"We could go to a football game, it is fall."Laf said. "Or a restaurant." "Or-" Laf was cut off by Hercules. "Lets just go for a walk." he responded. "Um... Okay" Lafayette responded smiling and blushing.

Along the way, they had stopped at a nearby park with a beautiful hill and a view.

"Bet you can't make it to the top of the hill faster than me!" Herc challenged. "You're on!" Laf accepted. In a dash Hercules was already on the top of the hill when Laf was only halfway there.

When Lafayette got there out of breath, Herc started laughing and soon they were both laughing their heads off. They both decided to calm down before heading home. The sun had began to set turning the sky a bright and beautiful orange.

Hercules and Lafayette laid both of their hands on the ground resulting in Lafayette's hand on Herc's. They were surprised with this contact. Herc pulled away his hand shocked. Laf turned to face him and asked "Why'd you take your hand off? I'm okay with this."Herc blushed intensely and rested his hand softly on the other boy's.
