No one's POV

Sora were currently on the 18th floor. A day has passed ever since the Goliath incident on the 18th floor, and they had defeated it and they were all getting ready to head back to the surface.

Bell: Morning, Sora...!

Sora: Morning Bell...

Bell smile at him as they equipped their gear and waited for the girls to finished their bath at the lake. Hermes wanted Sora and Bell to peak on them one more time before they get back to the surface, but Sora quickly beat him within an inch of his life and tied him up in a tree.

Hermes: Sora! Peeking is a part of man's romance!!

Sora: Shut up! You reminded me of Grandpa Zeus!!!

Bell just laugh awkwardly at the scene.

Bell: Ahaha... Well I guess we still have a few minutes before we head out...

Sora: Yeah...

Sora then start to walk off leaving Bell behind and he looked confused.

Bell: Sora... Where are you-

Sora: Come with me, Bell. Time to teach you something about reality.

Bell looked confused and he follows Sora to the forest and after a few minutes of walking, Bell see a small hill with multiple weapons plunge to the ground.

Bell: A grave...?

Sora nodded his head.

Sora: This is the gravesite of Ryuu's Familia. The Astraea Familia, and they were all close friends of mine before they died... That's how me and Ryuu know each other...

Bell look down and sees all the white flowers near the weapons. It indicates that Sora and Ryuu had visited them yesterday. Sora then gave his respect and prays for them, and Bell joins him.

Sora: Do you know who the Astraea Familia is, Bell?

Bell shook his head telling Sora that he doesn't know and Sora continue to smile. But that smile had a bit of sadness in it.

Sora: They were basically known as Heroes of Justice, under Goddess Astraea. The Goddess of Justice

Bell: What happened to them...?

Sora: They were ambushed by a rival Familia in the dungeon. All members except Ryuu died. And I was there that day when it happened... To be more precise, I was to late to safe them...

Sora said while tears started streaming down his eyes as he reminiscing about his past.

Sora: Even someone as fast as me. Who is known as the fastest man alive, would always be late...

Sora then told everything about Ryuu, about her being at the guilds blacklist. How she annihilated the rival Familia, for revenge on her death comrade and how she was saved by Syr and started working at the Hostess of Fertility. After Sora had told Bell everything, he clinch his hand tightly.

Bell: Why...? Why would they do that to her...?

Sora: For being Heroes... I can't tell how many times I was ambushed as well...

Bell looked at Sora completely and utterly shocked. Heroes were being hunted down and killed, just because they are Heroes.

Sora: We Zeus Familia, are known as Heroes of Old. For 1000 years, the Zeus Familia rains over Orario. Until 15 years ago, when we beaten by the Black Dragon, from Dungeon Oratoria...

Bell eyes widened completely and utterly shocked. He clearly knew who the black dragon is. And Sora told Bell everything about the 3 great quest of Orario. How the Zeus Familia and Hera Familia managed to defeat the Behemoth and Leviathan, but they were wiped out by the One Eyed Black Dragon. And those who survived were worshipped as the mightiest Heroes, but they were all gone, leaving Sora and Asuna behind as the sole survivor of each Familia.

Bell looked down and started to get conflicted. What if he also become a Hero like Sora? He also would be hunted down by rival Familia, and their friends and family would be targeted as well. He clinched his hand tightly and Sora noticed this and spoke up.

Sora: Bell... What I saw yesterday was you a rising star in Orario to become the Hero to the people. The one that we Zeus Familia longed for... The last Hero...

Bell looked at Sora. He was smiling, telling him that Sora believed that he could become a Hero that surpasses him, and Bell eyes widened as wide as he could and Sora continue to smile.

Sora: I'm here to tell you that being a Hero is a long treacherous road. You might fall and dangers and misfortunes that plagued it.

Bell looked at him concern and Sora changed his expression into a serious look.

Sora: I want to know. Why do you choose to go down such road? You see what reality can do to a Hero who isn't what they should be.

Sora said while looking towards the grave with his eyes covered by the shadow of his hair.

Sora: Now tell me. Why do you want to become a Hero?

Bell looks at him with eyes full of determination.

Bell: I wanted to become a hero... A hero who could defeat any monster... A hero who could make everyone happy... No more tragedies. A hero who could save everyone. That's the kind of hero I wanted to become!

Bell made an oath. He was determined to become a Hero as well. Like the person standing in front of him.

Bell: I want to save people. I want to get stronger to save people. To protect my friends, Goddess, my family. I want to protect those who can't protect themselves.

It was a pure hero of heart. Sora look at him, he is just like how Alfia and Zald prayed for him to become, and the name Bell that Sora gave him on the day he was born.

(Flashback)

One year had passed ever since the Zeus Familia was exiled by the Freya and Loki Familia. And the day that a young boy with white hair was born into this world. He was held by his Mother Meteria.

Sora: Uwah... What a cute boy...

Meteria: Hey Sora, will you give him a name...

Sora then looked surprised.

Sora: Huh? But wouldn't his mother should be the one to gave him...

Meteria then looked down and hold the boy tightly as tears started streaming down his eyes.

Meteria: I don't have much time left. My sickness is getting to me. And I want you, his Big Brother... to be the one to give him his name..

Sora then looked down saddened. Knowing that Meteria's time is up and he looked at her and saw that she was looking at him with hopes in her eyes.

Meteria: Please... Sora...

Sora then looked down for a moment. Until he heard the sound of a bell ringing and looked to his pants, and saw two bells that he always attached there and took it.

Sora(mind): Dad... What will you do at times like this...

Sora then clutch the bells tightly and looked at Meteria smiling.

Sora: Bell...

Meteria: Huh...?

Sora: His name will be Bell. Bell Cranel, and I hope one day, he will become a Hero as well...

Meteria: Ah... That's a good name...

Meteria then hand Bell over to him and Sora took him and hold him by his arm and saw that Meteria's eyes were already void of life. But she continue to smile with tears on her eyes and look at Sora.

Meteria: Sora... Please take care of him. As his Big Brother... And I am... Entrusting... the future... to you... Sora... my son...

Meteria said her last words as she took her last breath. Tears, sadness. Emotions filled Sora like a blizzard. He was crying his heart out as he saw the person who he also looked up to as a Mother, just like Alfia died and he reached out to her face and close her eyes.

(Present)

Sora open his eyes and smile at him.

Sora: You're going down a path with no return. Your task as a Hero is dangerous, suicidal. You will die...

Bell: Legends never die... Just like those stories...

Bell said with a determined smile.

Bell: I need to become stronger to stand next to her.

Sora: Aiz...?

Bell nodded his head but blush in embarrassment and Sora just chuckle.

Bell: And I want to become a Hero, that surpasses you...

Sora: Such a young innocent soul. Astraea would have like you.

Bell: You know her?

Sora: Of course... Ever since her Familia was wiped and she was targeted by rivals Familia. I took her outside of Orario and she joined me on my travel for 2 years. Now she's currently at Azbaya... With a new Familia... Anyway, like I said, becoming a Hero is a long hard road.

Bell then smile at Sora.

Bell: Can't stop now...

Sora: Why do I get the feeling you'll be the death of me...

Sora said with a smirk and Bell just chuckle.

Sora: Well, I'll train you to the best that I can. Just like how my sensei train me...

Bell: Thank you, Sora...

Sora: You can get back to the camp first. I want to stay here for awhile...

Bell: I'll see you later then...

Bell then left Sora alone at the grave and he just sigh

Sora: Such a troublesome child...

???: Your right when you said that Astraea would have like him...

Sora then heard a voice of a female behind him and he looked behind back at the grave and was shocked to see who it was. She had green eyes and red hair that she tied into a ponytail and wielded a rapier which she kept at her waist. It was none other than the leader of the Astraea Familia, Alise Lovell.

Sora: A...A...Alise...?!

Alise: You miss me that much, huh...?

Sora: Your alive...?

Alise: *Smirk*: Who knows... Well did you miss your girlfriend?!

Sora: -_- Your not my girlfriend...

Alise just looked at Sora pouting with tears on her eyes.

Sora: Not gonna work...!!

Alise: Well... it was worth to try. *Fake crying * You even kiss me before we part ways...

Sora: Ugh... I can still see that blunt and straight forwards attitude of yours is still there...

Alise: Hahahaha... Your afraid aren't you...

Sora realized what she was saying and look down.

Alise: Your afraid you will lead him strain...

Sora:...

Alise: Heroes are concept to the regular mortals who thinks people who can overcome the scale and also the will of the Gods.

Sora:...

Alise: I do know the pain you must've felt of seeing your friends die in your arms. Well me included...

Sora just looked down. Tears started streaming down his eyes, but Alise just grabbed his face and made him look at her as she wiped away his tears smiling.

Alise: But you did gave us one thing. You gave us hope, freedom.

Sora: Alise, what is justice to you? What is your idea of justice...?

Alise thought for a moment before responding with the same answer years ago.

Alise: I don't know...!

Sora: Same answer as always...

Alise: Not knowing what it really means help people determined what it truly means.

Sora: Yeah...

Alise then started glowing and Sora looked confused.

Alise: Guess its time for me to go... And Sora, take care of Lion and Lady Astraea for me...

Sora just looked down saddened and nodded his head and Alise ran towards him and hugged him tightly and Sora hugged her back as she slowly but shortly disappearing in his arms.

Alise: Sora... I truly am glad that I met you... And I don't regret falling in love with you. Even if it was one sided... I do hope I can see you again someday...

Sora: Yeah me as well...

Alise then leaned on and kiss him in the lip and Sora just close his eyes and return the kiss and she disappeared in his arms. And Sora opened his eyes and saw that he was back at the grave sight of the Astraea Familia and he looked around and saw no one.

Sora: It was just a dream...

Sora just looked at the rapier that was stabbed to the ground, the rapier that Alise uses and he knelt down and put his hand on the ground and smile.

Sora: Goodbye, Alise...

Sora then stood up and left the grave sight and head back to the camp as he along with the rest of his friends went back to the surface. As he smile at the dream that he just had before returning back to the town where Heroes could be born.
