Danny's pov:

I was cleaning out some boxes from the shed to sell so I could get the right clothes for Dash's party when I came across an old file. Now normally I'd ignore it but i flipped through it to say what made it worth keeping in a box my mom obviously packed so carefully. my name was in the file...at least my first name was but rather then question the lack of last name I continued my unpacking. Flash forward to the end of the day and I'm sitting in my room reading through the file by the end of it one thing became clear... I had been adopted by the Fenton family.. I kept it to myself but started digging the only thing I had to go on was the name of the agency that gave me to mom and....I mean Jack and Maddie it was a long search but in the end I got a name..Amber McLain no record of what happened to her just....gone. flash forward a few weeks or maybe months it was hard to track time during that chunk of time anyway there I was staring at a ghost girl with the name of "ember" McLain. I mean I'd have to be as dumb as the box ghost not to see the similarities between the names so after I beat her I asked questions it went something like this "let me go already dipstick" she said as she tried to get free from the net "I have some questions first AMBER" "it's ember dipstick amber died along time ago" "did you ever have a son?" "What does it matter to you that was like fourteen years ago the kids probably dead" "half-dead actually" she stopped struggling and stared in shock "no you can't be my danny!" I dropped to my knees and undid the net "I'll ask you again are you amber mclain?" She nodded with tears in her eyes and hugged me tightly "do they know that you know" I shook my head "no one knows" "you can't tell anyone you know that right" I nod "we need to set up some rules babypop" "like what mom" she snorts "first don't ever call me that unless we are alone second don't expect me to give up on taking over the world it needs to pay for what it did to me" I would later find out that I was the product of a rape and that she wanted to keep me but they wouldn't let her whenever I asked who "they" were she just said the world "but that doesn't mean I'll attack your friends that also means don't hold back when fighting me. We'll patch each other up afterwards no matter who wins and third is that we don't let our fights follow us home at home we are mother and son and not phantom and ember okay?" I nod and that began our secret life away from everyone else I even have my own room in her realm I just have to call ahead of time.

Present time:

"What happened babypop" "I'll explain on the way but I really need your help please" she nodded and we took off for t1he park I told her everything I knew before we landed in the park and kitty and everyone walked up "hey girlfriend did he fill you in" kitty was one of two other people who knew the truth. "Yeah dan...I mean dipstick filled me in though why he chose me I have no clue" " drop it mom at this point I don't care who knows I just want to get my son back" everyone had different reactions but all of them realized that now wasn't the time and we all started to form a plan.........

Two chapters in a week and a plot twist explained and for those still wondering what was in the folder Maddie gave to Sam you'll find out soon I promise
