Oh, I love his name!

Appearance: He has a very feminine body with long blonde hair that reaches his hips(He wasn't allowed to cut it) and bright red eyes, his skin is pale and proper, and could easily break if you touch it. He stands 165 cm or 5 feet 4 tall, and weight 54 kg or 119 pounds. His casual clothing is a long-sleeved white overcoat that covered his hand with black leggings and white boots, he also wears a red scarf, a black beret, and a heart-shaped sunglasses

Scars/Unique Features: His whole body is covered in different types of scars due to years of domestic abuse by his own parents. That's why he wears clothes that will cover up his whole body so no one can see the ugly scars.

Favorite Part of body: His eyes, that's what we make he stand out from the rest

Least Favourite Part of body: His scar, it always reminds him of his parents and his dark past

He definitely sounds like he could give some excellent fashion advice. Is he able to help the girls with their hair? (It's not exactly important to the character himself I'm just imagining him doing that rn). On another note, do other people in his family have red eyes?

Personality: He is very mature and mother-like, always kind and caring to the other students. He is a very submissive and go-with-the-flow type of guy; when asked about his opinion on something he will simply say "Whatever you say". He doesn't speak up much even if he disagrees with something due to his past. His overall personality can be described as more feminine than masculine, Fo example, he likes fashion and hates sports. He is usually very calm but can be ticked off easily by someone calling him a girl. He is also very imaginative and often daydreamed about escaping the reality he lives in, cutting off everything until someone pulled him back to reality. He also tends to overreact a lot in situations. He can't let go of the past, and it feels like it is haunting him always, making him feel very depressed from time to time. He didn't want to let the other know, and always hide his pain behind a smile.

Aw, I hope he's doing better. It's sad that people start to hide their opinions, which could be an indicator of not being able to voice an opinion in the past. I think. Anyways, brownie points to you for making that part of his personality.

Likes: Fashion, Cute stuff, sweets, pastel colours, children(not in a romantic way, he just loves to play with them)

Dislike: Sports, anything that involves physical labour, his past, being called a girl

Fears: His past coming back to haunt him, people he loved dying, darkness, and blood

The only complaint I have here is that his likes/dislikes/fears are listed, I'd like to see more explanation on each one.

Coping with death: He would become depressed, cry a lot, and blame himself for not taking care of them enough. He becomes determined to help catch the killer, and if the killer is caught, he would spend several days sulking in his room, refusing to come out.

You're fine, at least you got the skills listed.  Also, if you don't mind, I'd love to see a bit more clarification: was it everyone who was in the killing game or just a few? What were their names? That kind of thing.

Backstory: He was born into a wealthy family. His parents own a huge fashion business that is well known throughout the country. They always wanted a girl but he was born instead. Instead, he was forced to take on the role of a girl by his parents. He was forced to wear only girl clothing, and forced to act like one, and if he refused, he would get beaten by his parents. Ever since he was born he always has to be a perfect girl and housewife to his parents. They only acknowledged him as a girl and a tool. They force their ideology of a perfect housewife on him and force him to learn all skills they think he will need. They also teach him about fashion and designing, hoping one day he will take over the company, which he excelled at, but he was never given any credit to. He also was given some form of education, but his parent's goal was always having him married to another big company heir and join them together as one so they will be even richer. For years, Haruki was forced to take on these roles, with no freedom at all. This lead to him developing depression and self-harm as a way to cope with the stress, Until one day when he was 15 his parents announced that they find a perfect partner for him to marry, and that was the last straw, he ran away from home to find his aunt and uncle, which is shocked to hear about what had happened. They knew that his mother and father always wanted a girl but never to this level. They fight with Haruki's parents for custody in raising Haruki, and they won.

Excellent backstory. He's obviously still effected mentally and physically from the past abuse, and he did get away from the situation, which is always a good thing.
