Kuzumi's Pov

-Time Skip one day-

I met Ginji and Makoto to the bathhouse, they greeted me in with a smile and I asked "so alter ego's finally finished?" My brother nods and points to the door with his thumb "yup he just finished a few minute ago, now we can go see what he found in Monokuma's Files" this made me smile.

The thought of freedom made me sigh "A way out...that would be nice, wouldn't it Gin?" I nudged his shoulder and he laughed "yeah the thought of fresh air over this recycled crap is something to look forward to" we walked into the bathousemand waited for everyone else to come.

Once everyone gathered (minus Togami) and Makoto says "well everyones here minus Togami so lets find out what Alter Ego found" Ginji sat down and typed "-Hey Alter Ego, what did you find out about our situation?-" He smiled and replied "A lot of things look!" He flashed us an image of everyone out in the snow playing and messing around, looking at it made me remember something as my head throbbed in pain I could only scream "T-This is!"

-Flashback-

We all were having a lovely time outside in the snow, everyone was enjoying themselves in there own ways. I spent my time with my boyfriend Mondo, Taka, and my brother Ginji making one of the biggest snowmen I've every seen made, seeing Mondo in his muscle shirt made me slightly concerned for his health so I said " Mondo, you're crazy to wear a muscle shirt in THIS weather! Here. Put this scarf on before you catch your death of cold" he thanks me and raps it around his neck.

I spy my brother sneaking behind us as he climbed on a ledge and leaped over nailing Mondo in the forehead and he fell back on his rear end, I laughed and Mondo growled in rage " That's it! You're gonna get it now, Ginji!"he throws one and misses, soon everyone was in this all out snowball brawl, some teamed with others where others stood no chance. Taka who seemed mad yells " Cease this behavior immediately! This kind of behavior is unwelcome in a school environment!" I laughed and threw one at his stomach he glared at me and raised a snowball smirking.

I laughee running away as Taka chased me laughing. I see Ginji dodging like an expert as Mondo furiously threw snowball after snowball missing each time and he jokes "Your such a poor aim, a Stormtrooper would hit me mors then you could" (ha star wars joke XD) he growls in rage "THAT DOES IT!" He throws multiple snowballs and one hits me in the head, obviously it had ice because I fly down to the ground a sharp pain in the back of my head.

My brother immediately rushes to help me up and says "you ok?" I check the hit on my head finding an bump on my head blood trickling from it and I walk over to Mondo "Owowowowow!!!! Damn it, Oowada!!!!" I hit him, Taka being an authority figure yells "Mondo apologize to Kuzumi!" He bowed his head respectively and apologies, I looked down and sighed " It's okay just...Be more careful next time, dummy." I blushed and ran inside, I left him blushing equally if not more.

Ginji bumps Mondo in the shoulder and laughed "To make you feel better you hit me" he points at his arm which is covered in snow. Hina was also inside wiping the snow from her boots, she smiled and I ask "Hina?....how do you know...you love someone?"  Before my could hear her answer the vison moves to Mondo, Ginji and Taka.

Taka scolds both Mondo and Ginji " Exactly why I said not to express in such behavior! Ginji! Because you and Mondo did so, Kuzumi was hurt!" Momdo scoffs "She said she was fine, she wasn't hurt so bad" Taka clenches his fist "But you still have no idea how..." he sighs "nevermind" Mondo turns "whatever" Ginji raises her eyebrow because of the conversation as he saw both sides of the argument.

I come back outside and asks Mondo "h-hey can we talk?" My face was red and I couldn't keep direct eye contact he nods not faltering "sure we can talk" we walked inside and sat down next to the fireplace, each in a seat directly across from each other. I braved up and said " Mondo...I...I'm not sure how to say this but...I...care for you deeply." He stood up and picked me up with all his strength "I feel the same" he kissed me lovingly. During the kiss I hear someone call my name, someone outside the dream and I opened my eyes and returned back to reality.

-End of Flashback-

I was wide eyed and in tears and muttered "I...I remeber now...Mondo...and I...we were together...in the snow...Gin was there...Taka too, I think everyone was there" Ginji was also wide eyed "W-what?" He obviously saw the same vision I did because he was out of it same as me.

I shook my head " Call me crazy if you want...But...I remember it plain as day. That means...We've either had our memories erased, or...Monokuma's put fake memories in our minds...." suddenly Monokuma appears "What makes you say that?" everyone in the room jumped.

I gasped "Damn you Monokuma! Stop doing that!"he laughed "why its so fun to jump out and scare y'all like a ghost" he wavee his hands and made a ghost wail. I instantly reply " Wrong...What's fun to you...Is other people's suffering!" I sob remember Taka and Mondo " Other people's bonds don't mean anything to you...Nothing matters to you!" He stood proud and said "so true!" He notices Alter Ego who had turned himself into a video game named Trigger Happy Havoc "nifty game you got there" Kyoko stood in front of Alter Ego and Togami glared at the bear " Make yourself useful. Why don't you go run along and figure out another murder motive, Monokuma?" He lowered his head and cryed "Darn im not welcome anymore" he disappeared.

I smiled at Alter Ego "nice video game cover Alter Ego!" And then I turned and smiled at Byakuya even if it hurt me to say it "Byakuya I cant believe im saying this but, thanks for making Monokuma go away" He turned with a scoff not excepting my gratitude, Alter Ego however smiled in return. I looked back at the image and began to cry again " Why? What could've happened...to change us from happy and alive...To turning on each other and killing each other?!" My brother was there to support me "I its all Monokuma's doing, I know for a fact we could all get along if he wasn't in the picture" I felt a little better but still felt sad "I miss them no matter how much I try to be happy I still miss them" he looks at me and smiled I sighed and stood wiping my tears.

"Okay ill do what I can and make sure the mastermind doesn't kill anyone else" everyone agreed no one dissagreed or said otherwise. Monokuma appears on the screen " Ahem! Attention all students! Please report to the Gym for a pep rally! On the double! Don't be late!" Kuzumi looked up at the monitor "No doubt it's another murder motive..."  we all walked to the gym.

《Gym》

Monokuma stood on his podium and looked down at us "Everyone here? Good now I can tell you who the traitor is!" I saw the shock on my brothers face "I thought it....it was just a ploy to get us at each others throats" Monokuma laughed "nope the traitor is 100% real and they are amongst you!" Togami smirks and says "I know exactly who the traitor...or should I say traitors...they are non other than the Haruko twins!" He points at us and the rooms tension shifts mostly of rage from me and my brother.

"A-Are you fucking serious? Why would I spy for Monokuma after what he did to Taka and Mondo" I stood close to him and pointed my finger in rage, he turns "obviously you played them as fools and eventually shifted events to screw them over, you could have fooled me too if I didn't have good sense of deduction" I clenched my fist and raised it " How dare you!!!!!! I'd never do that!!! You must be insane if you think for a minute that I faked loving them!!!!" I couldn't hold myself back and began punching him repeatedly, my brother let me do it for a few seconds with a smirk but then pulled me off him.

I could only sob as I was held in my brothers grip, Togami who stood holding his nose closed was about to yell when Sakura interrupted him " Save your breath, Togami....It's not her OR her brother, because...It's me." The group all gasped at the same exact moment. This made me sadder as Ginji let me go " Sa...Sakura...No...You wouldn't...Surely you didn't...!  But...you were so...kind to me...after Mondo's death..." and and as usual Togaim added his two sense " You see? You can't trust anyone! Acting like friends...will be the death of you!" But Ginji put an end to it quickly "WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP!" I run out of the room crying " Taka's death...And Mondo's...She...She knew...And said nothing...!" I left them all behind.

Ginji's Pov

I called her name and cursed, Kyoko nods to me and says "go she needs you" I nod and run out to her room, I find it locked so I knock on the door. This this time she automatically let me in and she jumps into my arms sobbing "Gin...this must be a mistake...." I had no idea how to console her feeling and I only mutter "I...im not sure..." she wipes the tears and smiles keeping a mindset of hope "there must be a reason, some reason for her to switch and spy on us under Monokuma" we walkee back to the gym finding Sakura waiting for us, obviously assuming this meeting would occur.

She asks "Sakura I know you wouldnt be a spy for Monokuma. Not on purpose anyway. What did he do to you?" she sighs "he's got my dojo captured...and told me to work for him if I ever wanted to see it again" and with that everything made sense, Kuzumi felt the same " I'm not surprised. Monokuma will go to great lengths to get us to turn on each other." Sakura turned "Its ok if you dont trust me I'll understand" my sister frowns.

" I trust you. You didn't cause Sayaka to go crazy and try to kill Leon. You didn't make Celeste kill Taka and Hifumi. And you didn't give Mondo the secret that caused him to kill Chihiro. None of that was your fault. All of this...Is the Mastermind's doing. Not yours." Sakura smiles and thanks her " I can't blame you. If Taka and Mondo were threatened if I didn't become Monokuma's spy...Well...I'd have done the same thing." I nodded and said the same "but if he had my sister, I wouldn't hesitate to do that...or something to save her" she smiles and I smile in return.

"Byakuya's just being a jerk, they'll turn around at some point im sure of it" but it wasn't a fact as of now, there were those who dobted her. Kuzumi reassured Sakura " It's going to be fine, Sakura. Hina, Gin, and I are there for you if you need us." She could only frown sadly. Kuzumi trys to make her feel better "Its going to be ok! We won't let anyone else die!" Monokuma appears "Won't win...." I jumped.

I cursed at him for scaring me and he had this to say to Kuzumi " Bold words, coming from a girl who couldn't protect EITHER of the guys she loved!" Time froze as I clenched my fist and dropkicked Monokuma away from the three of us. Monokuma stood and bared his claws, I kept my fists raised in hopes of defense "What did I say about hurting the Headmaster!" He slashed and I braced closing my eyes. I heard a scream in pain and I see Kuzumi in front of me who took the blow directly across the chest and ran up to her face, I fell to catch her crying her name.

She smiles weakly in my arms " N-nice try...Monokuma...But I won't...Let you hurt...the only hope I have left!" She passed out from blood loss and I held her close "Its...My Fault!" Monokuma rubbed the back of his head " Geez. She won't die, but she'll be unconscious for a while. Serves her right for interfering" he dissappears.

Ogami lowerd her head " No...It's mine. This only happened...Because I told you. Forgive me, Ginji...Kuzumi..." she left me to myself and I tryed to stop her "its...not your fault" I lookee at Kuzumi.

Kuzumi's Pov

I woke up in the infirmary finding bandages on my chest and face "ow...for a stuffed bear..he has...sharp claws" I see my brother sleeping in the chair next to the bed. I stood and limped over to him "Silly big brother..." he talked in his sleep and said "it was my fault she was hurt" he cryed and shifted, I hugged him "its not you fault Gin" he jumped awake "Kuzumi!" I smiled.

He frowns "im sorry...." I raised my eyebrow " Sorry about what? It wasn't your fault, Gin. I did it...Because I didn't want Monokuma to hurt anyone else I cared about." He shook his head "no Monokuma's comment...it made me snap" I frowned and shook my head "don't say that! Im not dead or planing to die anytime soon" he nods and smiles.

"Hey, where's Sakura?" I asked thinking she would be with us but she wasn't anywhere to be seen, he shruggee and stood "Im not sure I'll go look you stay here" I wasn't going to hear it and stood cringing "I'm going too. I feel fine. See?" He immediately took notice of the cringe and shook his head "your in no condition to go anywhere" I frowned and yelled "I'm not letting you go alone! Hurt or not, I'm coming! If something happened to you...Like with Taka and Mondo..." I cryed "I couldn't live with myself!" He sighed and gestured to the door "lets get looking".

I looked down the hall "Let's start on the third floor and work our way down." He nods in agreement and we started looking on the third floor. After we search a few rooms until we reached the game room, the door didn't open " No good. This door's locked!" He tells me to stand clear and kicks the door down. We find Sakura slumped over a chair, we both gasped and ran to her side crying her name. I checked her pulse "Sh-she's cold...Don't tell me she's-!" Gin clenched his fist and screamed "dammit!" I calmed down my anxiety and said "We'd better inform Makoto and the others." He agrees and goes to tell the news to everyone.

-Makoto and the others soon arrive-

Togami had his usual snide comment "Now she's dead? Your all dropping like fly, soon the blood will drench the walls" I turned angry at the upstart prick "You bastard! How can you be so heartless?!" He laughed "As I see it, its just a step closer to freedom I let you all kill eachother and I stand laughing" I growled using the angry outburt I felt as fule "Monokuma's about to have two blackened on his hands to execute..." I try to attack him but he expected as such and grabbed my arm, my brother went on the defensive and hit me free "DONT YOU EVER FUCKING TOUCH HER!" His eyes narrowed "You're testing my self-control. It's taking every ounce of it to not hit you. Push me farther, either of you, and next time, I won't hold back." Gin stared deathly serious at him and growled "neither will I..." I diffused the situation by getting in between them.

"Let's just focus on the investigation" they both stepped down from there stare off "fine" thats all he could say. I picked up a magazine and notices something writen in blood It says..."Toko". I gasped and noticed a pair of scissors "Gin! Makoto! Kyoko! I think I've got a lead!" They all looked at us and Ginji said "strange" I thought for a moment "Now that I think about it...Isn't the dying message too obivous? If Sakura really died from the blows to the head she suffered, if she wrote a message, the blood would've run off. Think about it. Sayaka's did the same." He looked close at it "thats true!" I added to my first statement "Plus there would be blood on her finger. And there isn't. Her fingers are all clean" I thought for a moment "We need to split up again. Kyoko, Makoto, think you're okay down here? There's someone I need to talk to about this."

The two both nodded and left off to go find clues and I asked Ginji "Good. Gin...You okay by yourself, or would you rather go with me?" I was ok with either option, any way we found the same clues.

He smiles "we got this far working as a team why stop now?" I smiled and nodded knowing what the first thing to do was "Alright. First, we need to question Hina. See if there's something she can tell us. She was closer to Sakura than anyone. If anyone knows what happened or who could've done this, she does." We walk to Hina's room and hear her crying, her door was open to a crack so I knocked "I can't blame her for crying...I know how it feels to lose someone you care about" I knocked again "Hina? Can we talk?" She stood doing a weak greating with sniffles in between each word "hey *sniff* Kuzumi *sniffs* hey Ginji..." we both waved.

"Hina...I'm really sorry for your loss, and I know how you feel" I hugged her and she accepted the hug crying into my shoulder. I waited a few moments and then asked her trying not to make her cry anymore "But if there's anything you may know...Do you know who could've killed Sakura? Or why?" She didn't have the reaction that I expected she became angry "I dont know who but i will find out at some point!" I calmed her down "I understand how you feel. I felt the same way when I found out Celeste had Taka killed. That's why I was so determined to prove Hiro's innocence" Ginji spoke next "But if you have any ideas or clues it sure would help us" She turned away looking like she was waiting to say something.

She then finally said what she wanted to say "I...I don't know who killed her! Just that she was upset after I was attacked last night by Genocide Jack" Ginji snapped her finger "There might be an idea! And why did she attack you? Any reason she may have attakced you? A motive of some sort?" Hina shivered "It was because I slapped Byakuya in front of Toko. Then later that day, she found me and attacked me. Makoto and Kyoko stopped her before she could finish me off. Sakura found out and...She blamed herself" at that moment I knew exactly what happened, and by Ginji's face he knew the result as well as me.

"Hina, thanks! You've given me the answer!" Her facs was filled with hope "It did? Who killed her?" I was about to answer not wanting to but felt like she deserves to know who killed her best friend when Monokuma appears on the Monitor.

*Ding dong, dong ding!*

"I hope you guys have sleuthed very carefully! Time for the Class Trial!" We gathered ourselves and met on the elevator and then I vowed "No one's gonna die again. Not if we have anything to say about it."

Monokuma- Wow Kuzumi and Ginji are quite a team! I just might have to put a stop to it *laughs*
