She was once a bride, but never a wife.

Throughout her and Rantaro's marriage, she discovered many hidden things.

She found herself chasing the man she's supposed to spend the rest of her life with.

One night, when she came home from work, she asked him to open the door.

It took him a long time, about 10 minutes, to actually open it. When he did, his clothes and hair were disheveled.

Kaede thought it was suspious, but didn't say anything about it.

This time however, she was going to stop him, confront him, and get the truth.

They separated ways after she found out he was cheating on his own fiance.

Rantaro was now living with another lover, Kokichi Ouma.

Kaede had recently found out that the two had adopted two twins, a boy and a girl.

He was once a mistress, and always will be.

Only one could have Rantaro, but that didn't mean the first one will.

Kokichi could only have him when she was gone.

He would step on her just to get to Rantaro.

Kokichi stood on his words and promises.

He had ignored others in his quest, including his very best friend, Shuichi Saihara.

Their love was meant to hurt others.

Society didn't like them together, a married man cheating on his wife with another guy, so they tried to push then apart.

But that just meant he had to go to other way.

He was once a player, and this was his karma.

Rantaro moved in a fast world.

He tried to challenge himself.

Rantaro was a thief who stole many women's hearts.

He was lost in his delusions of grandeur.

Rantaro viewed the world as if it was centered around himself.

Then he met Kaede.

During and after their wedding, Rantaro stood still as he fell in and out of love.

He found another lover.

Rantaro found Kaede miserable.

And alone.

The nights after he became drunk, he couldn't control himself.

Rantaro felt immeasurable guilt.

But he drove anyway.

Rantaro was driving home after a party with his friends. Yeah, sure he might be a little drunk, but he was good enough to drive.

He drove down the road as usual.

Wait, what's that silloulette?

His head was thrown back by the airbag that inflated.

After clearing his head, as well as he could anyway, he looked up at the windshield.

Blood? Why was there blood there? Blood isn't usually found on cars.

He heard screaming from outside, sounding suspiously like his ex wife when she found out he cheated on her.

Ouch.

There was the guilt again.

His head pounded as he stumbled outside the car.

Why is Kaede in front of his car?

What's she leaning over?

Why is she crying?

He tripped several times walking over there. Rantaro's eyes finally fell onto what she was looking at.

A dead male body.

Twice, Kaede had lost her loved one because of him.

The loveless never find love. Only the loving find love.

And they never have to seek for it.

Rantaro ended up in jail because of his reckless driving.

And no one was particularly inclined to say he didn't deserve it.
