You woke up the next morning and head towards the dining room. No look around and no one was there.

"Guys!" You called out but no one was there.

You frantically start looking around the school.

"Guys! Where are you!? This isn't funny!"

You look in the gym and see a stage set up and Himiko on the stage. There was also a diving board and a water tank. And there was a tank of piranhas above the water.

"Alright!" She said. "Let me show you the power of the Ultimate Cosplayer!"

Himiko then transforms into a women of color in a swimsuit.

(Yes, she turns into Asahina, thought it was a cool Easter egg)

"Wha- What?!" You were completely shocked and confused.

"Oh, (Y/N), your late." Angie says.

"Late for what?" You ask.

"Oh yeah!" Tsumugi said. "I think (Y/N) left before Angie and Himiko could tell them."

"TELL ME WHAT?" You ask.

"(Y/N)!" The new Asahina says. "It's alright! I'm going to jump into this tank and pull off a trick. As a performance!"

You were starting to understand, but you ask the obvious. "What's with the piranhas?"

"Nyhahahaha!" Angie laughs. "Atua says that someone else can fill you in later."

"Booo!" Tenko shouts. "You're supposed to be nice to your audience!"

You walk next to Shuichi and ask instead.

"Basically," he says, "the trick is a water tank escape trick. Himiko will have one minute to exit the tank before the piranhas enter the tank."

"What?" You ask. "What lab would even have this?"

"It was from Gonta lab!" Gonta said, over hearing us.

"Nyhahaha! Now, it's time for the show to begin!"

"R-right!" Asahina then jumps into the pool.

The timer starts counting down. All of the others were just as anxious, but not for excitement.

At the 20 second mark, Tsumugi yells:

"That's it!" Tsumugi then climbs onto the tank.

"What are you doing?!" Angie says. "You are ruining the show!"

"Gonta help too!" Gonta then jumps into the tank. Both Gonta and Tsumugi are onto of the tank. "Gonta's magic is not strong enough for Himiko! Huh?"

"Where is Himiko?!" Tsumugi says.

Beep!

The timer is done and Angie moves the curtain. Then the piranhas are thrown into the water.

In the middle of the piranhas, is Ryoma. The piranhas make no hesitation and turn him into nothing but bones. Himiko's magic trick was over.

The body discovery announcement went off. Only two people we're at the magic show, Kokichi and Kaito. The two of them sprinted into the room.

"Nehehe!" Kokichi just laughed. "What's all this about?"

"It's a murder you idiot!" Kaito yells.

"I KNOW it's a murder, but for who?"

"Perhaps if you looked in the tank." Kurimi told the two boys.

"Ryoma! Ryoma!" Tsumugi was just crying on top of the stage.

Before we could take a moment to cry over the loss of Ryoma Monotarou comes in.

"Tad-ah!" He then gives everyone the Monokuma file. "Take care! Bear well!"

The first ones to look at the Monokuma files in you and Kaito.

"Strange." Kaito says. "In here, it says his course of death is downing. What does that mean, is the file wrong?"

"It MEANS," Shuichi says, "his cause of death was drowning, jezz!"

"Nyeh?" Himiko says, finally coming around to see everyone else. "What's going on-?!"

She then sees Ryoma. And starts freaking out.

"Way to go Himiko!" Kokichi says.

"Wha- what?! Me?!"

"You are the one who put on the magic show." Maki points out.

"Indeed." Korekiyo says. "It's only natural to suspect you."

"N-no!" She says. "Y-you've got it all wrong!"

"Maybe," Tsumugi says getting off the stage, "if you tell us the trick, then we'll believe you more."

"Gonta no tell Himiko trick! It's magic-!"

"Fine." She says.

"Huh?" Gonta says.

"Gonta, it was nice of you to let me use magic." Himiko says. "But the truth is, those extra devices that helped me use the magic are important to know, especially now. So, I'm going to tell them, just this once, okay?! To save everyone!"

"Nehehe! Well you get onto that!" Kokichi says, moving towards the tank. "While we need to focus on that." He points towards the glass and Ryoma.

"Gonta wishes to help!" He says.

"Nice nice!" Kokichi says. ",Now, Gonta, lift Mui and throw him into the glass!"

"W-w-w-wa-wa-wai-wait- WHAT?!" She freaks out.

"Gonta will do that."

Gonta throws Mui onto the glass breaking it.

Mui was fine and Angie gathered up all the piranhas that fell onto the floor.

"Hey Tsumugi," you ask Tsumugi, "what were you planning to do once you got on top of the stage? I understood Gonta, but not you Tsumugi."

"Oh!" She says. "I actually recently made a grabber tool that could have grabbed Himiko out of the water easily. So I'd thought I'd try to be a little bit helpful."

"Gonta was no helpful to anyone!" He said disappointed.

"By the way," Shuichi said, "What did you see inside the tank?"

"Gonta no see anyone. When looking in there, Gonta no saw Ryoma or Himiko. Guess that clue no good."

"No!" Shuichi says. "That's a great clue."

"Really?" He says. "Gonta glad Gonta did good."

"Hey Shuichi, (Y/N)!" He says, call over to you two. "How about we work together as a team?"

"Sure!" You say.

"... Fine." Shuichi said.

"Great, glad I got a new pair of sidekicks." Kaito says.

"Don't call me that!" Shuichi says.

You go onto the stage, ignoring them arguing. You get a ladder and see the pool through the window. You tell Shuichi and Kaito.

You look behind the stage to see a puddle of water and a change of clothes. You also see a rope.

Himiko told you about the mechanics of the trick and understand why the puddle and change of clothes was there, but why the rope?

You ask her and she says "It's a mysterious mystery! Me and Angie never put it there last night, but it appeared the next morning!"

Shuichi says he wants to investigate the pool and Ryoma's lab.

We head to the pool first to see an inner tube in the water with rope tired to it. There was also a black piece of fabric in the pool.

"Heeey guyyyys!" Kokichi says, running in. "I have some questions for (Y/N)!"

"Huh?" You say. "Yeah, sure."

"Great!" He says. "So, how did you kill Ryoma?"

"Wait- what?" You ask.

"Hey!" Kaito says. "Don't screw around! (Y/N) didn't kill anybody."

"Yeah!" Shuichi said. "Agreed! Go away."

"No wait!" You say. "What makes you think I'm the killer? I will answer any of your questions you have that might link me to the murder."

"Awww!" Kokichi says. "How sweet of you! So, I know you have Ryoma's motive video~! Nehehehe!"

"What?" Kaito said.

"Yes I did." You said. "Ryoma then came to me last night. After Shuichi left my room, he came to me. He said he wanted to see his motive video. After a while of convincing, I was too tired to argue with him. So I... Gave it... To him..."

Reality started to hit you. Did you do this?

"Nehehehe!" Kokichi laughs. "That still gives reason to suspect you!"

You were too busy in thought to respond.

"Welp!" Kokichi said. He then booped your nose and ran away.

You came back to reality and a hue of blush came over you.

We finished investigating the pool and the art room. Ryoma's Art room was connected to the window of the pool. There was also a huge line of rope laying out, unwrapped, in the art room.

The bathroom to the art room looked like a prison.

"Why does it look like a prison?" You question.

"Ah!" Shuichi said. "I remember him now! He was responsible for killing the inter Italian mafia two years ago. He got rich off of art and had to serve only 5 months in jail. He later admitted the crime and left to his home country in Japan. I love his work!"

"... Let's stick to the investigating here, okay?" You ask.

"Yep." Shuichi said.

"Sounds good." Kaito jumps in.

There was a sink with marks on it and right next to it hand hand cuffs. The window was in the bathroom that was connected to the pool.

"(Y/N)." Shuichi ask. "Why do you look so, disturbed?"

"Oh!" You say. "It's nothing, but what you need is a window to a pool, right while you are taking a dump. Or a window that people can spy on you with, while in a bathing suit. Cause that's what we need! What is with the structure to this building?! Right... Investigating only sorry."

Soon enough, investigation time was over. You and everyone else went straight to the trial room.
