I walked into the glass elevator, putting in my room number 78. As it went up, I watched all creatures from angels and devils to guardians and vampires.

GateKeeper's are mainly vampires, that's why vampires are also powerful. Eating blood is a big thing for vampires but we are better and stronger. In the book of the creatures on the GateKeeper page we have 'DANGEROUS BLOOD'. It's written in bold writing if anyone reads it but no one actually would know since not everyone can get into that page.

Crazy.

I waved as I saw an angel fly up high right against the elevator. She had a devil right next to her so I'm guessing they are couples. That's a rare combination. They placed a paper on the glass and it came through. I picked it up and read it out loud.

"Welcome back Miss, I heard about your arrival and it went round quickly, all around Hybrid Verse. Tell the other GateKeepers we want to welcome them back as well. Please can I have your signature?"

A pen came through the elevator as I saw the two struggling to keep up. I quickly signed it and passed it through. I saw their happy faces as they stopped chasing.

The elevator stopped seconds after and I got off, walking into my room. My memory came back about this place as I rubbed my head. I walked to the wardrobe and saw my uniform. It was pure white clothes. Mask, hoodie (which keeps us more a secret up above), weapons, joggers and some white boots. I smiled at the uniform we have as it also came back as a memory but still very faded. I put it on and after I was done, I put my mask on with my hoodie over my face to cover it. Walking towards the elevator, I noticed it was taking longer to come to my place which means there's someone on it. I made sure my hair was hidden and waited. It soon opened. There was a guy on it with bloody red clothes on. He's a vampire.

He looked at me as I walked on, ignoring his presence. I placed the button to go up to 349 which was the look out. I just noticed, the boy was having a conversation in his thoughts.

I snuck glances to him. He had pure bright red hair with his normal brown eyes which means he's not in his vampire form.

"Still look for her, she's either on Earth or you know where." I listened to his thoughts as I was getting even more curious each second about who he's talking about. "Make sure her friend is okay and she's going to school.... make a rumour then that she's very ill. I'm checking the whole of Hybrid Verse"

I escaped from his thoughts and turned my full body to him.

"I don't think going around HybridVerse is safe for a vampire." I said as he looked at me confused.

"Did I accidentally say that out loud?" He asked.

Oh shot. I panicked a little bit but quickly hid it by a nod. I felt bad but he was not allowed to know I can do that.

"I'm sorry" He bowed and looked at me in the eye. I quickly made mine normal before he noticed and I brought my fangs in. "But... why would you ask about me saying I would go to the other places? You're an angel by the looks of it."

"Nothing."

"I'm searching for someone" He opened up to me. "Someone very special and I heard something about the North is going to attack her."

"Tell me more." I ask, not noticing I'm slowly blowing my cover.

"It's not anything an angel should hear, it's something the King and the girl should know. I would tell the GateKeepers but they are so well hidden. My sis used to be one but she died. The girl told me some information before she left." He started to tear up.

"Left? That's terrible, you can tell me, what's the North planning to do and also, there used to be another gate keeper?" He was staring at me confused.

"You're only an angel, you could only do little in this battle. My sister died in the last one. I'm telling the King about it.... by they way, why did you press 349? Isn't that the GateKeepers lookout?" He narrowed his eyes to me and I panicked even more. My hand started to shake.

"I-I pressed the wrong button!" I quickly pressed 336 as I didn't know what else to press.

"So you're a cleaner?" I bit my lip annoyed with myself.

The door opened and I quickly ran out. I ran behind the corner of the wall, taking the hood of my head. Then, I noticed the boy's eyes turn red and his fangs slowly came out when I looked round the wall. Is he getting ready to see the king or did he smell something to started his senses?

I dropped against the wall and grabbed my head, knowing I did terrible in hiding my cover.
That vampire though was very weird. I kinda want to know more about him and about his stories. Who's that girl? When was there another GateKeeper? Why is he going around HybridVerse? What's his goal?

I kept on repeating those questions in my head. I got up and was about to turn the corner until I bumped into someone. Opening up my eyes, I met his bloody red eyes. He pushed me against the wall and my heart rates went up.

What on South does this guy think he is?

I wait a bit to see what he's going to do before I push him off with a force which will hurt him.

"How strong is your blood? I've only felt this much once." He said while play with your hair which wasn't hidden anymore. "This isn't the colour of angels hair but the hair of a GateKeeper..." He pulled away for a second, trying to stop his senses from wanting the blood. "The blood last time I had was strong, just like her"

He looked away from me, trying to control himself.

I took this as my chance and pushed him away, with the force. He banged into the wall and I made a run to the elevator and closed the door, pressing 349.

"Are you scared of me? I'm actually sorry, I'm not used to this. I got so used to being with her that I got used to the scent until she left so I kinda forgot about how strong it actually was."

I turned around frighted and dropped down. He was there. I put my hood around my neck and his eyes went back to normal.

"Keep your neck covered since I don't think us vampires can stand it." He winked at me.

"What's your name sir?" I ask before I get off.

"Jeon Jungkook, yours?"

The door opened and I walked off.

"That's a secret" I blew a mysterious kiss just before the door closed and I giggle while he had an annoyed face.

I turned and looked at the amazing view and saw 4 girls there with their guns out, speaking to each other. They all looked at me and I remembered their names.

"JENNIE! JISOO! ROSÉ! LISA!" I yelled their names and we all hugged each other in a hug. I don't know how but I suddenly remembered them and more of my memory being here opened up.

I got my gun out and placed it down. Then, I went to the basket filled with different types of bombs such as: Smoke, sleep and explosive.

I sat down into my position and got ready to protect the land again.

God, I loved this job.

I did edit all of these chapters again and I just noticed how I didn't really write much for chapters like I do at the moment. In this ff, I'm only writing around 1000 for a each chapter while now I write over 2000.

Not only that, the whole story isn't long, but in my most recent, I'm only half way in.
