CHAPTER:4

(*It was evening everyone were leaving n were happy that today no case was reported n abhi console Shreya that he will find out whats going on in Daya mind by hook or by crook...it was night 11 when Daya return home n open his door,he come locks the door switch the lights on as a he turn he gets stunned to see abhi on the couch waiting for him.Abhi gets up n stand there itself n Daya change the expression from shocked to happy)

Daya: abhi tum yaha?

Abhi:kyu?nahi aasakta...

Daya:nahi wo baat nahi hain wo maine isliye pucha kyu ki tum aise yaha.

Abhi:tumhara wait kar raha tha..waise kal bhi kiya tha par tum the ki aaye aur chale gaaye isliye aaj main tumhare liye jag raha tha.

(Daya try to give excuse)

Daya:wo boss tum..

(abhi stop him n say)

Abhi: abh baate badmein karenge, chalo jaake fresh hojao main khana garam karta hu waise bhi hum dono ne kai dino se saath mein na dinner ki aur nahi night out kiya isliye aaj do dost baate karenge aur puri raat baat karenge. Khabar dar agar koi bhi bhana banya to chalo jaldi aajo.

(abhi moves to kitchen,daya know  he can't escape abhi questions atleast now but he thought he will be careful in answering any question and moves to freshen up. When he comes back hot hot dishes with awesome aroma were waiting for him on the table, abhi smile n serve daya n start the dinner n daya takes the firstbite n his smile disappear as he gets to know who made the dinner"yes it was her hands magic...daya's fav dish with that taste n magic can be made by only one..."abhi wantedly did this n smile as his plan was working he looks at daya)

Abhi:kya hua daya tum kha kyu nahi rahe ho..?

(daya keep his hand on table n ask abhi)

Daya:abhijeet ye khana kisne banaya hain.?

(abhi immedetly answers)

Abhi:shreya ne.

(daya face change to pale blue n abhi con)

Abhi:waise ye sawal kyu puch rahe ho tumhe taste se pata nahi chala ki ye khana shreya ne banaya hain.

(daya looks at abhi and was about to stand up when abhi hold his hand)

Abhi:khane se aise nahi uthna chaiye daya,khane ka apman hota hain.

(daya stops n sit back...seeing abhi he again start eating n while eating daya ask)

Daya:shreya yaha aayi thi kya?

(abhi with a cute smile)

Abhi:nahi usne khana apne ghar pe banaya aur wo bhi mere khene pe aur main waha se leke aaya hu tumhre liye. tumhe shreya ke haath ka bana khana acha lagta hain na..yaad hain tum hamesha mujhse, freddy se ladte the shreya ke hath ka bana khana khane ke liye.

(daya remember the time when he, abhi, pankaj,freddy use to fight for shreyas food..she was the new crop n had just started developing feelings for daya,she use to bring lunch for all everyday n all use to eat her food fighting with eachother  but suddenly daya remember shreya n sid engement n say in low tone)

Daya:boss wo baate purni ho chuki hain.

(he looks straight into abhi eyes n say strictly)

Daya:ye akhri baar hain jo main ye kha raha hu.

(abhi nodes but his head strike something n he ask)

Abhi:matlabh..?

Daya:(hestigly)wo...ma...matlabh main shreya ke haath ke khana ki baat kar raha hu..so plz aage se mere liye use kuch karne ko maat khena..

(daya start eating n abhi smile seeing the way daya was eating,daya was eating like a child making everything fall n abhi think)

Abhi:khe to raha tha ki nahi khayega aur kha raha hain aise jase is khane se zyada tasty khana aur kuch hain hi nahi...

(abhi smiling was thinking when daya see him n ask him wht by his head,abhi nodes nothing n then they finish. abhi was trying to clean the vessel n daya was not allowing him)

Daya:abhijeet tum na bilkul ladkiyo jaise karte ho..

(abhi wiredly ask)

Abhi:kya?aur wo kaise?

(daya smile innocently)

Daya:ha...pata hain kyu?wo shreya bhi kabhi nahi sunti kaam khatam karna saaf safai karna uski social responsiblity hain..

(abhi glares with questioning look at daya when he realize what he told n to clarify he cont)

Daya:wo jab meri tabiyat theek nahi thi na tab usne meri dekhbhal ki thi to wo yaha aati thi tab ki baat kar raha hu..

(abhi nodes n daya pull him aside n cont)

Daya:abh tum hall mein jao main coffee lata hu aur waise bhi mujhe tumse sunday ke baare mein puchna hain chalo boss jao...

(abhi go in hall n sit down on mat n hold a pillow around his arms n think)

Abhi:daya mera bhai hain aur main usse sach ugalwa nahi sakta...cid officer hu kya karu jise daya mujhe sach bata de..kya karu?

(suddenly a cup was infront of his eyes he luks at cup then from where it came n see daya,,he take cup n daya settle down beside him n switch on tv n then put yaaro dosti song n looks at abhi n say)

Daya:abh batao boss kya hua sunday ko?

(abhi looks at daya n was just thinking how to take out truth frm daya n unknowing tell)

Abhi:wo...(daya makes a sigh n say)

Daya:mujhe pata tha tumse nahi hoga.

(abhi luks at daya conf n say)

Daya:kitna sab arrange kiya tha aur tumne sab kuch kharab kar diya yaar kya hojata hain tumhe.

(abhi take a sip of coffee n say)

Abhi:are bhai tarikaji hain hi aisi par tum fikar mat karo main tarikaji ko is saal apne dil ki baat keh dunga par tumne tarikaji ko jhut kyu kaha.?

(daya thought here the questions started)

Daya:wo..

(daya hesitate then think something n looks at abhi n say)

Daya:To kya kehta ki tum usse apne dil ki baat khena chate ho! ha?abh wo chodo aur plz boss is saal bata dena kisi bhi halat mein taki agle saal tumhari aur tarika ki shadi hojaye..

(abhi looks at daya)

Abhi:shaadi?itni jaldi? kya jaldi hain ye?

Daya:bhai mere jaldi nahi bohut der hogayi hai,isliye jaldi karo waran aisa na ho ki salunke sir tarika ka haath kisi aur ke haath mein dede...

Abhi:hu..

(daya was successful in changing the main topic n escaping from abhi question. abhi was lost in thinking n daya was staring daya for sometime n then take the remote n switch off pf the tv,daya luks at abhi n abhi say)

Abhi:daya tujhe yaad hain tumne kaha tha ki chaiye kuch bhi hojaye humari dosti mein kabhi koi darar nahi aayegi aur nahi hum ek dusre se koi baat chupayenge.

(daya understand what abhi means n say)

Daya:maine ye bhi kaha tha ki agar mujhe tumhare liye jhoot bolna pade to main peeche nahi hatunga..

(abhi gets confuse n stuuned)

Abhi:matlabh...

(daya gets up keeping the cup aside n say)

Daya:matlabh yaar ki mujhe bohut neend arahi hain to main chala sone tum bhi coffee khatam karke aajana kal bureau bhi jaana hain bohut late hora.

(abhi try to stop daya)

Abhi:daya?

(daya while going to room says)

Daya:abhijeet baki baate kal karte hain gudnt..

(saying this he moves to room leaving confused abhi behind,abhi finish coffee n go to see daya sleeping happily n he cares his hair n say)

Abhi:bade khush horahe hona ki tumne bade ache se topic change kardiya taki main apne sawal mat puchu par tum bhulrahe ho main bhi senior cid inspector hu baat to tumhe batani hi hogi kaise bhi.

(he smiles n then he too sleep...)

*Morning daya n abhi gets late for bureau,  all were alredy there n were talking when duo enter n wish  everyone. Daya share a look at shreya and she was happy to see daya back,abhi notice this n smile when acp also come n all wish him too...he wish all back n then say)

Acp:aaj dcp chitrole aara hain.

(abhi ask immediately)

Abhi:hiye?par kyu?

(acp looks at abhi n say)

Acp:kuch imp announcement karna hain isliye.

(acp goes off to cabin,daya also settle down on his desk abhi see shreya eagerly waiting to know matter n abhi take a file n go to shreya)

Abhi:shreya ye point dekho...

(shreya looks at file,abhi in low tone say)

Abhi:kuch khass pata nahi chala.

Shreya:abh sir.

Abhi:tum chinta mat karo. Main kuch karta hu..

(seeing shreya sad face n to cheer her up, abhi says)

Abhi:waise kal daya tumhare khane ki badi tarif kar raha tha kaise banati ho itna acha khana?

(shreya smile n say)

Shreya:sir aapko pata hain..aapko jhuth bolna nahi aata hain to aap koshish kyu karte hain?

(abhi looks down n then look at her)

Abhi:are kya hua agar zuban se nahi kaha to dil mein to kaha hogana.

(shreya smiles n move from there saying and taking file from abhi hand)

Shreya:sir agar kuch pata chale to plz mujhe zarur batana.

(she leaves frm there,abhi smiles in disappointment..asa one conversation was over an other argument start)

Freddy:dekh pankaj tu kal pura kharca utha raha hain chaiye kuch bhi hojaye.

(pankaj in convincing tone)

Pankaj:hum sab milke kharca karenge na.

(purvi support pankaj)

Purvi:ha sir pankaj sahi hain main shreya sare bacho ke liye toys leke aayenge.

Sachin:main aur nikhil chocolates..

Ishika:main aur rajat sir cake layenge.

Daya:iski zarurath nahi hain..

(all looks at daya)

Ishika:par sir bacho ko khushi hogina..

(daya smiles n say)

Daya:ishika main already sab arrange kardiya hain aur sab ke liye pay bhi kar diya hain.

Abhi:.tumne bataya nahi daya

Daya:moka nahi mila boss abh bata diya na aur ye discussion band karo warna dcp sir aayenge to gussa karenge.

(freddy says in irritation)

Fredy:sir wo to hamesha se hi aisa karte rehte hain. Wo hamari cid team ko dekh ke jalte hain

(pankaj also join)

Pankaj:are nahi jalan nahi wo pure ke pure aag ke gole ban jaate hain,pata nahi kya karte rehte hain. hamesha hamara credit khud lelete hain.

(abhi also start mummering)

Abhi:ye to sahi hain hamesha kuch na kuch utpatang harkate karte rehte hain. Lagta hain wahi sab se bade hain hame to ginte hi nahi.

(hearing all acp comes out n shout)

Acp:kya ho raha hain ye sab haa?kaha tha na ki dcp aane wala hai phele hi wo dimag karab karta hain aur tum log aur karte ho..pata nahi aake kya naya bomb phodega wo yaha aur us chitrole ke aane se phele hi tum log had kar rahe ho..

(abhi feel sorry, n they all say)

All:sorry sir..

(acp nodes its k when shreya see dcp on entrance n signal purvi..purvi to sachin like this one by one all signal looks at door n find dcp...all wish him n he shout)

Dcp:are nahi chaiye tum logo ki gudmrng...kya kehrahe the haa?

(daya looks at all n was trying to handle the situation)

Daya:sir wo..(but  dcp don't want to hear anything)

Dcp:daya tum to chup hi rehna, sunliya maine sab kuch..

(he glare at freddy,pankaj,n abhi n they look here n there)

Dcp:jalan..aag ka gola aur utpatang harkate haa?is gustaki ki saaza sab ko milegi sab ko...Pradyman

Acp:yes sir.

Dcp:ye salunke aur tarika abh tak nahi aaye...?

Acp:sir..

(a voice come frm entrance n all looks at there)

Salunke:hum yaha hain boss...

(salunke n tarika come in n abhi feels happy to see tarika n go to her n say)

Abhi:gudmrng tarikaji kaisi hain aap..?

Tarika:(looking at all n in ackward)main theek hu abhijeet...

Dcp:lo suru hogaya ye abhijeet

(abhi looks at dcp)

Dcp:yaha main zaruri baat karne aaya hu tumhari gudmrng sune sunane nahi...

(daya feels bad n he try to protect him)

Daya:sir abhijeet to sirf..

(dcp stop him by showing his hand)

Dcp:janta tha main tum zarur bologe apne yaar ke liye par maat bhulo ye cid hain tum dono ka ghar nahi jo ek dusre ko bachate rahoge samjhe.

(abhi gets hypered n say)

Abhi:sir aap..

(acp stop abhi)

Acp:abhijeet...

(acp ask him to stop n ask dcp)

Acp:aap boliye chitrole sir.

(abhi n all others were confuse why acp is behaving so sweet with chitrole)

Dcp:hmm to main kya kehraha tha...

(abhi was beside daya)

Abhi:(mummer to daya)lo khud hi bhulgaye abhi kaha bhi nahi aur bolrahe hain ki kya kaha tha, umar hogai hain inki abh retire hojana chaiye..

(dcp looks at abhi n say)

Dcp:retire main nahi tumhara dost hoga abhijeet..

(all gets stunned n abhi looks at daya then again at dcp n say)

Abhi:daya par..aap daya ko kyu suspend kar rahe ho..?

(all were stunned to hear abhi n dcp smile smirks)

Dcp:sahi smajha tumne aur tumsab abh ye ache se samjh lo ki abh daya cid ka hissa nahi hain.

(all were stunded,shreya n abhi face change to pale blue n dcp cont)

Dcp:acp aur salunke abh ye tum logo ki zimedari hain ki ye baat har ek news paper mein honi cahiye ki senior insp daya cid se suspended ho chuka hain samjhe..

(all gets stunned n shreya was hell shock,abhi luks at daya n daya lower his head n acp say)

Acp:apke order hain sir hojayega.

(abhi was suprized to acps reaction as so others but abhi try to oppose dcp)

Abhi:acp sir aap kya keh rahe hain? ye daya ko suspended kar rahe hain wo bhi bina baat ke...

(dcp throw the envelop on table in anger which was in his hand n say)

Dcp:baat hain abhijeet aur daya ye lo offical letter tumhare liye..

(pointing towards the envelop in table)

(Daya looks at abhi n then come to dcp n take the letter frm table n say)

Daya:thank you sir.

(abhi was confuse with dayas thanku even all were stunned by daya n acp behaviour,abhi cant take it anymore n go to daya hold him by arms n say)

Abhi:daya pagal hogaye ho tum ye dcp tumhe suspend kar raha hain aur tum thank you bol rahe ho...pagal ho kya?aur acp sir aap chup chap khade ho?(looking at dcp)dcp sir shayad yaha kisi mein itni himat nahi hain aapko kuch bolne ki par main khaunga aap galat kar rahe ho aur agar yahi apka akhri faisla hain to theek hain sir main bhi cid se resign karta hu..

(daya looks at abhi with eyes widly open n one by one all agreed with abhi)

Sachin:main bhi sir..

(daya acp n dcp looks stunned n looks at all)

Nikhil:jaha daya sir nahi waha main bhi nahi rahunga.

(abhi was staring dcp with anger)

Shreya:sorry sir..

(shreya say sorry to acp n dcp & she too go n stand beside sachin n abhi..purvi doesnt say anything n just go n stand beside shreya,tarika too do the same thing..

(dcp was getting angry n daya was just watching all)

Pankaj & freddy :hum bhi...

(dcp looks at acp,acp n salunke were stunned slowly all go towards daya n abhi behind,ishika also join others n abhijeet smile as now the cid is with daya so dcp has to change his desicion. Dcp glare at abhijeet n abhi at him...
