Chapter :18

Shreya Home :

Kavin-Shreya were hugging each other when shreya mom call her outside, Both of them come out and see a pile of invitation cards on the hall table. Kavin picks one and ask shreyas mom while was looking all sensing the situation.

Kavin: Aunty ye card kiske hain?

Shreya Dad: Kavin, ye shreya ke shaadi ke invitation card ke sample pieces hain.. (Shreya stood in her place with shock)Aao,Tum bhi dekho aur batao kaunsa sab se acha hain?

{Shreya was shocked and taken back while Kavin was happy and excited}

Kavin: Shaadi ki date nikal gaayi?

Shreya Mom:haa aaj se dhade 1.5 mahine baad ki date nikali hain "August 10" . {Shreya was again shocked with the news}beta Shreya aaj subha tujhe call kiya tha tab yahi batana tha lekin tune call hi nahi liya.

S.D:Kaam mein hogi, (looks at shreya)shreyu tu chutti ki bata karlena theek hain aisa na ho ki shaadi tak kaam karti rahe.

S.M:haa sagayi ke samay bhi akhri din ke kaam kar rahi thi, isliye iss baar phele se bata dena. (Shreya was still standing while her mom looks at her keenly)sun rahi ho na?

Shreya:(kavin looks at her and she nodes in yes)ji mummy aap log fikar maat kijiye main baat karlungi.

Kavin: (happily)wow matlabh humare pass waqt kaam hain.. Kitni tayari karni hain.

S.D: haa isliye to sab kuch jaldi karna padega, Phir hame shopping ke liye surat bhi jaana hain.

S.M: Bilkul, isse to iski job ke karan time nahi milega, isliye sab hame hi karna hain. (Shreya comes to her mom & her hold her hand)tujhe phone karnge aur bhejhenge pictures pasand karlena shaadi ka joda sadi ya ghene theek hain na. (She nodes)

Kavin: Aunty Uncle aap dono bilkul fikar maat kariye, Iss baar main hoon na to main karlunga saari tayariya. Dekhna iski shaadi puri duniya yaad rakhegi.(looks at them while they stare and shreya flashes a smile and moves to dinning table)zyada hogaya na, acha kaam se kaam mumbai to yaad rakhegi hi. (Shreya mom- dad laugh along with Kavin while she was still standing silently looking at glasses, kavin looks at her and go beside her squeezing her into a hug)

Kavin: Oye sherni, Teri bidaai abhi nahi hain. Itna kyu sad ho rahi hain pagli ladki?

Shreya:(trying to smile)nahi.. Aisa kuch nahi hain

Kavin: Acha to bata Siddharth se kab mila rahi hain? Bachpan mein jab hum sab bache the tab mila tha, Hum sab saath khelte the. Hain na uncle?

S.D: Bilkul sahi kaha.. Abh dekhoge to pechanoge nahi tum, utna badal gaaya hain Siddharth.

Kavin:(excitedly)Aisa hain to jald se jald milna hoga,(still in hug) Usse bula na sherni. Kal milte hain.

Shreya: (breaking hug grab jug for water)Kavin wo Siddharth abhi Singapore mein business trip pe hain uncle ke saath, aate hi mila dungi. (Looks at kavin)Waise maine jo bataya wo bhulna maat, tujhe kal subha Bihar police academy jaana hain. Yaad se Abhijeet sir ke ghar pahunch jaana. (kavin nodes while she gives water to her mom & dad and all get busy in looking at cards)

SM: Iss Ladki ko bhi na kaam ke alwava kuch nahi sujhta hain. (shreya looks other way)waise bhi agar ye trip nahi hota to meri beti ki shaadi abh tak ho chuki hoti aur ye kitni khush hoti.

SD: ofho tum to kahi bhi shuru hojati ho, kaam hain to karna padega na aur Sid ka bhi Kaam zaruri tha waise abh to tumhari wish puri horahi hain na. (She smiles at that and kavin smiles looking at them)

Kavin:Aunty bilkul sahi kaha uncle ne, dekhna bohut ache se sab hoga. (Kavin turns to look at shreya but she was not there. He gets suspicious thinking but then get diverted looking at cards as per shreya's dad request)

SD: shreyu sharam gaayi hogi, Kavin abh tum hi batao kaunsa tumhe zyada pasand hain? Main usse subha puch lunga.

Kavin: haa uncle(he sits down picking few cards)ye wala.. aur ye wala..ye wala bhi..

Shreya was in her room, tears were flowing down her cheeks. She was trying to hold back but was helpless, she locks the door and thoughts were running in her mind which were hurting her . She prepared herself but the thought of her being with someone other than the person she loved the most was pinching her heart. She hated the fact that she has to just move on.

Was it really easy for anyone. She was trying so hard but just looking at the cards brought back the memories of him along with the day when she wore someone else's name ring and he silently left the ceremony. On that day as well she wanted to run to him and stop him from leaving but she can't break her parents heart but she broked that person heart who has always been special for her.

She clenched her heart and opens the last draw of the table which was next to her bed, under the newspaper cover there was photo of Cid officers and heart symbol on daya face beside him was shreya. Was the fate so cruel that her innocent loved ended so brutally, she was upset that he never spoke anything but she did ended things before they started in 1st place. She held the photo and cries her heart out.

Next Day: 9 A.M

Scene Bureau :

Everyone were at bureau expect Abhi, Kavin, Sachvi and Nikhil. Shreya eyes were swollen and she tried avoid looking at Freddy - Pankaj and Rajat but however Rajat noticed the difference and looked at her.

Freddy pankaj were making jokes on which she was giving fake smiles and again got engrossed in work. Rajat was feeling sad looking at her like this. He thought something and smiles at the thought.

Rajgir - Bihar Police Academy : -

Abhijeet was already at Rajgir - Bihar Police Academy. He meets Vineet one of the training officer over there and Vineet was reciting about the seminar which Abhijeet - Kavin has to take.

Abhijeet listening to Vineet kept looking at his watch again and again and stealing glances at door.

Kavin was on road :

Kavin was hitting the bike with legs speaking to himself..

Kavin:shit!shit!shit!.. kaha tha shreya ne time se nikal par mujhe late karna tah, Abhijeet sir bhi nikal gaaye aur ye bike bhi kharab hogayi aur aise highway pe kaha mujhe lift milegi. Kavin dhund warna Abhijeet sir tujhe dhund-dhund ke marenge..

Kavin was asking for lift and it was already 15 minute simce then but it was disaster, finally a car comes Infront of him and stopped. The car glass window was opened and Kavin bend down.

Kavin : sir, please mujhe Bihar police academy tak drop kardenge ya pass mein jaha se main koi aur savari leke jaa saku? Actually,meri bike kharab hogayi aur mera waha pahuchna bohut zaruri hain.

Person:(looks at bike then at Kavin with a smile)sure aajo, main ussi taraf jaa raha hoon tumhe waha tak drop kardunga.

Kavin:(hop in happily) wow, thankyou.. thankyou.. so so so much.

They start the journey and in low volume old songs were being played and the person was humming it, Kavin was noticing the car then the person. Person caught kavin staring him and car.

Kavin :(bitting his tongue) sorry, wo CID officer hu na isliye observe karne ki adaat hogayi hain. Please dont mind.

Person :(looks at kavin then at road) CID officer? (Kavin nodes)acha kaunsi branch?

Kavin :Mumbai..CID Mumbai (person immediately apply breaks and kavin looks at him)kya hua gaadi kyu rok di?

Scene shift : Bureau

Suddenly music start playing and Shreya lift her head wondering looking around when Rajat walks up to her and see her.

Rajat:shreya

Shreya:haa sir..

Rajat:(pointing towards door)wo dekho..

They see Pankaj & Freddy wearing raincoat in bureau 

Rajat:pankaj ye kya hain?

Pankaj: Sir aaj hum yaha summer ka maza le rahe hain? 

Rajat : Summer ka maaza wo bhi June mein? 

Shreya:(slightly smiling)Freddy sir abh to barish ka mausam aane wala hain aur Pankaj tum bhi ye sab chodo aur chalo kaam karo

Freddy:aaj bureau mein koi nahi hain aur nahi koi case aaya hain to humne socha ki kyu na hum kuch masti kare aur dekho (showing cards)mujhe magic tricks bhi aate hain.

Shreya:aapne magic sikha hain sir?

Pankaj: Haa aur maine bhi sikha hain.

Rajat:(looking at shreya)haa to batau kya sikha hain, kyu shreya..(she nodes)

Freddy: phele main bataunga.

Pankaj:nahi(looks at freddy) shreya Rajat sir dekhiye maine Freddy sir ko rasi se iss chair pe band dunga aur wo sirf haste hi rahenge.

Freddy:acha?

Pankaj:Haa dekhana hain, aiye bhethiye.

Freddy sit Pankaj tie and then Pankaj start doing tackling to Freddy by which he laughs and Shreya Rajat also laughs looking at their actions.

Shreya laughs at them whole heartedly and Rajat while laughing keep staring at her. All slowly start laughing with eachother. They all start dancing making circle around Shreya as she keep laughing.

Scene In Car:-

(Kavin was looking at person suspiously while he was starting back at him keenly and slowly points outside, Kavin looks front and find some goats on the road and smiling takes a deep breath when the road gets clears,person again start driving slowly stealing glances at him)

Kavin : Waise aapne bataya nahi aapka naam kya hain?

Person : Naam to aapne bhi nahi bataya.

Kavin :are haa, Main Senior Inspector Kavin from CID Delhi..abh Mumbai, wo phele Delhi mein tha to thoda waha ki adaat hogayi hain aur aap?

Person :(smiling)Main Anand.

Kavin :wow aapke to naam mein hi Anand hain sirf khushiya baatein honge aap..

Anand:(smiles)achi baatein karte ho, waise CID mein join kaise hote hain, wo mera bhai ka beta hain usko bohut interest hain to isliye puch raha hoon.

Kavin :acha, waha kya baat hain, Main to kehta hoon zyada se zyada logo ko cid mein join hona chaiye. Akhir Youngsters aayenge to isse achhi baat kya hogi.

Anand: hmmm sahi kaha, waise kaisa mahaul hota hain CID mumbai mein, matlabh aap Delhi se ho to kaisa hain yaha ka mohaul specially log?

Kavin:bohut acha hain aur log to usse bhi ache hain. Actully mera yaha pe hali mein transfer hua hain, actually 2 – 3 mahine hogaye hain par aisa lagta hain jaise ki main kabse inke saath hu aur  sabse itni jaldi ghul milgaye hain ki kya hi batau.

Anand: (smile)Acha, senior ho to kafi izaat milti hongi.

Kavin : Milti to hain, lekin isliye nahi ki senior hu isliye kyu ki waha ke log bohut ache hain, dekhiye sach kahu to aaj kal ki duniya mein specially CID mein kaam karte waqt insaniqat pe bharosa nahi rehta lekin ye mumbai cid apne aap mein hi ek parivar hain.

Anand: (smiling thinking)acha? to log kaise hain?(hesitating) i mean police wale hamesha hi bohut rough and tough hote hain aur aaplog to cid officer hain to stiff honge na.

Kavin:are nahi , matlabh hain rough and tough but usse zyada moum ka dil hain hum sabka. Aap miloge na sabse to samjh jaaoge. Infact abhi main jaha jaa raha hu waha mere senior yani CID Mumbai ke Senior Inspector Abhijeet hain. Aap miliye pata chalega aapko.

Anand:(smiling)Abhijeettt... (kavin looks at him broadly smiling)naam kafi acha hain.

Kavin:(proudly)agar miloge na to pata chalega ki wo dil ke bhi kitne ache hain, heere ka dil hain here ka.

Anand:(smiles)aisa lagraha hain jaise tum unke sabse ache dost hain?

Kavin:(proudly smirking)abh tak to nahi par jaldhi dost ban jaaunga.

Anand:(smiles back)Acha aur kaun.. i mean kafi maaza aata honga na sabke saath.

Kavin:haa kafi, kitne case solve kiye inn kuch mahino mein lekin main Delhi cid team ko bhi bohut miss karta hu.

Anand:apne dost ko bhi karte honge.. (kavin looks at him Anand try to explain)i mean delhi se ho to waha dost to honge hi to unhe miss karte honge.

Kavin: (smiling happily)haa Dushyantttt.. wo aur main saath the abh wo mission pe hain to main yaha hu, uske alwa team puri wahi pe hain. Actully Delhi CID mein financially crisis the uske chalte kafi log ko layoff kiya jaa raha tha ya phir kahi dur transfer, isliye wo situation sambhalne ke liye hum seniors ne ye faisla liya. Main yaha aagaya aur Dushyant Mission pe..(feeling sad)kash wo jaldi aajaye. (Anand smiles at Kavin)

Kavin:(thinking something looking at anand)waise main ye sari baatein kisise nahi karta lekin aapke saath pata nahi itni assani se nikal gaayi. (He smiles)meri sabse achi dost kehti hain ki kabhi kabhi kisi ajnabi se aisa ristha ban jaata hain kuch ji palo mein ki aap kuch bhi keh dete ho.. (Anand smiles back looking at kavin while he keenly observe him then looks at road smiling) please don't mind me.

Anand: ofcourse not.. (boardly smiling)infact mujhe acha laga ki mumbai cid mein itni khusiya hain
I mean jo bhi waha aayeg khush rahega.

Kavin;wo to hain.. (again looks at anand)aapko dekhke mujhe mere dost ki yaad aarahi hain..(Anand again smiles)uski bhi smile bohut oyaari hain...  (looking outside window)bas abh wo jaldi aajaye to main aur khush hojaunga.

Anand:(immediately)jaldhi aajayega..(Kavin looks at him while he divert the topic)Bo.. Bohut padha hain Mumbai CID aur Delhi CID ke baremein bhi (Kavin was still looking at him with blank expressions) kaha na ki mere batije ko bhi bohut interest hain to ussi Silsile mein news paper mein ya kahi na kahi suna padhna hojata hain.

Kavin:(satisfactory smile)acha, waise Mumbai cid mein sab ke baremein chapta hi rehta hain, abhi halhi ki baat hain Inspector Freddy aur Sub inspector Pankaj ne ek case solve kiya tha sirf dono ne milke wo bhi do din mein. Unke baremein aaya tha. Sachin - Rajat - Nikhil - Purvi unke bare mein bhi aaye din chapta hi rehta hain. Aur ACP sir to hamare star hain. Baat rahi forensic team ki to Tarikaji aur Salunke sir ki help ke bager to kuch nahi ho sakta.

Anand: (proud smile flashes on his glowing face which kavin notices)badhiya hain.

Kavin :badhiya to hain akhir Abhijeet sir aur ACP sir ki training hain, dekhna jaldi mera bhi CID mumbai ke news mein naam hoga. Senior Inspector Kavin (Anand smiles, while Kavin thinks something)Jaane se phele aajaye to acha hain.. Waise sherni ka bhi naam aata rehta hain lekin uske chere pe khushi dikhai hi nahi deti iss baat ki.

Anand: (questioning looks)sherni??

Kavin:meri sabse achi dost aur CID ki jaan Inspector shreya. Wo bhi kafi bhadoor hain. Pata hain uski life mein jald hi naya mod aane wala hain(Anand see him smiling)Wo actully uski Shaadi fix hogayi hain, Kal raat hi uske shaadi ke cards select kare the humlog (Anand immediately stops the car and kavin again looking at road)kya hua?

Scene shift:-

Bureau was echoing with laughter and Rajat when sachvi entered inside and sachin see the scene infront of him staring at Rajat - shreya while purvi runs to shreya and hug her. Rajat, Freddy and Pankaj looks at Sachin

Freddy:aagye tum log.

Purvi:Shreya tujhe aise haste hui dekh bohut acha lagraha hain.

Shreya:(smiles back hugging her)kaisa rahe Darshan.

Sachin:(joining them)bohut acha tha.

Rajat:(hugging sachin)welcome back Mr.dulhe raja.

Pankaj:purvi khane ke liye kya leke aayi ho?

Rajat:(laughing)Lo aate hi khane ki baat..

Sachin:Rajat mujhe tumse baat karni hain bhar chalo.

Rajat:kya hau?(sachin hold his hand drag him inside the interrogation room while all were chatting in office)

Rajat:kya hua sachin?Abhi to aaye ho aur iss tarha se narazgi kyu bata rahe ho?

Sachin:Rajat tumhe sach mein nahi pata tum kya kar rahe ho?

Rajat:(firmly)kya kiya maine?

Sachin:humari pheli bhi baat hui hain na iss baremein? 

Rajat:aur maine tumhe phele bhi kaha hain tum jaise soch rahe ho aisa kuch nahi hain.

Sachin:Rajat tum mere sabse ache dost ho, (hold him by shoulder)main tumhe hurt hote nahi dekhna chata nahi galat raste pe jaate hu.

Rajat:(jerking his hands)main kuch galat nahi kar raha hu. Dost ho na to samjho mujhe main kuch galat nahi kar raha hu.

Sachin:(sadly)tumhe aisa lag raha hain lekin isse sabse zyada dhuk tumhe hi hoga Rajat.

Rajat:(starting at sachin)yakin mano ya na mano main kuch galat nahi kara. Aage tumhari marzi bharosa karna hain karo warna maat karo.

Rajat leaves from there while Sachin looks at his back thinking sadly.

Sachin:Main bas tumhe khush dekhna chata hu mere dost aur tumhari khushi Shreya ke saath nahi hain aur nahi usse dost banake rehne mein hain.

Scene shift: In car

Kavin was agin constantly looking at Anand while he looks at his hand which on staring wheel.

Anand:(looking at his hand)wo mera bracelet.

Kavin:(looking at his hand)kya?

Anand:(speaking)lagta hain chai ki tapri ke pass gir gaaya, main wahi ruka tha.(looks at Kavin)Mere liye wo bohut important hain if you dont mind hum wapas chale yaa tumhe late ho raha hain to tum dusri taxi ya lift lelo yaha se.

Kavin:are nahi nahi its ok, i mean chaliye chalte hain piche. Waise bhi abhi mujhe yaha kaha se lift milegi.(Anand drives the car very fast while Kavin was looking at him, he notice Anand was  worried, tensed and kavin guessed it's a special gift)

They reach the tea stall and Anand run to cash counter and the cashier handover the bracelet to him, Anand thank him alot while wearing it and kavin keep noticing him. He comes back and they again start driving. Anand again apologies and drives fast while kavin was looking at bracelet.

Kavin:dekhne se to lagta hain ki kisine mandir mein manat mangke kafi special tarike se diya hain.

Anand:(looking at bracelet smiles) haa kuch aise hi samjho.

Kavin :waise, if you dont mind and if i may guess it..(hesitating)ye..ye kisi special ladki ne diya hain na..( Anand looks at him for sometime then he smiles while kavin jumps on his seat)samjh gaaya tha main, hum ladke hote hi aise hain, jab uss ek special ladki ki baat aati hain jisse hum sabse zyada pyaar karte hain to aise hi behave karte hain. Aap usse bohut pyaar karte hain na. (Anand was silent) boliye na.. aaplog saath ho I mean shaadi..

Anand:(interpreting with sad smile) maine bohut der kardi..

Kavin(shocked):kya..kyu? aise kya hua?

Anand(taking relief sigh): waqt rehte bata nahi paaya usse apne dil ki baat aur uski shaadi hogayi.

Kavin:(again shocked and sad)ohh, i am sorry, (Anand smiles in return)waise..kya shaadi hogayi hain ya hone wali hain? i mean agar nahi hui hain to abhi bhi chance hain.

Anand:(smiling)hui nahi hain, hone wali hain lekin abh koi chance nahi hain. Ye kahaani kahtam hogayi hain.

Scene shift -
Training Academy: --

Vineet Training Officer: Abhijeet sir, ye batch new students ka hain. Iss seminar ke through hum investigation ke baremein zyada information denge unhe taki they have an idea about the basic things of investigation.

Abhi: Sure, Mr.Vineet, I will handle it.

Vineet : Sir mujhe information mili thi ki Mumbai ke 2 Senior officer lenge ye seminar.

Abhi: Haa wo, actually my co-officer is running late due to an case. Wo kuch der mein pahunch jaayega.

Vineet:aap please ek baar check karlenge wo kaha hain? Agar hum hi time follow nahi karenge to kaise. Please if you dont mind.

Abhi:(smiling)haa sure.. no problem at all. I check back and let you know.

Vineet leaves and Abhi dials kavin number but it doesn't get connect then he dails Rajat number.

Scene shift:
In car:-

Anand was humming an old song while driving and kavin kept looking at him.

Anand:kya hua?aise kya dekh rahe ho?

Kavin :wo.. mujhe.. i mean.. (trying to find correct words)to phir asaan hain kya?

Anand:kya?

Kavin :aisi mohabaat karna? Jiske badle mohabaat na mile.

Anand:(smiling for a while)Its the most beautiful feeling in the world. (kavin looks at him)

Kavin:kamzori nahi lagti aapko?

Anand:Bilkul nahi.. (driving looking at bracelet) Ek Tarfa pyaar ki takat hi kuch aur hoti hain,.. (looks at Kavin) Aur rishton ki tarha ye do logo mein nahi batata.. sirf mera haq hain ispe sirf mera.. (kavin was keenly looking at him)

Kavin: (thinking) aap sach keh rahe ho lekin pyaar haar gaaye na.

Anand: jante ho Kavin inn kuch mahino mein maine ek bata sikhi hain. Agar baazi ishq ki baazi hain toh jo chahe lagalo.. Dar kesa? Agar jeet gaaye to kya kehna aur agar haare bhi toh baazi maat nahi. (kavin smiles at his words)

Kavin:bilkul sahi kaha aapne,(remember Abu)mera bhi haal kuch aap jaise hi hain lekin mere dost samjhte hain ki mujhe aage bhada chaiye.

Anand:aage badhna koi buri bata nahi lekin uss jaise ishq hona badi baat hoti hain.

Kavin: wahi na. waise aaj yakeen hogaya ki chaiye kuch bhi hojaye sacha pyaar aur sache log abhi bhi iss duniya mein baki hain, aap please Abhijeet sir se mileye,(thinks about Shreya request) unke aane wale kal ke liye unka ye jaana bohut zaruri hain ki waqt rehte apne pyaar ko apne dil ki baat batana kitna zaruri hain. {Anand looks at Kavin who was lost in deep thinking}

Anand:(smiles)zarur milta lekin abhi mujhe bohut der horahi hain to phir kabhi,waise mera Salute dena boss ko.. (kavin smiles at his word boss remembering his initial days with abhi while Anand continues) abhi tumhe drop karke chalta hoon phir agli baar milenge(kavin looks at him while he again continue smiling looking at road)agar kismat mein milna hoga to milenge zarur.

Kavin:(smiles back)ye bhi theek hain, waise wo ladki bohut lucky hain ki usse aap jaise ladke ka pyaar mila haa bhale hi aap log saath na ho lekin wo pyaar hamesha rahega.. (Anand alooks at road with blank expression)

Anand:lucky to main tha ki main itni pyaari ladki se mila.. bas wo jaha bhi rahe khush rahe aur kya chaiye mujhe..

Kavin:(gets a call from rajat)hello Rajat, haa yaar wo meri bike kharab hogayi hain, abhi network area mein aaya hoon isliye call lag rahe hain..(pause)haa pahunch raha hoon. Tum thodi der shambhalo Abhijeet sir ke gusse ko main pahunchta hoon please yaar. ok byee (looks at Anand)wo mere senior hain kafi gusse wale hain aur aaj kal to gusse ki bandok leke ghumte hain.

Anand:(Smiles)kuch hi waqt ki baat hain aur ek baar sab theek hojaye to dekhna sab wapas phele jaise hojayega.

Kavin:matlabh?

Anand:mera matlabh hum pahune hi wale hain. (kavin smile) waise tumse milke acha laga aur tum ko baki sabko janke bhi acha laga, aise laga jaise main apni family se mil raha hoon wo bhi kafi waqt baad. (kavin smiles & finally they reach there and Kavin gets off the car)

Anand:aagayi apaki manzil.

Kavin:thankyou so much..

Anand: thankyou to mujhe kehna chiaye.

Kavin:are aap ke pass waqt hain to ayaega Abhijeet sir se milke jaana.

Anand: haa aaunga jaldh hi wapas aaunga aur tumhara dost bhi, sab kuch jaldh hi theek hone wala hain. Chalta hoon. (Anand salute and leaves while kavin confusingly smiles)

Meanwhile Few minutes before at Academy:

Abhi was passing in the room looking around when Vineet walks up to him.

Vineet: Sir kafi der hogayi hain. if you dont mind, can you please start in the mean time jab tak aapke colleague aate hain. Waqt nikla jaa raha hain.(Abhi looks at time and then take out phone, and keep it back)

Abhi: Sure.. Chaliye.

The seminar started and Abhijeet was describing the roles of a CID officer carries along with how the investigation happens.

Abhi: CID means State Police Services of India and the CID officer not only carries an important duty but he has to be certain with his investigation. Cid officers baane se phele aap logo ko ek acha police officer bana zaruri hain. Aur har ek police officer ka phela kartviya ye hain ki wo imandar aur apne intuition pe chale. Be very sharp and notice details of the things. (Everyone were very much engaged in Abhi explanation)

Student 1: Sir CID officer ki life, I mean ki kya karna padta hain?

Abhi:CID mein most important hain Investigation,agar aap ache se investigate karoge to aap jald se jald culprit ko pakad sakte ho.Aur investigation ke liye aapko kahi bhi jaana pad sakta hain.Din raat subha sham kabhi bhi kahi bhi. Iss baat ke liye aapko tyar rehna padega. Apart from this CID join karne ke liye basically aapko ek team player rehna bohut zaruri hain tabhi aap ek ache cid officer ban payenge.

Kavin enter the seminar room almost running and banging with door and everyone looks at him. Abhi glares at him. 

He waves at Abhijeet and Vineet gets surprised looking at him while Kavin smiles back staring at him winking. Abhi looks at both then turn to students and continue.

Abhi: Har CID office mein cells hote hain jinmein ek Anti-Human Trafficking, Missing Persons Cell aur Anti-Narcotics Cell Anti-Terrorism Wing hote hain. CID bureau is developed with high end technology to work on case faster. Par technology ke saath saath officer ka bhi fit aur smart rehna again an important factor.

Stunden 2: Sir kaunsi cheeze hain jinka hame dhayan rakhna chaiye ek acha officer bane ke liye.

Kavin: (he interprets when Abhi was about to answer back)Acha officer aisa kuch nahi hota.. Aapko ek acha insaan bana chaiye aur aapki duty hoti hain ki aap case ki bariki ko samjhe aur wo dekhe jo ho sakta hain.

Abhijeet glares at Kavin and he takes a step back.

Abhi: CID officer Mr.Kavin ki baat ko aage badhate hua, aapka sawal ka jawab ye hain ki CID ke 2 core functions hain. Ek intelligence aur dusra investigation. Jaise maine kaha aapka smart aur sharp rehna zaruri hain. {Kavin was smiling looking at all. Abhi notices him}

Abhi:Aage CID Officer Mr.Kavin continue karenge. {Kavin looks at Abhijeet and he goes near Vineet and stand}

Kavin: Hello all, actually ye mera bhi phele seminar as a Senior Officer. (Nervously laughs and Vineet tab on his shoulder)

All were looking at him giggling, Abhi see Kavin nervous and at everyone and try to step forward when he notice Kavin takin a big sigh with slowly whispering which was heard by Abhi..

Kavin:(whispering) Shambhal lena Dost.. (Addressing to students) Cid perform on most complex cases compare to other police department. The cases handled by CID go to the State government and High Courts for final justice. CID sets up specialized squads to investigate cases. Cid always get help in deriving conclusions from the data. Coming to power which CID officer holds is Under the Indian Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code, it can conduct inquiries as per prescribed procedures. CID has control in certain areas where the police department has no authority. As a distinct feature of CID, CID is also able to keep records of crimes and criminals executed. (All were listening to Kavin focusly. Kavin along with Abhi continue the seminar for around 1 hour, at last)

Kavin: I am looking forward to see a lot of you in CID department. Also I want to mention special thanks to Sr. officer Abhijeet Sir who has been in CID for over past 12 years which is a big achievement in itself. Abhijeet sir ne kayi baar aapni jaan pe khelke kayi log ko insaaf dilaya hain.

Stundent 3: Yes sir thankyou for taking us through important topic. Aaj humne aap se bohut kuch sikha hain. Hamne aap ke baremein bhi bohut suna hain. Thankyou sir thanks alot.

Abhi smiles at everyone and glances at Kavin who was happily clapping with his heart. For a minute Abhijeet felt Daya vibe in Kavin claps then he jerks his head.

Abhi : Thankyou so much for your time and Thankyou Mr. Vineet for being a great host and support today, aap ko kabhi bhi kisi bhi help ya question ho to aap apne head training officer Vineet ko bata sakte hain wo hume reachout honge incase of help.

Everyone clapped again and the seminar was concluded. Vineet escorted Abhi and Kavin outside while all students were drooling over the officers.

Vineet - Kavin were continually talking walking past the corridor with Abhijeet behind them. From the way they talk Abhijeet guessed they were friends.

Kavin: Ruhaana kaisi hain?

Vineet: Roo bol usse pata chalega na to bohut petegi.

Kavin:(laughing)haha haa baba Roo kais hain.

Vineet:wo bohut achi hain, lekin tu bata kaise chalra sab? Aur tu Delhi se kab aaya mumbai? Also congratulations to Sr.Inspector.

Kavin: Thankyou yaar thankyou.. Par sari thankyou question(complaining) sab ek saath dede, milna to hain nahi na tujhe.

Vineet: Are yaar tu bhi dekh na abh main wo college wala Vinu nahi raha , officer ban gaya hu responsibilities hain to waqt nahi milta isliye nahi mil paaya.

Kavin: haa baba theek hain tu wo vinu nahi raha par main wo Kavin hi hu. (Vinu smiles at Kavin)waise yaar Roo se milne ka bohut maan hain.

Vineet: wo gaayi hain na hyderabad, phele pata rehta tu aane wala hain to usse rokleta.

Kavin: Chal koi nahi phir milenge usse.

Vineet: Haa bilkul, par Dusht kaha hain?

Kavin:(sad) wo mission pe gaaya hain.

Vineet: what? Mujhe laga tum dono aaye ho mumbai. Iska matlabh abh tak wo uss mission se wapas nahi aaya?(kavin nodes in no sadly)kya kavin,Itne ache dost the tum logo ek dusre ke bina kahi nahi jaate. Mujhe ache se yaad hain usne tumhare karan hi cid join ki thi air dekh abh tak wapas nahi aaya.(teasingly vinu complain)

Kavin:Vinu drama maat kar waran tere students ko bata dunga ki tu kitna bada Prankster tha.

Vineet:acha baba sorry nahi kar rahu kuch..

They reach near a dining hall where lunch was arranged.

Vineet: Sir aayina, hum wo college ke dost hain to hamari baatein chalti rehti. Please understand kafi dino baad mile hain wo bhi apne best friends se to aise hi hota hain, Hope you don't mind.

Abhi:Its ok, no problem.Please continue.

Kavin: Chaliye saath mein lunch karte hain aur aapko hamari dosti ke kisse suna ke thoda bore bhi karte hain. (Vineet smiles while Abhi enter the dining room along with Kavin-Vineet followed. They sit and have lunch while talking. Abhi was still silent and Vineet-Kavin were continually talking about their friendship, life in college trainings and all)

Vineet: Sir aap jante hain, hum college mein bohut masti karte the. Main, Kavin, Dusht yani Dushyant , Jaya, Anu(share a look at kavin who stop for  moment then again eat and vinu continue) Shreya aur Roohana meri wife hain wo abh. (Abhi smiles)Bohut maaza aata tha. Humne sab kuch saath mein sikha hain, infact humne to ek case bhi solve kiya tha wo bhi hamare official posting ke phele, Yaad Hain Kavin. (He smiles remembering it)

Abhi: (Abhi looks at Kavin smile)hmm Talented to hain.. (Kavin looks at him while he looks at him then at Vinu)Shreya bohut talented hain.

Kavin:(smiles)wo to hogi hi na akhir dost kiski hain. (Raising his eyes brows)

Abhi: Meri bhen hain wo.. (Raising his eyes brows)

Vineet:matlabh?

Kavin: Matlabh Abhijeet sir sherni ko apni bhen mante hain. Inn dono mein bhai bhen ka rishta hain. (Abhi give small smiles..)

Vineet: Are waha bohut acha hain.. Shreya ko hamesha ek bhai chaiye tha.(remeber her)waise hamari princess ne sagai to akele akle karli lekin shaadi mein to bulayegi na wo..

Kavin:Are bilkul, waise main bhi kaha jaa paya tha sagai mein. Sidharth bhar hain iss waqt par wo tujhe call karegi ek baar sab finalize hojaye too.. (Abhi was lost in thinking something)

Vineet:acha lekin wo sach mein arrange marriage kar rahi hain na.(kavin nodes)wo ek aisi ladki hain jisne wo kiya jo usne socha tha.

Kavin:haa yaar sach mein cid officer bhi bangaayi aur abh shaadi bhi kar rahi hain.

Vineet:Haa tu isse mila na to usse pucha uska reaction kaisa tha jab wo CID Mumbai join kiya tab.

Kavin:(causally)acha hi hoga..

Vineet:(complaining)kavin tu bohut kuch bhul raga hain bro.(kavin raise hi eye brows)ofho waha Shreya ke idol kaam karte hain na.. ya phir ye kahu crush.. (abhi looks at Vineet and kavin try to recollect while Vineet hit his head)kisne banaya tujhe officer apne dost ki itni interesting baat bhul gaya.

Kavin:mujhe badmein daat lena phele bata kaunsi hain wo baat.

Vineet:Are waha pe Shreya ko jispe sabse bada crush tha wo wahi pe kaam karte hain na tu bhi abh mila hoga na unse.(kavin again keenly looks at him in questioning)ofho are Daya sir.. (kavin recollects shreya crush for him while Abhi was shocked to hear the news) Shreya unki deewani hain na. Bhul gaaya tu.

Kavin:(hitting his head)haa yaar main to bhul hi gaaya.

Vineet:waise kaise hain wo personally humne jaisa so ha tha waise hain.

Kavin:pata nahi

Vineet:matlabh?

Kavin:are yaar I mean main mila nahi unse.

Vineet;kyu?

Kavin:wo mission pe gaya hain.

Vineet:wo bhi mission pe aur Dusht bhi..

Kavin release something and looks at Abhi who was deeply lost in thinking. Kavin recollect Shreya words from last night about Abhi Daya friendship and he signal Vineet to stop talking. Vinu understand and keep quite for a while.

Vineet:Acha Kavin, Dusht ne jaane se phele baat ki thi mujhe aur aisa laga uski baatein se ki wo koi dangerous mission pe gaya hain. kuch news aayi uski I mean itne din hogaye to..

Kavin: News to nahi aayi aur uska mission pe jaana theek hain ya nahi pata nahi yaar mujhe. Tu janata hain na wo kitna ziddi hain waise bhi uss waqt Delhi mein ek new ACP aaya tha jo team ko micromanage kar rahe the aur hame koi support nahi mil raha tha ussi chakar mein authority ke hisab se Delhi mein ek case ke Silsile mein kisi ek officer ko mission pe jaan padega ya kayi logo ko transfer aur layoff kiya jaa raha tha. Isliye Maine aur Dushyant ne socha ki hum ye karlete hain lekin hamare pyaare dost ne meri jagha khud ka naam dediya mission ke liye aur chala gaaya taki mujhe kahi jaana na pade.. (grinning his teeth tells everythingin one gooo vineet smiles at him)

Vineet: Naraz hain tu usse? Tum dono ki kitni ladai hui thi iss baat pe? Aapko pata hain sir(looks at Abhi and abhi looks at Vinu) Hum sab dost calls pe resolve kar rahe the inki ladai. Finally dono ne aapni zid chod ke sulha karli. (Abhi was looking at Kavin constantly)

Kavin: Vineet, ladai hona to pyaar ki nishani hain aur waise bhi naraz tha par jab wo jaa raha tha to kaise naraz rehta. Lekin yaar uski bohut yaad aati hain. Isliye to mumbai chala aaya par yaad yaha bhi aati hain.

Vineet: Uss Dusht ne wada kiya tha na?

Kavin: Haa ussi wada pe to raha tak raha hu,bas abh wo jald se jald wapas aayega.

Vineet: Itne mahine hogaye to kahi ye mission sach mein bohut dangerous to nahi hain?

Kavin: Vinu, sach mein kuch nahi pata lekin haa usne wada kiya hain to nibhayega zarur aur baat rahi meri to usske aane tak main uske intezar mein jee bhar ke jeeunga taki jab bhi wo wapas aaye usse kuch bhi badla hua na milega. Na main nahi uski yaadein. Abh dosti wahi hain jab dost na ho to mujhe hi uski yaadein, cheeze aur responsibility ko shambhal hoga na. (Abhi again gets lost in thinking about Daya with Kavin words)

Vineet: bilkul sahi kaha yaar..

After a while they finish lunch and head out.. Kavin-Vinu were still talking and Abhijeet standing back of Kavin while his back was facing Abhi.

Abhi was not feeling well and was looking around when he notice someone at the Gate, he narrow his eyes and stare at gate where he see Daya standing smiling at him. 

Abhi had moist eyes with small smile on his lips. Firstly he think its his imagination but when a student bang with daya and daya save him. Abhi release the reality and start running towards the gate.

Daya see Abhi running towards him while Vineet notice Kavin back,Kavin follow his gaze and looks at Abhi jumping on the bushes and running towards the gate but he slips and falls. Kavin- Vinu gets worried and runs behind him, Abhi gets up and see Daya not there but still runs outside the gate, here Kavin- Vinu also run behind Abhi calling him with confusion.

Kavin: Sir.. Abhijeet sirrrrr..

Abhi comes outside the gate and search everywhere looking for Daya. He looks around running here and there and gets disappointed. He finally stand near gate taking heavy breathes, Kavin -Vineet reaches to him.

Kavin:Sir.. Aap bhage kyu? Kya hua?

Vineet:Aap theek ho sir..

Abhijeet was looking around trying to find Daya, his eyes were searching around while his heart was sinking from inside.

After 2 week, it was fresh morning when Abhi was 1st one to reach bureau. All comes slowly and they all share a good news and rejoice happily. Acp along with Salunke enter at the same time and they also join in the happiness. Acp - Salunke were happy seeing Abhijeet finally happy.

At the ends of the day officer enter Bureau.

Sr.Inspector Daya reporting on duty sir. (After the Behroopiya case was finished and daya recovered and was back to office.)
