Here we see Danie and Paulina are in the training room as we see Danie and Paulina sparring with each other and the others watching from the sidelines.

Jazz: So let me get this straight, when Paulina and Danie started going out, Paulina got superpowers because she's an alien?

Danny: Subhuman actually.

Star: And now she can absorb the powers of anyone that has powers.

Everyone sees Paulina get blasted back by a mana fist from Danie but she absorbed it and sent it back at Danie, who blocked it with a shield.

Paulina: Energy isn't the only thing I can absorb.

Paulina then pulls out a piece of titanium, given by Danie, and absorbs it, encasing her arms in titanium as she flies at Danie and punches her into a wall.

Jazz: She can absorb matter too?!

Tucker: Yep.

Danie: *Gets up* Wow, not bad babe, you really know how to throw a punch. And nice use of titanium.

Paulina: Thanks, sweetie. But that's not all I can do.

Sam: *Sarcastically* Oh what, she has acid spit now?

And much to Sam's annoyance, she and the others saw Paulina spit a acid loogie at Danie as she dodged it narrowly which made a hole in the floor.

Sam: Oh come on!

Tucker: Okay that is actually pretty cool.

Sam glares at Tucker taking Paulina's side.

Tucker: What? It is.

Paulina then rapidly fires her acid spit at Danie as she dodges all of them and blasts Paulina back and Paulina retaliates by blasting a ghost ray at Danie as she blocked it. Just as the two were about to strike each other the timer goes off as they stop.

Star: And that's time! Nice job girls.

Danie: Thanks, *to Paulina* you're really getting good with your moves hun.

Paulina: Well I do have the best sparring partner slash girlfriend. But just remember, just because I'm your girlfriend don't go easy on me.

Danie: *Giggles* Noted. And seeing how much you improved, I think you're ready.

Paulina: *Gasps* You mean…

Danie: Yes I mean… your first patrol!

Paulina: Woo-hoo!

Sam: What?!

Jazz: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, Danie decided to bring Paulina out on your patrols and we all agreed on it.

Sam: Uh I didn't and say she can't join.

Danny: Why not?

Sam was caught off guard and tried to think of an excuse on why her “enemy” couldn't join their patrol.

Sam: Uh… w-well… she's not ready yet!

Star: What do you mean? She already helped Danie when she was dealing with Vlad.

Jazz: And with Spectra.

Tucker: And Terminetra.

Danie: Plus, she's been helping Ben, Rook, and I  for a couple of days now, and I think she's ready for her first patrol, so all in favor?

Star, Tucker, Jazz, and Danny: Aye!

Sam: Not happening!

Danie: Sorry Sam, four against one.

We then see Kiko hold up a flag saying “Paulina for ghost patrol” as Danie saw it.

Danie: Make that five against one.

Sam: Oh come on!

Sam was now envious, it was Star's first time on patrol all over again, only she was out voted by everyone, especially her friends, Star, Jazz, and a red panda, how humiliating for the goth.

The next day, during school at lunch, we see

Sam Manson was already at her usual table, eating her usual salad while Tucker was fiddling with his PDA, though she wasn't really paying attention to her food.

Sam: Where are they?

Tucker: Who?

Sam: Danny and Danie, duh.

???(Danny): Hey guys.

They turned around to see that it was Danny...with Star...and they were holding hands...again and Danie was doing the same with Paulina along with Kiko on top of Danie's head.

Tucker: Hey guys, and Paulina.

Paulina: Hi, Sam and… Tucker? *Danie nods yes* Tucker.

Sam: *To Paulina* Um...who said that you could sit here with us?

Danie: I did...come on Sam, Paulina is a part of our circle now…

Paulina smiled at that, before noticing the dirty look Sam sent her. She sent it back when her beau wasn't looking.

Paulina: So...you guys? How was the math test?

Tucker: Pretty good...I think I passed…

Sam:  *In a sour tone* Me too…

Sam's tone didn't go unnoticed by the others.

Star: Well I know me and Danny passed that's for sure.

Paulina: And I know I passed too thanks to Danie-kins help.

Danny: *To Star* Yeah...you really helped me out there.

Star: *In a loving tone*Anything for you Danny-Boo

Danie: And I want you to pass with flying colors sweet potato.

Paulina: *In a loving tone* Aww thanks baby~.

The two girls ignored the angry look from Sam and the envious/disgusted look from Tucker.

Sam couldn't stand this. She noticed the amount of food on Star's tray and she also knew how high maintenance she still is and also noticed Paulina had the same amount on her tray too.

Sam: *Sarcastical tone* Wow, are you really going to eat all of that Paulina? And here I thought you cheerleaders were obsessed with maintaining stick figures.

Danie heard this and would have scolded her,  but Paulina spoke up, speaking in a very controlled tone of voice.

Paulina: Okay first of all, cheerleaders aren't supermodels, second, I eat a healthy, balanced diet in order to give me the energy to do everything such as cheerleading and jogging, besides, I will need it for patrol tonight.

Sam gritted her teeth at that.

Paulina ignored her as she went to go get some extra milk, leaving Danny alone with his friends for the time being.

Star: You know that wasn't a nice thing to say Sam. I eat just as much as Paulina *gestures to her tray*

Danie: Yeah not cool Manson, I eat just as much too.

Sam: I didn't say anything untrue...she and the rest of her type are all obsessed with being like some unrealistic size 0 supermodels in the making.

Star and Danie: It's called watching our weight

Danie: And not Paulina, she's different.

Sam: *Sarcastically* Yeah right.

Tucker: Sam cool it.

Danny: Sam, this has got to stop, Paulina is Danie's girlfriend and like it or not, she is going to be a part of Danie's life now.

Danie: Yeah, and she's already doing a good job too, she made employee of the month at Plumber HQ.

Tucker: Really?

Danie: Yep.

Star: Ooh nice.

Sam: But Danie-

Danie: Don't “But Danie” me Samantha, I know that you and Paulina don't click but I am asking as a friend to give her a chance...she really is a nice person if you take the time to get to know her. Plus, Danny told me about how you and Star didn't get along but look at you both now.

Tucker: She's not wrong.

Sam: Danie, a cheerleader never changes her spots! Paulina is still that same shallow girl from when Danny and Star started dating and she's no better than Trixie.

Danie only glared at Sam and spoke with a sarcastic tone.

Danie: You do realize I'm a cheerleader too right? Does that make a jerk?

Sam: W-well no but-

Danie: Do I make fun of your style?

Sam: No but-

Danie: I rest my case.

Danny: Danie's right, Paulina isn't a bad person once you get to know her, and she only acted mean cause no one really got to know her except Danie.

Star: Yeah, Paulina came a long way, and she's a good person now, and I should know what that was like.

Sam: *In her head* Danny…

Sam was frustrated over the fact that most of her friends were under the spell that Paulina actually changed.

Speaking of Paulinw

Paulina had gotten her milk, ignored the A-listers when she walked past their table and she especially ignored Colette and Trixie, who were both eating a catered lunch since they think they're too good for cafeteria food.

Paulina got her milk and was heading back to where the others were , only to hear a bit of what Manson was saying.

About her...

Sam: *Off-screen* Danie, a cheerleader, never changes her spots! Paulina is still that same shallow girl from when Danny and Star started dating and she's no better than Trixie.

Sam didn't realize that the latina girl was close by and heard her.

Paulina heard her and got angry for two reasons.

1)That the goth girl compared her to her old self and Trixie, once again and 2) that she was trash talking behind her back, and to her own girlfriend.

A girlfriend who is quick to defend her and her friends.

Danie: *Off-screen* Paulina isn't a jerk and you do realize I'm a cheerleader too right? Does that make a jerk?

Sam: *Off-screen* W-well no but-

Danie: Do I make fun of your style?

Sam: No but-

Danie: I rest my case.

Danny: Danie's right, Paulina isn't a bad person once you get to know her, and she only acted mean cause no one really got to know her except Danie.

Star: Yeah, Paulina came a long way, and she's a good person now, and I should know what that was like.

They didn't realize Paulina heard them.

Paulina frowned as she glared at Manson, already knowing why she hates her so much and why she is still trashing her.

Paulina: *In her head* Just you wait until Manson, I'm gonna show you that I am way tougher than you think...

Paulina made her presence known, pretended that she hadn't heard them and then continued to have lunch with her woman and her friends. Neither knowing or caring how things will turn out tonight, all starting after school.

Later after school was over, we see Danny, Danie, Star, Paulina and Kiko going to the exit, where Sam and Tucker were there as well, clearly waiting for them even if Danny or Danie didn't realize it yet.

Star and Danny: Hey guys.

Paulina decided to stay neutral here for the sake of Danny and Star, and to Danie especially.

Paulina: Hey…

Sam: Hey… *to Danny* Just a quick reminder that we go on patrol at 6:30 on the dot.

Danny: Yeah, yeah...same time, same place…

Both Danny and Danie didn't notice that Sam and Paulina were exchanging dirty looks.

Paulina got annoyed, before grabbing Danie by the arm to get her attention and Star did the same with Danny.

Star: We better be going Danny...I want to get out of here before Colette stops being hit on by the jocks and comes back to bug us

Paulina: Ditto with Trixie.

Danie: Oh yeah good call.

Danny: See you guys later.

Danny and Danie, and their girlfriends and Kiko all soon left. Once they were out of earshot, Sam let out a growl of anger and irritation.

Tucker: Sam, chill out...I haven't had a good history with Paulina either but let's just get tonight's patrol over with.

Sam: *Under her breath* Stupid cheer-leading bimbo.

Meanwhile

Paulina: *Under her breath* Lousy, no fun having gothic floozy.

Danie: Did you say something hun?

Paulina flinched, realizing she let that slip out.

Paulina: Uh...nothing major...anyway, thanks again for letting me join in tonight.

Danie: Well, you deserve it...you have been practicing and I think you're ready to take part in patrol tonight…

Star: Yeah you definitely earned it Paulina.

Danny: Plus Danie told me about what you did at Bellwood, especially with the Screechit.

Paulina: Hehe thanks, and believe me guys, I was born ready. *Kisses Danie.*

Once they parted, they went back to walking in order to get to those smoothies with Danny and Star, and then to Star's dance lessons, before they had to go on patrol tonight.

As they continued to walk, Paulina's thoughts went back to the person who caused her sour mood earlier.

Paulina: *In her head* I'll show you what I'm made of, Sam.

Later on, It was already 6:29pm. Tucker and Sam were already in the Fenton Works lab due to Jazz letting them in while Mr. and Mrs. Fenton went out to visit an alleged haunted house. They are here...but someone isn't yet.

Sam: *In impatience and frustration* Where the heck are Danny and Danie?

Tucker: Chill, Sam...I'm sure they're on their way..."Tucker said, while Sam looked impatient.

Sam: Great, it's one thing for Danny to bring Star to our patrol and  make him late to boot but now Danie is bringing Paulina too and making her late too.

Tucker: Whoa, Sam...One, we don't know that...maybe they had to go ghost or something and two, how are they late? you said to meet at 6:30...

Sam: Well, it's 6:30 right now and I don't see  them anywhere… *gestured to her watch*

No sooner than she said that, Danny and Danie walked into the lab, with Kiko, Star and Paulina in tow.

Danny: Hey guys.

Sam: So...what's up? Anything...interesting happened since school let out?

Paulina: Oh we all went out for smoothies.

Star: And Danny was sweet to walk me to my dance lessons.

Paulina: And so was Danie who was kind enough to share a smoothie for two.

Sam's irritation and jealousy was swelling but she tried to remain composed.

Sam: *Sarcastically* Oh, I see...how nice…

Paulina: Oh, this is so exciting..my first patrol as a member of Team Phantom.

Sam: *In her head* You are no member of Team Phantom.

Danny: Anyway guys...let's just get the equipment and select which routes we will take tonight.

Paulina: Speaking of, Danny...I'll be back in a second. *Goes up stairs*

Sam: *Annoyance* Um...where do you think you're going?

Paulina: To go change...be back in a few minutes.

Tucker: Danie, why is she changing?

Danie: Paulina insisted on wearing something appropriate for ghost hunting, plus she figured if Star is wearing something she's gotta wear something too.

Sam: *chortled* Like what, a short skirt?

Tucker: I'd be cool with that! *Gets slapped upside head by Star* Ow!

Danie: Thanks.

Star: Don't mention it.

Danie: *To Tucker* And that's my girlfriend you're talking about.

Sam: *In her head* Oh brother…

A few minutes later.

Sam: I say we head out now.

Danie: We're not going without Paulina.

Danny: Danie’s right, we can't go without Paulina. Wow never thought that I'd say that.

Star: Me neither.

Sam: Danny, we were supposed to leave on patrol five minutes ago.

Danny: In case I am wrong, since when do we schedule when we leave?

Tucker wisely kept to himself at the other end of the lab, organizing the weapons in his backpack.

Before anyone could say anything else, Paulina  came back down to the lab floating in.

Paulina: I'm done!

To everyone's surprise, was wearing a black and blue sleeveless jumpsuit with black armbands, a blue belt, blue knee high boot heels, blue hair clips, earrings, and her hair faded from black to blue.

Danie's eyes widened, namely at how form fitting the jumpsuit is.

Danie: Woah… when did you-

Paulina: Last night, I figured out how to turn half ghost or at least psuedu half ghost.

Danie: Impressive.

Star: Wow you look awesome.

Paulina: Thanks, so do I look ready to take on ghosts?

Danie: Uh-huh.

Sam: *Rolled her eyes* Right...well, let's go, we're late as it is.

Paulina: Wait hang on, you two are going out like that?

Sam: Paulina it's one thing for Star to criticize our fashion but I'm not gonna hear it from you. *To Star* No offense.

Star: None taken.

Paulina: No I mean, why are you going out like that? Aren't you going to wear disguises or something? I get how Danny, Danie, and Star, if she gets the chance, can get away with it, but if you guys are always helping them fight ghosts all of the time...aren't you guys afraid someone might catch you guys in the act.

Star: Yeah I said the same time when I first went on patrol with them.

Danie: Huh, I never really thought about that.

Sam: I will have you know that Tucker and I have been doing fine since day 1 and-

Danie: Actually Sam, Paulina might have a point...to be honest, I guess it's kind of lucky that no one ever noticed us while we were ghost hunting...maybe disguises aren't too bad of an idea.

Star: Thank you.

Sam, however, refused to ever admit that the latina girl is right, even more-so when she saw the cocky look on her face.

Sam: We don't need disguises...we have been doing fine as we are

Paulina: *In her head* Geez...she really doesn't want to admit that I'm right, does she?

Star: Well at least I can put the mask on just in case. *placed said mask over her face, basically looking like she is wearing an orange version of Mrs. Fenton's jumpsuit* Let's go show those bad ghosts who's boss.

Paulina: Yeah!

Danny: Right, come on guys.

Danny and Danie morphed into their ghostly selves, Dannt picked Star up bridal style and soon fazed out of the lab together and Danie did the same with Paulina following Danny, while Sam and Tucker had to go on foot.

Tucker: Right behind you, man

Tucker and Sam grabbed the weapons and soon left the lab and Fenton Works all together. All the while, Sam's anger and jealousy was still fermenting.

Sam: *In her head* Just you wait, I'll show Danie the kind of girl you really are.

Sam and Tucker soon left with their friends to start with their patrol.
