Shuichi stood outside Hope's Peak Academy, fiddling with the purple bow in his hair. He still couldn't believe he got into Hope's Peak, especially with his stupid talent.

He wasn't ashamed of it. It was just something that couldn't really be described as a talent.

Shuichi Saihara. The Ultimate Pastel Goth.

Yeah, how the fuck did he get in with that?

The school told him to wear an outfit that reflected his talent.

So he went with his favorite outfit.

Shuichi wore a pink bow and a purple bow in his hair. They both had a cross in the center of them.

He wore a long sleeved Pastel purple shirt with a cute white bear head on it with some black shorts that barely went to his mid-thigh. Shuichi also wore some knee-high black stockings with bones on them.

As Shuichi walked up to the gates, a boy launched himself onto the ground.

"Oh my god!" Shuichi ran up to the boy, going to help him up, "Are you okay?"

The boy had purple-blackish hair, with a white long sleeved shirt with a black short vest with matching pants. He pushed himself up, "It's a lie!"

"What?"

"You know I only did that to get your attention, right Emo boy?" The boy quickly said, standing the rest of the way up, "Or that could be a lie. I am a liar after all!"

"First of all, I'm Shuichi Saihara, the ultimate Pastel goth," Shuichi responded.

"Woah, woah, woah, you're telling me they actually used that for a talent?"

"Yes?"

"Hope's Peak is running out of ideas."

Shuichi giggled.

The boy gasped, "Oh my god, your giggle is adorable!"

Shuichi blinked, "E-Eh?!"

The boy blinked, "Oh I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Kokichi Ouma, the ultimate actor!"

Shuichi shook Kokichi's hand, "Nice to meet you Ouma!"

"D-Did you mean what you said about the giggle?"

"Nope!"

"Ah."

"That was a lie!"

Shuichi rolled his eyes.

This was gonna be a very interesting school year.
