"Sorry I can't come with you guys," Shuichi apologized again, "You know how hard work is."
"Don't worry papa!" The now 6 year old Kiyomi hugged Shuichi. He reached down and ruffled her hair.
Kokichi smiled fondly at the two, "I'll call if anything happens!"
Shuichi smiled, "Don't curse around the children."
"No promises!"
"Kichi!"
"Dad!"
Kokichi giggled, "That's a lie! Nishishi!"
Shuichi shook his head, "You two should go now. Don't want to be late."
"Okay papa!"
"Right, Shu. Let's go, Yom!"
"Whoo!"
-------------
Kokichi walked into the school cafeteria where the parent teacher association meeting was taking place.
Kiyomi immediately dragged Kokichi to the table where the adults were sitting before heading to the table with all the food, grabbing a plate and
Kokichi turned to the other adults, "So, I'm new here. Introductions?"
A woman with bright blond hair, definitely dyed, and way way too much makeup stood up, "I'm Linda Brown. I am the one who started the PTA, the student's math teacher, and Kelly and Kevin Brown's mom."
Kokichi nodded, "I am Kokichi Ouma! Ultimate Supreme Leader, and father of Kiyomi Ouma!"
A brunette with less makeup, but still way too much, than Linda spoke up, "Ultimate?! You mean you're from Hope's Peak?! I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Sasha Smith, mother of Karen Smith."
Kokichi grinned, "Nope!"
A man with bushy hair slammed his hands on the table, "What does that mean?!"
Kokichi giggled, "Nishishi! That was a lie!"
"You were always known for lying," A familiar voice stated.
Kokichi glanced at them, "Kaito?"
Kaito gave him a thumbs up, "What's up?"
Kokichi shook his head, "Didn't know you and Maki had a child."
"Didn't know you and my sidekick had one either!" Kaito exclaimed, "When were you guys gonna tell us?"
"Never," Kokichi stared at his fingers.
"Figures."
Other introductions were made.
The bushy haired man from earlier introduced himself as Paul. He had one daughter named Alice.
There were some others, but Kokichi didn't really care.
"So, let the PTA meeting begin!" Linda clapped her hands.
The kids came back with their plates and sat down next to their parents.
Sasha turned to Kiyomi's plate and scowled, "There's so much chocolate on it."
Kokichi shrugged, "She likes chocolate."
"But, it's so unhealthy! She should be eating more vegetables!"
"She eats enough at home. I can let her indulge for one night."
"But she'll turn out fat!"
Kokichi glared at her, "Last I checked, I was here for a PTA meeting, not a discussion about my child's eating habits."
Sasha shut up.
Kiyomi handed Kokichi a lemon bar from her plate.
"Thanks!"
He took a bite, only to immediately spit it out without making it too obvious, "Who made these?"
A woman spoke up, "I did! I'm Elizabeth Taylor, the proud mother of Jessica Taylor! I made those lemon bars with my own blood and tears."
Kokichi saw Kaito roll his eyes.
Kokichi smiled warmly at Elizabeth, "Next time you buy store bought lemon bars, buy the good kind."
He turned to Linda, leaving Elizabeth a stuttering, angry mess.
Linda coughed, "Alright, since it's the beginning of the school year, we should discuss vaccines first."
Alright, normal topic.
"We need to find a way to make the school ban them."
Goddamnit.

"Goddamnit," He heard Kaito mutter.
"Wait, wait, why?" Kokichi interrupted.
"Because vaccines cause autism!" Linda argued.
"No, that's wrong!"
BREAK
"What do you mean it's wrong?" Sasha asked.
"There is literally no evidence whatsoever that vaccines cause autism!" Kokichi deadpanned.
"Wreck her dad!" Kiyomi shouted, encouragingly.
"But-"
"Shut up Linda," Kaito finally interjected.
His son, Haruki Momota, snickered.
"I-I-I-"
"Like the idiot said: shut up," Kokichi sighed, "What's next?"
"Hey!"
Linda cleared her throat, "Next is a discussion of the upcoming school play. The students participating are Kiyomi, Haruki, Jessica, Karen, Kelly, Kevin, and some others."
Paul raised a hand, "First off, let's knock off the ones that involve romance."
"Wait, what?" Kaito interrupted, "Why?"
"Because the kids are too young for kissing scenes!"
"So, Cinderella isn't allowed?" Kokichi raised an eyebrow.
"Of course Cinderella is allowed!" Paul answered.
"But you said no romance," Kokichi pointed out.
"I-"
"Yeah, shut up," Kaito glared at the man.
"When did you get so assertive?" Haruki whispered.
"I think you mean no plays with kissing," Elizabeth stated, finally saying something smart.
Kokichi nodded in agreement.
The rest of the meeting was spent with the two former classmates shooting down any dumb ideas.
As Kokichi and Kiyomi walked out of the school, Kiyomi spoke up.
"Are you going to come back?"
"Are you kidding me?" Kokichi whined, "Of course I am! They're way too stupid for you to be around!"
Kiyomi laughed.
Hey! Hey! Do you want this to become a separate story or not?
