(Her talent is a little...odd? I would like some explanation for it later in the bio.)

Appearance: Pastel pink wavy long hair, mostly in a bun with something in there to keep it stable, acid green eye, a porcelain doll kind of face, unusually pale, wearing a short deep cut out dress with some transparent fabric at her waist, over knee stockings and high heels.
Scars/Unique Features: An eyepatch covering an empty eye socket (explained later in backstory), scars all over her, a knife attached to her left leg, 188 cm tall, very large breast with matching hips.
Favorite Part Of Body: Hates everything about her body
Least Favorite Part Of Body: Breasts

(Maybe the breasts get in the way of fighting-? One thing I would say here is to explain why she doesn't like her body and why her breasts are the worst part. I'd also explain the scars a bit more. Also, go into more detail with her "porcelain doll like face.")

(Okay, seems decent enough. I would like more detail with her personality. How is she invisible? Is it a literal thing or superhero thing? How can she smell blood that well? I'd also explain her likes and dislikes in a bit more detail.)

(Why are the boys grouped together as random? Also, what made the relationships weird?)

Backstory: With 9 years her beloved mother passed away due to cancer. After that her mom remarried a psychopath. The new mom removed her eye with acid just because she looked weird at her and rack her mentally which leads to suicide attempts at 12. Her stepmother tried the same for her brother but she always gets his torture for him. At the same age she moved from America to Japan. There she met her girlfriend and gets into a relationship with her.

(Did she get into a relationship at 12? Why is she a yandere? Why does she not like roses or Christmas? Those should be explained in their backstory. Thank you for explaining her eye and scars, but the backstory should explain why your character is the way that she is.)

Fate in Game: Chapter 2 Killer (Another character asked her to kill them)
Execution: I Failed
She sees her girlfriend and brother get killed, which makes her cry. Suddenly the mascot throws a bucket full of acid at her. While she gets etched away she sees that the persons she saw getting killed were just robots.

(That's a good execution. That's also a refreshing murder motive. I'm glad it wasn't because of obsession or money or fame.)

In conclusion, Scarlet is a promising character. Her biography needs a lot more details, especially about her talent, likes, dislikes, and past relationships.
