The rules in this RP book is...

1. No bulling other people.

2. You can only have two OCs to RP.

3. You must be improved by the author to RP.

4. A common rule, hate the OC but not the roleplayer.

5. If you want to be the mastermind, PM me so I only know.

6. There are only 16 participants in this. No more than 16.

7. Don't disrespect other roleplayer's.

8. You can't copy the same talent if someone else is using it. Though you can use cannon talents. Like Ultimate Inventor, Ultimate Hope, etc.
