In midnight...

Screen zooms on a beautiful couple who were cuddling to each other much tighter as they could...ofcourse they were our Preeran...suddenly preeta felt some sharp pain in her belly and she woke up clutching her belly....

Hearing her painful and sobbing sounds he also woke up....he saw tears in her eyes which was a like a poison for him...seeing her in tears his eyes also filled with tears..

Karan:(panicking) hey babydoll....kya hua...kyu ro rahi ho?? Batao na...mera dil baitha jaa rha hai....

Preeta:(with tears) karan...pet main bhot dard ho raha hai...it's unbearable...

Karan:(with slight tears) chalo phir hum doctor ke paas chalte hai....

Preeta:(weakly) nahi iski zarurat nahi hai...

Karan: aree kaise nahi hai chalo doctor ke paas...get up...

Preeta:(with slight tears) areee nahi karan...tum baitho yahi...vo bas pain killer dedo...main thoda rest kar leti hu phir thik ho jayega...

He nods and give her painkiller and water...

Karan:(while handing her medicine) ye lo babydoll...

Preeta:(while taking) thanks....

She gulp the medicine and he made her drink water...

Karan: chalo ab tum rest karo...

He made her lie on the bed and covered her with blanket...he was about to go but she stopped him...

Preeta:(weakly) yahin mere paas aajao na...

She cutely opened her arms for him....he without wasting any time jumped on the bed and took her in his embarce....

Karan:(while pecking his lips) bhot tang karti ho mujhe...bilkul apna dhyan nahi rakhti..kal bhi kitni tabiyat kharab thi tumhari....pata hai tumhe in pyaari pyaari aankhon main aansu pasnd nahi hai mujhe phir bhi...

soon she drifted into sleep but he couldn't because he was tensed for her...he tightly hold her hand and bring close to his heart....soon he also slept...

Next day...

Preeta opens her eyes blinking it several times and saw karan staring at her....

Karan: tum uth gyi...pain to nahi ho rhaa??

She tried to sit and he helped her...

Preeta: nahi....ab pain nahi ho raha hai...i m fine...

Karan: uhh!! Thank god pata hai meri to jaan hi nikal gyi thi...

She smiled sensing his care and jumped into his lap hugging his torse whereas he started carresing his hair kissing her forehead....

After some days...

Karan and preeta were sitting in the car going hospital...karan was driving the car and preeta was sitting beside him...they both were arguing....

Preeta: karan i am fine..mujhe hospital ki zarurat nahi hai....dekho tum car vapas lelo ghar ki tarf....

Karan: tum chup raho bilkul thik nahi ho....roz raat ko tumhare pet main dard hota hai...tumhe kya laga agar tum mujhe uthoagi ya fir. Bataogi nahi to merko pata nahi lagega...

She widened her eyes in shock and passed a nervous smile to him...

Karan: ab chup chaap baithi rehna...

She nods making a cute pout...
They both reached to hospital...

Karan:(to recpistionist) check kriye gaa Mr and Mrs. Karan Luthra ka appointment hoga Dr. Sharma ke saath...

Reception: wait for a min sir...(she checked) yes sir...aage se left and then right vaha Dr. Sharma ka clinic hai...

Karan: thanks...(to preeta) chalo...

They both moved towards the clinic....they both knocked...

Dr. Sharma: come in...

They both went inside the cabin...

Dr. Sharma: oh hello mr and Mrs luthra...

Both greeted her...

Dr. Sharma: haan to bataiye kya problem hai aapko??

Preeta was about to say but karan interrupted...

Karan: main batata hu...tum ruko...pure din kaam karti rahegi ghar ka and then iski raat main tabiyat khrab hoti hai you know pet main dard and vomiting hoti hai...

Doctor too chuckled listening her complaints...

Dr: ohh to ye baat hai...dekhiye main inke ek baar tests karva leti hu...reports main sab clear ho jayega and aapko kal tak aapki reports mil jayengi...tab tak main inko medicine de deti hu pet dard ki...

Karan:(worriedly) tests karvaate waqt dard to nahi hota na...

Preeta: karan..ssh shanti se baitho raho...koi dard nahi hota...

Karan: aree ruko tum...(to doctor) aap bataiye pain to nahi hota na...

Dr: nahi mr. Luthra bilkul pain nahi hota...

He nods...dr. took her inside and after sometime both came...

Dr.: aapko aapki reports kal tak mil jayengi...tab tak main aapko pet dard ki medicine prescribe kr deti hu...

She nods and sat down...dr. wrote the medicine...

Dr: bas aap injection le lijiye aur ye davaai time par lete rahiyega...

Preeta:(fearly) injection...

Karan: haan thik hai injection se to kuch nahi hota...bas aisa lagta hai cheeti ne kata...preeta tum injection se darti ho...kuch nahi hoga..

Preeta: tum chup raho...nahi mujhe injection nahi lagwana...

Karan:(to doctor) aap injection  prepare kariye...

Preeta:(with slight tears)karan nahi mujhe nahi lagwana...

Karan wiped her tears and kissed her forehead...

Karan: shhh babydoll..kuch nahi hoga..abhi to bhot keh rhi thi ki test karvaate waqt kuch nahi hota...

He signed doctor to inject and he made her snuggle in his chest...

Karan:  babydoll dekho kuch nahi hota...lagwa lo...

He made her busy in his talks and doctor injected her...she hissed in pain..

Karan: lo lag gya injection aur kuch hua bhi nahi...

She hits his chest...

Preeta:(with a cute pout) tumhe pata hai bhot dard hua...

Karan chuckled...

They both left from the cabin...

At night...

Preeta came out from the washroom and saw karan sitting on the bed using his phone...she sat beside him and snuggled close to him...he wrapped his arm around her waist and started caressing it inside her suit...

Karan: kya hua meri jaan??(kissed her forehead)Kya soch soch kar itna sad ho rahi ho??

Preeta: tumhe kaise pata ki main sad ho rahi hu??

Karan:(pulling her close) mujhe sab pata hai ab batao kya hua hai??

Preeta: karan kal reports ki tension.ho rahi hai...kya aayega??

Karan:oh god!! Tum choti choti baaton ki tension leti ho kuch bura nahi hoga...sab acha hoga...

Preeta: schii..

Karan: haan...

After sometime both slept...

Next morning...

Karan received one message...he saw preeta standing in front of mirror applying moisturizer...

Karan: preeta report aagyi..aake dekho na kya aaya hai...

Preeta jumped on the bed and took phone from him...

She started reading it...

Suddenly she became numb and tears started falling from her eyes...

Karan: hey babydoll...kya hua? Kya aaya hai report main??
