Ibuki, Mikan, and even Mahiru left Hiyoko for awhile. She kept being toxic and verbally and mentally abusive. They all knew why but they also knew that they couldn't just forgive her for continuing the cycle of abuse. After about 3 months Hiyoko apologized and softened up around them. They accepted her apology. Now Hiyoko protects and playfully teases Mikan, Jams out with Ibuki, and helps out with Mahiru.
