Kiyotaka once scolded Ibuki about how her outfit was a threat to public moral decency and Ibuki scolded him back about how he's blocking personal creative expression and that wearing things like this could be a great outlet to get negative thoughts out and since it helps get negative thoughts out it also helps with having a clear mind to study academics. Taka promptly apologized to Ibuki and started sobbing and muttering to himself about how he could be so ignorant and how he needs to punish himself for this.
