The Infi-Map took them to an additional 5 years into the future where all of Futuristic Amity Park was in ruins. Most of the buildings were crumbling and the sidewalks were cracked. Danny looked around in shock at what became of the place he lived in.

"What happened?" Danny asked.

"After what you've seen, you really have to ask that question?" Vlad said then explained, "After you returned to fight Jamie, you and her constantly battled for 5 years. Each one brought devastation to the city. It was only a matter of time when you both had your final battle."

That's when someone was flung into building remains and she struggled to get up. Danny got a better look at the person and it was Jamie. She started getting up until she fell back down and turned back into a human.

Then Dan Phantom came down and started beating her to death, even though he wasn't in the best shape either. With every blow that Dan delivered to Jamie, Danny winced as tears started forming in his eyes. Then Dan stopped and just smirked at her pain as he pulled her up by the hair.

"How does it feel, Jamie? You defeated and not able to protect this city? I'm glad I left you because I knew you were nothing without me and still will be," he said.

That drove Jamie over the edge and she let out a ghostly wail as she went back to her ghost form. It didn't last long and once done, Jamie was weakened even more. But she got this Ecto-Dejecto the Fentons made about 15 years before.

"I'm sorry, but this is how it has to be," she whispered.

Then they yelled as they flew in the air, charging at each other. Then as she injected it into him, Dan stabbed her in the stomach.

"NO!" Danny yelled.

Both looked where they were injected/stabbed then back at each other.

"You know...Danny, even though you...left, I...still loved you. Even after...you merged with...Vlad's ghost half. And it may...sound stupid, but...I still love you," Jamie croaked.

Dan's eyes widened as he slowly took out the weapon and she fell. She hit the concrete hard and Dan slowly went down to her lifeless body. He held her in his arms.

"Jamie, what have I done to you?" he asked as he bowed his head.

He then started groaning in pain and disappeared, the Ecto-Dejecto taking effect.

Danny started crying as he watched the scene unfold. He didn't notice Vlad pulling out his Ghost Gauntlets.

"How could this have happened?" Danny wondered then decided, "This isn't permanent. I will honor Christmas in my heart and keep it all year. I won't shut out the lessons I learned from the past, present, and future. I will treasure every moment with Jamie and tell her how I feel so this future doesn't happen."

"Well, isn't that sweet. Let's see if you can stop this future from happening," Vlad smirked, raising the gauntlets.

Danny looked behind him in shock and he and Vlad ended up in a battle.

"I thought you honored the truce," Danny snapped.

"Old habits die hard," Vlad stated then charged.

It kept going until Vlad pinned him to the ground.

"You will see what Christmas is truly about," Vlad remarked.

He then buried the gauntlets into Danny's chest, making him scream and then everything went black.
