(Y/N) P.O.V.:
I was walking around the Synagogue of Placidity some more after I killed Karasuma. So far, I haven't found anything. No signs whatsoever that can lead me to my class. I was starting to get worried. What if I can't find them? What if they're already dead? I turned a corner but was immediately met with a knife to my neck. It was dark so I couldn't see the person's face. All I could see was their red eyes.

???: Do you really think you'll succeed in getting them back?

Well, at least I know it's a girl that has me hostage.

(Y/N): I don't think; I know.

???: *chuckles* Stupid ninja. You've already been hit many times and yet you still want to save them?

(Y/N): I want to save them because they are my friends.

???: Friends? Do you really think that they will stay loyal friends forever? They'll leave you very soon.

(Y/N): No, they won't. They would never do such a thing.

???: You... You have some nerve to speak like that!!

She pulled out another knife and aimed for my right eye. I barely dodged it and instead got a cut on my eyebrow. I was able to distance myself from my opponent and I was able to get a clear view of her face. It was Kaya Maeda.

(Y/N): So, you're helping him, too?

Kaya: Of course I am. I may not like any of these ignorant punks but I do like my mistress. And my mistress told me to do this so I must obey her. Now, let me show you a little something your stupid pink-haired friend made for me.

Kaya put her knives away and pulled out a little disc and put it on her chest. The disc started to expand and it turned into light green armor. She put her fists up and they transformed into large ornate gauntlets with pistons on them. She then stomped her feet on the ground and they transformed black and gold boots that had small blue tassels on each side.

(Y/N): Where'd you get those ideas from?

Kaya: That stupid shut-in gamer and that prissy princess. I overheard the princess talking about these weapons from some anime that came from a game and I asked the shut-in and I saw the weapons and she told me how they work. Then I asked that pink-haired freak to make these for me and he did so without question.

(Y/N): Damn it, Soda-san.

Kaya: Which do you think is better: hand-to-hand combat or weaponry? Let's find out.

Kaya ran at me and tried to punch me but I jumped over her and dodged it. I landed on the ground, turned towards Kaya and pulled my swords out. Kaya turned around and put her fists up. She ran towards me again and tried to punch me again but I blocked it with both of my swords but didn't account for her kick to my side and I got launched into a wall. I peeled myself off the wall only to get launched back into it by a punch. Kaya then unloaded punches and kicks on me fast and since it was a sneak attack I couldn't retaliate quick enough. After a couple of seconds, Kaya stopped her onslaught and backed up and I fell off of the wall. I tried to get up but only got a foot on my back.

Kaya: So, it looks like hand-to-hand combat is better than weaponry. Let's end this.

Kaya started to apply pressure on my back and I could practically hear my bones creaking. I was screaming in pain from the amount of pressure. My hands clenched into fists and I put them on the ground and slowly lifted myself up. My screams of pain turned into screams of anger. I grabbed Kaya's foot and threw her into a nearby wall. I got on my feet and looked at Kaya with anger as she got up and got into a stance.

(Y/N): You're wrong, Maeda-san. Weaponry is better than hand-to-hand combat. Now, we can end this.

I put my fists together and my vision grew blurry. I closed my eyes and reopened them and my whole vision was different. It was black and white. Which meant I was in shadow mode. I walked away from my body, Kaya saw this and started to freak out.

Kaya: W-What?! What did you do?! And how did you do that?!

(Y/N): Just a little ability a ninja like me has. Now let's see how long you can last against me in this state.

I ran towards Kaya and attacked her with my sword to which she blocked with her gauntlets. I applied pressure and she started to lose the struggle. Kaya pushed me off and I ran back towards her and started to slash at her gauntlets. After a couple of seconds, I slashed once more and Kaya's gauntlets broke. Kaya quickly kicked me away with her boots and I slid a ways away. I looked back at Kaya and saw she got into another fighting position.

(Y/N): I'm surprised you lasted this long. Normally, when I enter shadow mode I finish people very quickly.

Kaya: Well, this is far from a normal fight, (Y/N).

Kaya ran at me and tried to high-kick me but I was able to block her kick with my sword. She jumped up in the air and tried to ax-kick me but, again, I blocked her kick with my sword. Kaya then unleashed a flurry of kicks towards me, which I blocked. Kaya started to get angry at her failed progress in trying to kill me so she started screaming and her boots got bigger. She then attacked me again and her kicks were a little harder this time. After some time of me blocking Kaya's kicks, I pushed her back and started my own assault of attacks. Kaya jumped in the air and her boots flew off of her and towards me. I broke one and dodged the other but when I looked back I saw it was heading straight for my physical body. I quickly ran towards it and broke the other one. I looked back at Kaya and she had a questioning face on.

Kaya: Why did you protect your physical body?

(Y/N): That's none of your business, Kaya.

Kaya: Hmm... *snaps fingers* I might know why but I'll have to test out that theory first.

Kaya brought out a wooden baseball bat that was wrapped in barbed wire.

Kaya: Like it? *swings bat around* I call it Lucile. It may look weak but it gets the job done. Now, let's test that theory.

Kaya ran towards me with the bat. I slashed at her but she dodged it and hit me with the bat in the side and I flew into a wall. She then ran towards my physical body. Once she was close enough, she hit me in the shoulder and I felt my shadow form rumble and disappear. I then reappeared in my physical body and I flew into a wall. I got out of the wall and looked at my shoulder to see it was dislocated. I heard a chuckle and I looked back at Kaya.

Kaya: Just like I thought. I barely even hit you with Lucile and you still went flying. So apparently whenever you are in your shadow mode, if your physical body is hit it triples the amount of damage you take. Am I right?

(Y/N): Yes, you are. Looks like I can't use my shadow form anymore. *relocates shoulder* Let's try something else now.

I brought out my tekkens and got into a fighting stance. Kaya just laughed at me.

Kaya: Haha... You, you really think that a pair of brass knuckles will stop me?

(Y/N): I don't think. I know.

Kaya: Alright then. I wonder how long you'll last. How long do you think you're going to last?

(Y/N): Till I save my friends.

Kaya: Well, my mistress told me to not let you get to them so... *clicks tongue* Yeah, I can't let you pass.

(Y/N): Answer me this, Kaya. Why are you like this? Why did you join your mistress?

Kaya: I joined her because she was the only one who ever cared about me. My parents always say that they cared about me but they never did. They always sold my body for money. I always knew they were stingy SOBs. They were even willing to sell their own daughter for money. Their own blood and youth for their own personal gain. After doing that for so long I've had enough. I packed my bags and fled. But... not without leaving them a little parting gift.

(Y/N): What did you do to them?

Kaya: Well, since you're so curious why don't I tell you. I just left them a little slit on their neck. Well, that's what I originally intended but I guess I kind of lost control and left a bigger one then I intended and I guess they died from blood loss.

(Y/N): And when you say bigger than intended you mean you did it on purpose, correct?

Kaya: Right on the money, ninja. Now, let's get on with our little battle, shall we? *gets into position*

(Y/N): *gets into position* We shall.

We ran towards each other and Kaya started to attack me while I was blocking her bat with my tekkens. After a while, it was getting really tedious with me blocking. I decided to change things up. Kaya swung her bat one more time but this time I punched her bat and it broke into a million pieces. Kaya looked at her broken bat in shock then looked at me in anger.

Kaya: I'll kill you!

Kaya took out a wooden shinai and ran towards me. She tried to hit me but I kept blocking them with my tekkens. I pushed her back and exchanged my tekkens for my swords. Kaya ran towards me again but this time I started slashing at her. She blocked all of my attacks with her shinai but since it was made of wood I kept cutting pieces of it off. I kept cutting pieces off until it was just a hilt. Kaya looked at her shinai then back at me. I brought my tekkens back out and punched Kaya right in the gut and she went to her knees. I put my fists together and brought them both down on the back of her head with all of my might. It was so powerful that it broke her helmet and made her head crash into the ground, leaving a crater. I stayed still for a couple of minutes, waiting to see if she survived that hit. She hadn't moved yet so she must be dead. I picked up her wrist and checked her pulse. It was gone. Which meant she was dead. I dropped her wrist, put my tekkens away, and continued walking through the temple.

Chiaki P.O.V.:
I just saw (Y/N) kill Kaya with that gigantic hit to her head. We were all still in our cages still trying our hardest to escape. Besides the bursts of strength from (Y/N)'s fake death at the hands of Karasuma, that was the closest we've gotten to success. I looked over at Peko and saw she was pacing back and forth in her cage.

Chiaki: Peko, calm down. He'll be fine.

Peko: I need to get out there. I need to help him. There is no way for me to get out. I need to help him!

Chiaki: Peko, calm down. This is just what our kidnapper wants. He wants us to feel scared. We can't do that now.

Peko: I need to help (Y/N)! He was the only one who made me happy! The only one to make me smile! I smiled for the first time when I was with him! And not a fake smile, a real, loving, happy smile!

Fuyuhiko: Peko, pipe down!! *Peko glares at Fuyuhiko* Look, we've all seen him in action before, we all know what he's capable of!! He can do many things!! He's survived many attacks and had many near-death experiences!! If anyone is going to get through all of those guys and save us, it's (Y/N)!!

Peko: He can't get through them all without some help! I need to help him!

Fuyuhiko: I know you think he needs help but he can handle himself!! He's done it before!!

Peko: Do you really think that?!

Fuyuhiko: I don't think that. I know that. (Y/N) will save us. We just have to be patient.

Peko looked shocked at how confident Fuyuhiko was in (Y/N). Peko looked away from Fuyuhiko and towards the ground.

Peko: ...Maybe you're right. He has survived this long without my help. And he's been through many things before he came to Hope's Peak Academy. OK, young master, I'll trust you.

Chiaki: See. Now, we're all not scared for him. Now, we know that he will save us and survive. We'll all survive this and live a happy life.

Fuyuhiko: Chiaki's right. He'll save us and we'll all live happily ever after.

Peko: ...*smiles* Thank you, you two. That helped calm me down.

???: Aww... Look at this touching moment.

The three of us looked over and saw our kidnapper standing in front of our cages.

???: Sorry to burst your dream bubble kids but that's not gonna happen.

Chiaki: And what makes you so sure about that?

???: Easy. Four are already dead, there are five more alive not counting me. So, that's six reasons.

Chiaki: So, there are five other people who are helping you?

???: Yes. *looks behind him* And here comes one of them.

I looked behind him and saw a pair of glowing orange along with multiple pairs of glowing red eyes behind it. I gulped at the sight.

???: Kill him and bring me his head.

???2: With pleasure.

The other kidnapper walked away and the pairs of red eyes followed her. The main one looked back at me and stared me right in the eyes.

???: Your ninja boyfriend is going to die now.

The kidnapper walked away, chuckling.

Peko: If there are four others besides the two we just saw, then he needs some help.

Fuyuhiko: He won't be prepared for fighting five other people.

Koichi: Yes he will.

Everyone overheard what he said and we all looked at Mr. Kizakura like he was crazy.

Akane: How can we tell him? He took away every form of communication we have.

Koichi: I think it has something to do with that mechanic classmate of yours.

Everyone then turned their attention to Kazuichi. He put on a sharp-toothed smile and pulled something out of his back pocket. It was a small little messenger!

Hiyoko: When did you have the time to make that?

Kazuichi: During (Y/N)'s second fight with Karasuma and a little during his fight with Kaya.

Sonia: Amazing.

Koichi: Did you send him a message yet?

Kazuichi: Not yet. I was just about to.

Kazuichi flipped the messenger up and started to type on it. After a couple of seconds, he closed it up.

Kazuichi: Message sent.

Koichi: Good. Now let me see it.

Kazuichi gave Mr. Kizakura the messenger and he looked it over. He then looked over at Nekomaru, who gave him a questioning look.

Koichi: Break it.

Nekomaru: What? Why?

Koichi: So, he doesn't know about our little plan. And we have to destroy any contraband for a successful prison break.

Nekomaru got the idea and broke the messenger in half. He dropped what remains of it on the ground. We then looked back at Mr. Kizakura.

Koichi: Now he is prepared so he has the upper hand. And all we have do is play the waiting game.

Now, we have to wait for (Y/N) to save us. I believe he will. We all do. And then once he does, we'll all live a happy life. Together.
