Chapter 8

It's finally here! The day I can take the bandages off and reveal my new self. I have already decided that I am going to  use a different name- perhaps Callie, because it sounds cute and delicate. Like Jay Gatsby, I was going to transform into who I've always wanted to be. In my past life as Kim, I was not cute. I was awkward as fuck, and just in general an unlikeable person.

Not for long though. As Callie, I will be confident and friendly. I will be outgoing, social, kind, and I will crush Dillon Austin Colt mercilessly under my four inch Prada heels like the slimy, insignificant maggot he is.

As my hero Vennu Mallesh once said,

And whatever I wanna do, will indeed be done. By me.

The doctors slowly peel off the layers of gauze, and I hear gasps around me. I can feel my heart in my throat. Did it turn out all right or nah? Did they accidentally give me an extra nose??

They position me in front of the mirror, and I open my brand new surgically enhanced eyes, and let out a gasp. Oh my CHEESE I LOOK FUCKING BEAUTIFUL. MAJESTIC AS FUCK- EVERYTHING I HATED ABOUT MYSELF WAS GONE. GONE!!!!

My skin was smooth and clear, my eyes looked large and soulful, my nose was a cute ski slope one, and my cheekbones were high and prominent. My body was slim and compact, and they had done me the favor of transferring some of my fat to my boobs and butt, which I was more than happy with. I giggled as I ran my hands over my sharp hipbones and thigh gap. I was perfect. Finally.

Happy tears spilled down my perfect cheeks, as I thought about all the clothes I would look so cute in. For the first time in my life, I felt worthy.

I put the finishing touches on myself by getting dark brown hair extensions and hazel contact lenses, because I decided Callie would be half Caucasian half Korean.

Dressed in a fluffy size small bathrobe in a spa, I couldn't stop running my hands over my non existent flab. After all these years, I finally get why some people "life's a game." Life is most definitely a game- you get ahead by having money,  good looks, and social status. You can play with people using these things, and you win when you get realize you are powerful. With a grin on my pretty face, I threw back one last bottle of banana milk and started to laugh manically. "Mwahahahah-ackkk." I promptly proceeded to choke on the banana milk. I really need to work on my evil laugh.

Enlightened by my new discoveries, I listened to Vennu Mallesh again, who was starting to make a surprising amount of sense to me at this point.
