By the time Dribble, Holly, and Lucky had reached the mess hall, it seemed like they were the last ones there. By the time they got there, others had already crowded around the body. Big Man motioned for the ones that gathered around the body to move so that Dribble, Holly, and Lucky could see it.

Dribble winced in disgust upon seeing the body. It was Max, with a large spear stuck in his chest. His body was soaking wet, most likely because it was stuck in the flooded mess hall.

Dribble decided to check out the second Monokuma File, to see what it said.

Dribble felt a tap on his shoulder while he was reading the Monokuma file. He took a glance, and saw it was Gabriel.

Gabriel motioned that Dribble come aside, and Dribble followed him.

“I think the fact that you and I know Max’s and Alastor’s weaknesses may be useful in the trial. My personal rules may be useful too.” Gabriel whispered to Dribble. “But, in order for it to be useful, we need to keep it a secret.”

“Mainly, that the spear is angelic?” Dribble asked, and Gabriel nodded in response.

Angelic Weakness: Max and Alastor are both weak to angelic weaponry. Only Alastor, Max, and whoever got their secrets should know this.

Gabriel’s Personal Rules: Gabriel has two rules placed upon him. He can't use the Peacock or Butterfly Miraculouses to escape, and if he uses a Senti-Monster or Akuma to kill someone, he is considered the killer.

“I find it weird that the location of death is a mystery.” Natsuki remarked. “Maybe that has something to do with the case?”

“It probably does.” Alastor responded. “If Monokuma hides something, it's important.”

Unknown Location of Death: Max’s Location of death is unknown. Figuring that out will be important.

Holly then held up her spirit box. Everyone then knew to be quiet as she turned it on.

“Hello Max. Tell me, was it you who killed Toy Freddy?” She asked.

“....I was forced to.” Max replied.

“What was the motive of the person who killed you?” Holly asked.

“...to return to their friends…” Max answered.

“Lastly, were you killed in the mess hall?”

“...No.” Max replied.

“...We don't have much time left before the trial. So…where was the last place anyone saw Max?”

“I saw him last in the firing range.” Gourmand remarked.  “If that’s of any help.”

Max’s last known location: Gourmand last saw Max in the firing range. This was the last time anyone saw him alive, besides the killer, of course.

The P.A then turned on, announcing that it was time to go to the trial room to get on with the trial.
As everyone made their way to and on to the elevator, Dribble only had one thought.

Why kill two? The killer forced Max to kill Toy Freddy…but why kill two?

Two just meant you had double the amount of evidence against you, unless you played your cards right.

What would motivate you to kill two?

But that didn't matter. What did matter, was finding the killer out and ensuring only they faced the consequences of their actions. Dribble didn't like how bleak his thoughts were, but they were true.

The killer must pay for taking two lives.
