Chapter One
"Oh, god! So annoying!"
Koga Nao, a 28 year old professional stylist, groaned as he reluctantly got up and shut off his alarm. He was not in his best element. With a serious hangover and pride-hurting events that occurred the night before now flashing through his head, no one would be thrilled in the least.
He ran his fingers through his silky raven hair impatiently. "What the hell was I thinking...?" It was indeed a question worth an answer, and while he may have been reckless and flamboyant at times, he would never have thought he'd try to hit on a person of the same gender.
All is well so long as everything's pleasurable--was how he would've liked to play it off the morning after, but his target of interest had completely shut him out.
His head started to ache mercilessly as his hangover began to fade and the bits and pieces of last night began to put themselves together:
It was quite a busy night at his friend--Ryo's bar. The place was way too popular despite being plain and simple. He didn't mean any harm when he thought so but it just always came to mind.
Even though Koga was sitting down waiting for his usual drink to be served, Ryo's attention was elsewhere.
"Hey, I'm here you know." Koga huffed, finally losing patience; he hated being ignored.
"Oh--" Ryo gasped, taking one last glance at his captivator before retreating and directing his attention back to Koga. "Good evening."
Naturally, seeing someone so captivated by something or someone would pique anyone's interest, so of course Koga couldn't help but look in the direction his friend had been looking in just moments ago.
It was hard to make out the guy's features with potential partners-- women and men swarming all around him. Well, that was just the type of place this was.
Judging from how long his legs were, it was safe to assume that the stranger was over no less than 180cm. His narrow and sharp brown eyes, slicked back raven hair, and an elegant suit, made him breathtaking. koga couldn't exactly say he didn't understand where Ryo and the others were coming from despite him having zero interest in the same gender. Ryo, on the other hand, swung both ways. Though he naturally leaned more towards men than women.
"Here," Ryo slid the cocktail he'd just blended towards Koga. "The usual."
Right now, he could care less about the mesmerizing stranger. All he wanted was to drown himself in drinks, only for the sole reason of 'because he could'.

Downing one drink after another for the heck of it, he could no longer tell left from right; at this point, everything was seemingly annoying to him. The frustration building up inside him needed a place to be vent. He looked around the bar, his eyes landing on the stranger.
He got up without a second thought and headed towards his target, what harm could a little fun do? Drinking only flipped the switch to one of his many personalities, and this one was particularly regretful.
"Eh? Nao! Where are you going?" Ryo protested, it was dangerous to let a drunk such as Koga wander around the bar like that, but his protests fell upon deaf ears.
The stranger had quite sharp and intimidating features, Koga had a feeling he'd seen him before but couldn't fathom where, not that it mattered right now anyway.
"Playing hard to get I see." He called out, a playful smile forming on his lips. It was the only thing he could say that fit the situation. Man or woman, whoever approached him, was rejected.
The stranger directed his attention to Koga for a split second before sighing with displeasure and directing it elsewhere, irritating Koga.
A black pattern was somewhat visible on the back of the man's neck, and as Koga got closer, it became obvious it was a tattoo. Yakuza were famous for having tattoo's of a certain design on their backs, so maybe this one was too...? Well, it certainly solved the mystery of why he looked so intimidating.
Koga's conscience was telling him to turn on his heels and stop, but he was drunk beyond reasoning and straddled himself across the man's lap, wrapping his arms around his neck.
Stabbing glares were immediately directed his way from those who were rejected and yet to be rejected. He didn't care though; it was their fault for not being daring enough.
"Well, I'm certainly not interested in men, but if it's someone as fine as you, then I wouldn't mind in the least." He whispered in his most alluring tone possible. He hadn't tried to seduce anyone before, everyone just threw themselves at him, but he'd never bedded or went anywhere with any of them. So this was quite new to him. "So how about it?"
Silence filled the bar; Ryo, who was watching from a distance, began to regret not stopping him.
"Get off." The words finally escaped the stranger's thin lips as soon as he realized Koga was not planning to get off him anytime soon.
The only thing that Koga was able to muster in response was a faint "Eh?" He was dumbfounded beyond words.
"You're heavy. Get off"
And that was how his drunken mess ruined his peaceful night. The sneers and murmurs all around him as he retreated back to his spot, Ryo couldn't stop his chuckles which were obvious at how his shoulders had been shaking, he really wished he'd just forget it all.
The cold shower water helped sober him up. By now his hangover had completely faded, however he could not understand why he was rejected, there was nothing particularly wrong with the way he looked, quite the opposite actually, he had looks anyone would kill for. But in contrast, the stranger's looks rivaled his, heck, they were even better.
As soon as he got out of the shower, he got dressed and headed for his hair salon. It was convenient that his workplace was steps away from his apartment; otherwise he wouldn't have bothered to even show up, and while yesterday's events where quite unfortunate, he couldn't let them hinder his work.
"Good morning, sir!" Aki, his employee, waved upon seeing his boss nearing. He was energetic as usual, which always seemed to put Koga at ease.
Despite having set his resolve to forget whatever happened yesterday, he couldn't help but question why he'd try to hit on someone of the same gender. He decided to experiment by checking out Aki; perhaps maybe he was gay and happened to be a late bloomer since he'd never slept with anyone before to even know.
Aki, noticing Koga's sharp stare on him as they readied the place together, squirmed in discomfort. "S-Sir...?"
Upon being called out to, he snapped back to reality, realizing what he'd been doing moments ago. "Oh, my bad. I was in deep thought." He brushed off whatever doubts he had casually. He didn't feel the same lust he felt with that man towards Aki, which made him all the more irritated before just listing it off as 'the desires of a mere drunk'.

"Welcome, Sir. How would you like your hair done today?" Koga casually greeted as their first customer of the day entered, before freezing in place as he looked up.
There stood in front of him the stranger he was sure he wasn't going to meet in the decades to come. Koga was not thrilled to see him, and judging by the man's reaction, he was not thrilled either.
It wasn't too unusual to have customers from the yakuza; after all, his shop and a few others were the only ones who accepted the yakuza. After the anti-yakuza law became the 'thing' around the area, more and more shops took part in it, leaving only a few open for the yakuza. All one had to do was put up a sign that mentioned that yakuza guests were prohibited to enter, and they'd be under the protection of the police. If a yakuza did so as trespass the owner's territory, he'd be arrested by the police.
Though, Koga wasn't particularly prejudiced against anyone, be it Yakuza or stupid gang brats that wanted attention, to him they were still humans and had needs like any other.
"Please take a seat, sir." He offered coolly, work and private life were two separate matters and Koga wasn't one to mix them together.
Expressionless while he may be, the aura he gave off was one that showed he looked down on others, and Koga wasn't an exception, though the indifferent attitude he'd used with him caught his interest.
"How would you like your hair done?" He asked as soon as the man sat down, preparing himself mentally and physically to do a good job.
"I'll leave it to the professionals."
Koga sighed and began to examine the man's hair, there was nothing particularly wrong, maybe it was just a teeny bit long for its own good. With no definite style in mind however, he began to think the man came here on purpose to mess up his pace. "Would you like me to trim the longer ends?"
The man let out a slightly mocking laugh at Koga's words. "Are you really the same person as yesterday?"
A chill went down Koga's spine upon hearing his words but he wasn't ready to give in to taunts such as those, and he couldn't risk the idea of Aki finding out about the mess he'd made.
"What do you mean?"
"You heard me, didn't you?" The response was meant for both statements he'd said before, cutting off all possible conversation. Koga blandly resumed his earlier task, though the attitude directed towards him was beginning to hit a nerve.
Five minutes had passed but there was absolute silence in the salon, the only sound heard was the snipping of the scissor in Koga's hand. By the time he was done, he'd already lost interest in working for the rest of the day.
He shivered slightly as he noticed the stranger had been staring at him through the mirror with a leering smirk on his lips. "I'd like to take you up on yesterday's offer."
Dumbfounded, Koga could do nothing but stare at him blandly, he was trying to bring up history, one that he didn't want anyone finding out about, which annoyed him. But while he'd been annoyed, he was too tempted for his own good.
"...Fine."

(A/N) So I tried to rewrite it, anyway. So embarrassing XD I can't believe I actually wrote and posted it, sheesh.
I always wanted to write something with a yakuza seme cause they're so //dead// XD But the actual scenarios in my head were way better, when I wrote them down I just killed them XD
(Vote/Comment) If you wish, thanks for reading!
