..)

Abhi: Aaya abhi to ek hi din hua hain aur main abhi se tumhe itna miss kar raha hu pata nahi abh aage ke din kaise betenge.

(Abhi, Nikhil Sachin n Rajat were a team. Shreya,Tarika, Pankaj n Ishika was a team.. Freddy, Salunke Acp n Purvi was a team.. Shreya was also missing but was not showing...)

** It was 12 O'clock n finally its NEW YEAR..

people wished each other. Abhi smile as always duo wished ecahother first n abhi looks up in sky where Crackers were being blast n whispered..)

Abhi: Happy New Year daya..(he smiles n as a he wish he feels daya wish him n he looks around)

Daya:Happy New Year boss!

(he realize that daya is not there but where ever he is.. He must had wish him as he did just now. CID Team members wish each others but all were also missed day.. Not only Abhi was first person to wish daya there was one more person who wished daya by closing her eyes n imagining daya)

Shreya: Happy New Year daya sir.

A tear rolls down her eyes but as Pankaj n Ishika approach her to wish her she wipes it without them noticing. She wish them back and also to Tarika.

Tarika make a call to abhi n wish him, he feels reviled after talking to her..

Acp - Salunke wishes everyone on phone (conference call)

The new year had started but no one had any idea that this new year will bring many changes in they life. The time spent with each other was priceless, precious for all but no one knew that this time will never come back.

One decision changed everyone life, A decision where one scarified everything for his beloved person but all were not aware of anything.

Let's see how the new year brings new twist to these CID officers.

A New Year loaded with Love, jealousy, sacrifice, vows and lastly Friendship.
