First, the class decided that the murder probably happened in the virtual world. Because of that, Kaito was taken off the suspect list.

"Fucking finally!" He yelled and then looked at you. "FRICK! I YELL FRICK!"

"Don't disturb the innocence Kaito!" Kokichi said.

You just sneezed.

They then went over what happened in the virtual world. They the conclude the murder weapon was toilet paper.

"Toilet paper." Himiko said. "A fitting end for her."

You didn't want to argue at this point in the trial over something like that.

Next, about the virtual world and it's rules.

"Mui didn't tell us everything we needed to know, did she?" Maki stated. "I thought as much."

The others were having problems figuring this one out. You actually had some coding experience and seen professional coders at the Honey Comb. It couldn't just be that hard if you think of it as a video game.

"I got it!" You say. "The world doesn't have an end point, the world loops!"

"What?" Everyone look confused.

You tell the others about some basics in coding. Coders loop worlds all the time, just to make there programs work. Or to prevent glitches. If they don't actually what the world to loop but just want there coding clean, they just put a wall in-between where the world loops.

You continue to explain. "That would explain why Mui put that one wall on what we thought the end of the world was-!"

"Wow! How shameful." Tsumugi said.

"What?" You question.

"I don't like confrontation, but I think it's important I say this before everyone else... N-no the wrong! There, I did it."

"Did what?" You question.

Tsumugi stood her ground. "I'll cut through those words!"

You have entered a TRUTH BLADES with Tsumugi.

Tsumugi:

"That's not how the virtual world works!"

"She must have done something else with the code!"

"I know you weren't there for the murder."

"But maybe that's why your having a hard time understanding this."

You: "It doesn't matter if I was there or not. More importantly, why are you so against this idea?"

Tsumugi:

"Wow, I have to explain this?"

"Well, it's simple!"

"There is just no extra evidence pointing to the world looping-"

"ALLOW ME TO CUT THOUGH THOSE WORDS!"

"There is more evidence!" You say. "The sign board. It moved against the current, right?"

"Huh?" Tsumugi looked caught off guard.

"If the world looped, then that would explain the sign board."

"Now that (Y/N) explains it like that," Maki says, "it does make sense."

You all concluded that there was a wall in-between the world only objects can go through.

After we learned Mui's set up and Mui plan, the murder felt very layed out.

Everyone repeated where they were again and you listened.

Kaito and you can't be the blackened because you weren't in the virtual world when the murder occured.

Tsumugi and Shuichi have alibis.

And Kiibo, Himiko, and Maki, were all on the other side of the river.

You also remember Monotarou saying the Kokichi had a special setting on his avatar, that he can't touch Mui without getting frozen.

So that meant, no.

"Kokichi, it was you wasn't it!" Shuichi says.

After a while of interrogating, Kokichi confessed to working together with Monokuma.

"The killer is Gonta." Kokichi ends with.

He then continues about how they created the "killing game busters". You were in too much shook and confusion to talk much.

"Gonta, now's the time to argue back and make arguments!" Kokichi said.

"But Gonta really not know."

"Ughhhh I'm sick of hearing you say you don't know! God why are you so dumb!" Kokichi yells.

"Gonta only want to protect everyone, like gentleman." Gonta says.

"YOU'RE a true gentleman! More like a true nincompoop!"

"Wait!" You yelled. "No! Stop this!"

"What?" Kokichi said. "Stop what, the class trial?"

"Stop the yelling!" You say. "You're being too mean to Gonta. He's not going to work well under pressure like that-!"

"Gonta!" Kokichi ignored you. "Argue back already!"

"Gonta really not know anything!" Gonta said.

"Cut it out already! That's all you've been saying this whole time!"

That's when Shuichi figured out that Gonta really doesn't remember anything.

You started not following the conversation anymore. But you understood that Gonta really couldn't remember and that Kokichi seems to think or say that he's the murderer.

You finally say, "G-guys? I hate this situation, but maybe Gonta is the murder."

"WHAT?!" Kaito yelled louder that you ever heard him yell before.

"I-I might be wrong, but most of us have alibis. And maybe if you use the process of elimination method, you might find that Gonta is a suspect? I-If I'm wrong just say it! I don't want to suspect Gonta! But if we must... Then I guess we have to."

"(Y/N) is right." Shuichi said. "We can't eliminate all suspects just because they're different."

"Heck," Kokichi budged in, "We all suspected (Y/N). How is Gonta any different?"

"Shut up!" Kaito yelled again.

"... Let's go over it." Tsumugi finally said.

"I agree." Kiibo said. "There is no arguing over this one."

"I'm sorry to say," Maki said, "but we need to suspect Gonta. Otherwise, this wouldn't be an easy of fair trial."

"Nehehehe!" Kokichi laughed. "Now let's get back to discussing!"

Gonta was discussed and was known as our only possible blackened. It was all Kokichi's fault. But why?

"Puhuhuhuhuhu!" Monokuma laughed. "I feel my motivation sparking again!"

"Daddy's feeling back to normal!" Monophine said.

"It's vooootiiing tiiiiiiiimme." Monokuma said.

Everyone except Kaito voted Gonta, expect Kaito who voted for Kokichi.

Gonta was voted guilty.

While the others talked about what happened and why, you just burst into a ball of tears. You couldn't focus enough on what going on.

Tsumugi helped you up after you calmed down a little. Gonta's Alter Ego talked about the world outside being hell, and inside being hell, and there was no other solution, but to all die innocently, unknowing of the hell outside.

You had nothing to say. You felt too heartbroken and hopeless.

Kaito was mad at you, but looked at you. He say that you were upset and in regret. After that, and knowing what you've been through, he quickly forgave you. He took off his coat and wrapped it around you.

It was time. "Punishment time" as Monokuma would say. You covered you eyes with Kaito's coat.

"It's, PUNISHMENT TIIIIIIIIMME!" Monokuma yelled. 

Gonta is placed on a big stage with two Monokumas on either side of him. A giant man robot looking like a human behind a Monokuma mask is standing above them.

Gonta is tied by the masked man to a giant spike pointing upwards. He then put all of the Monokumas and Gonta in paper boxes with no holes. The masked man then shuffles all of cardboard box boxes with the Monokumas and Gonta. Gonta is hiring each side of the cardboard boxes wall leaving bruises all over his body. There where no hole too, so he had a harder time breathing.

Once the masked man stopped shuffling, them masked man's job was to hit all of the cardboard boxes except the one with the spike. The man first hit one of the Monokumas. The second and third time was the same. The fourth time, the masked man went above Gonta and smashed Gonta to death, in the cardboard box.

The man had a bloody hole in his hand and shook it off. The last cardboard box lifted up and it had all the 4 Monokumas in the box. The crowd of Monokumas was cheering and the preformers were bowing.

You and the other students looked to Kokichi and demand to know about the outside world.

"I don't want to." He said.

"Huh?"

"I don't want to stupid head!" Kokichi laughed. "Nehehehe! You're so dumb! Who cares about that idiot?"

Kaito readied his hand and was ready to punch Kokichi in the chest so hard because he couldn't take it anymore. Right before it could punch him, you ran in front of the punch.

You looked up at Kaito, and weren't badly hurt or passed out.

"(Y/N)!" Kokichi ran over. "Are you okay?"

"Y-Yeah." You said, getting up. "It's alright. I've been hurt worse."

You turn to Kaito and being to lecture him. "Kaito Momota, you know it isn't okay to hurt people just because you are mad. I get it, this is hard and I'm mad, but you need to learn to forgive. Otherwise, we will not work together to get out of here."

"(Y/N)." Maki said. "I think now is not the best time."

"No." You said. "I'm sick of this. We are here fighting against each other and having drama while being trapped. But instead of working out our differences together to get out of here, we are here having drama that shouldn't be occuring and getting farther and father away from escaping!"

The room when silent. Suddenly, all heard a ing coming from the elevator. Kokichi left while you were all talking.

"Shit!" Kaito said.

Kaito all of a sudden started coughing badly and blood started coming out of it.

"Kaito!" Maki ran over to help.

"It's okay." Kaito said. "It's just a cold."

"I don't think that's how colds work Kaito." Kiibo said.

"Kaito." Shuichi said approach him. "Let me take a look-"

"Get away from me Shuichi!" Kaito yelled.

Despite everything, Kaito wouldn't forgive Shuichi yet. No matter how hard you tried. Kaito went back to his room and Maki followed after him.

"He'll come around." You said after a long silence. "I need to go."

You head back on up.

Shuichi looks down at the ground not knowing what to do. The others gave him support, which actually helped a little.

When he got back into his room, he faceplant onto the bed. He actually let out tears, and cried himself to sleep for the first time since he was 5.

Meanwhile, you were still outside. You went to the rock with the writing on it. You found Kokichi with a Sharpie in hand.

"So it was you?" You ask.

"Nehehehe!" He laughed. "Figured it out?"

"I assumed that after every trial more letters appeared." You explained. "We never went to check the rock itself. I didn't think I was you Kokichi-"

Kokichi quick wrapped his arms around your neck intrupting you.

"You know," he said, "this is what I've always love about you. Nehehehe."

He continues to talk as you blush. "You and your eyes of course. Nehehehe. You're not a liar but you can hide the truth real easily. Nehe! And that's so cute. Even better, you're pure. So you tend to use your lies or hidden truths for good. Like now~!"

Kokichi started to reach up your shirt and got his face close to yours. As he's about to go in for the kiss,

"Boop!" He boops your nose and runs to his dorm while you are left there clueless and flustered.

You head back to your room seeing as Kokichi was out of sight and there was no other place to go.

Kokichi gets back to his room and actually starts to pray. "Dear God, if you are Atua I'm sorry for making fun of you. I just have this plan. It's to save lives. With a price. I can't have this go wrong. Please, forgive me for what I am about to do."

He then attempts to sleep.
