*everyone walks into court room with equal nervousness, many still grieving over Chihiro's death but one hoped to not be caught and get out of this place free but had a great amount of guilt for getting off free and leaving another behind*

Monokuma- Here's the rules of the court....never mind lets being!

Kuzumi:Let's start with the murder weapon. According to the Monokuma File, she was struck in the head with a blunt object.

Yasuhiro- Maybe like a metal pipe or something?

Makoto:No, that's not the weapon!

Kuzumi- Yeah look at the file the weapon was a dumbell

Taka:So we know the weapon. But who killed her?

Mondo- Anyone who had access to the girls room, we can't because of the big machine gun posted as a safe guard

Kuzumi:It wasn't me. Ginji and I were reading in his room.

Ginji- *nervously* yeah The Outsiders great book (AN: Ive actually read The Outsiders, good book I highly recommend)

Togami: *Took notice of Ginji's nervousness* Chihiro Fujisaki was killed by....Genocide Jack!

Kuzumi- Who?

Makoto:The serial killer. The one in the news.

Kuzumi- I still dont know who that is

Monokuma:Because your memories were erased. *smirks*

Ginji- *noted the comment with honest confusion*

Byakuya:Putting the bear's words aside. Genocide Jack is none other than Toko Fukawa!

Toko- M-ME?

Kuzumi:Your logic is flawed! Toko can't be Genocide Jack, Togami. She faints at the sight of blood! Whoever killed those victims isn't squeamish!

Naegi- Your Wrong! Unless she has multiple personality syndrome

Kuzumi:Oh. You mean schizophrenia? That's the correct term for it.

Naegi- Exactly! Toko is actually Genocider Jack!

Toko:N-no fair, Togami...Y-You promised...It'd stay between us!

Kuzumi:*grabs her head, remembering something*

Ginji- *curses and feeling a throbbing headache*

Kuzumi:*speaks off the memory* I-it wasn't Genocide Jack. She never tied up...her victims. She pinned them to the wall with scissors. Chihiro was bound with an extension cord.

Togami- How did you know that? You were never in the library?

Kuzumi:Call it a hunch, Togami. A girl's intuition. There's no way Genocide Jack did this.

Togami- Then who?

Kuzumi:*catches on to something* Wait a second, Togami...How did you know Genocide Jack only used scissors to pin her victims? Unless you knew about her before we arrived here!

Togami- They have documents of killers in the library, I just put puzzle pieces together to deduce the conclusion

Makoto:No, she's right. Actually spot-on. Didn't you say that the copies in the library were genuine because you have the same ones in your study at home?

Togami- uh yeah..... *silent*

Kuzumi:Gotcha! Hard evidence against you, Togami!!! What have you to say for yourself?

Togami- How would I get into the womans locker room to kill her? Id be shot down for even trying to enter!

Makoto:Maybe it wasn't in the women's locker room. I took a look at both rooms. There was a huge-chested swimsuit model poster in the women's locker room and a picture of some boy band in the men's. That proves that Chihiro was killed not in the Girl's Locker room...But OUR locker room.

Hifumi- That doesn't make sense a girl killed in a the boys room

Monokuma- Unless that girl is a boy!

Kuzumi:Which would make Byakuya highly suspicious.

Togami- So your still accusing me?

Kuzumi:Considering the fact that you'd try and pin it on Fukawa...I wouldn't be surprised! Come on, Gin. Back me up here!

Ginji- *nervously* Yeah shes correct

Togami- *raises an eyebrow*

Kuzumi:*worried* Gin...Are you okay?

Togami:I sense your hesitation Ginji Haruko. You've been silent this whole trial. Care to explain why?

Ginji- Uh....

Togami- Is it that you know who the killer is? And may I guess further in saying that its some close to your sister? Being as the killer Is none other than Mondo!

Kuzumi:What?! No, you're wrong! Mondo isn't like that! You're just trying to shift the blame from you!!!!!

Mondo- No its true

Kuzumi:*refuses to believe it* No, you're wrong! All of you! The Mondo I know would never kill someone!!!! Th-the Mondo I know...Is too kind to do that!!!!! *sobs* He...would never...*sobs harder* This has to be...A mistake!!!!!

Ginji- Im sorry..... *knows he could have told her* Im sorry

Kuzumi:*sobs and hits her knees* Why?! Why couldn't anyone else have done this?! Why...Why did you kill him, Mondo?! I told you, whatever was hurting you, whatever was causing you pain...You could've told me...Why didn't you trust me enough to tell me what was wrong?!

Mondo-Remains silent*

Togami- Care for me to explain?

Kuzumi:*silent as well*

Ginji- *still blames himself* Im sorry im sorry

Kuzumi:*sobs harder* Mondo....

Mondo- Im sorry, he came to me for help...

Taka:*sobbing as well*

Kuzumi:*hugs Mondo and sobs* It's... Not your fault...you were angry...Lost control...You didn't plan it...

Mondo- *crys* But it is! I killed him out of petty jealousy!

Kuzumi: Mondo...That's enough...*hugs him* Please don't say...Anymore. It really wasn't your fault. *pulls away from him and runs to Monokuma* It's your fault!!!!!

Monokuma- *shrugs* its not my fault it was his own choice to kill, now lets vote!

Kuzumi:*about to hit Monokuma*

Mondo- Kuzumi Dont! *she stops* *walks over to her and hugs her* Dont do this, I accept my fate as it is... *kisses her* please Learn to live without me. Continue on and don't let this eat you up inside

Mondo-and you! *points at ginji* your her brother take careof her!

Kuzumi:*sobs harder* I wish...it were someone else...We promised... To survive. Until we could be together...Why did this have to happen?!

Mondo- I don't know, fates got a twisted point of view

Kuzumi:*punches the ground* Damn it!!!! Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it, DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!

Taka- *crys*

Ginji- *crys* I could have said something! *punches podium* I knew and I choose not to say anything! *collapses*

Kuzumi:*sobs more* That's what hurts me the most. My brother...Who I thought I could trust with my life...Lied to me...Now I'm filled with too much despair...To ever hope again.

Ginji- *cant meet her gaze* *the words eat him up inside*

After Execution

Ginji- Thats it! That'll be our ultimates! *flashes to the character name and ultimate, now ultimate brother and sister are shown*

Kuzumi's Pov

I run to my room a crying mess, he's gone, made into butter and eaten by Monokuma who used no remore in the slightest he just ate the entire plate with the same evil laugh. I push my door open and jump into my bed crying into my pillow "Mondo...why? You didn't deserve this!" I sobbed harder.

Ginji's Pov

I roamed the halls, no place in mind I just had to walk off this weight on my shoulders. Her words kept running through my mind: My brother...Who I thought I could trust with my life...Lied to me...Now I'm filled with too much despair...To ever hope again.

I couldn't shake what I felt, I let her down and couldn't get myself to tell her about Mondo and what did that get me? She doesn't trust me anymore and she's full of despair, I couldn't get myself to talk to her as we walked out of the court room.

I walked tord her room "Kuzumi.....please forgive me" I walked down the hall.

Kuzumi's Pov

I sobbed and couldn't stop, I rose up to wipe my tears when I spyed the pocket knife I kept in my backpack and considered the possibility, I then brave up and take the blade "I...I can't...Mondo...forgive me" I open the blade and point it to my wrist

Ginji's Pov

I find the door open to a crack and open the door "Please forgive m-" I see her with a knife pointed the blade to her wrist, my eyes bulge at the sight, I jump forward and knock the blade out of her hand, the blade flys across the room and lands near the bathroom.

She looked up at me with a sob " Just let me die. Like I said...I'm filled with too much despair...To ever hope again" this makes me mad I slap some sense into her "DO YOU THINK THATS WHAT MONDO WOULD WANT?" I began to cry "WHAT I WANT!" She screams in anger "WHY DO YOU CARE!" I clenched my fist "YOUR THE ONLY ONE KEEPING ME ALIVE! IF YOU KILLED YOURSELF I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO COPE! I rely on you as much as you rely on me, I made a promise to keep us alive and survive Monokuma's killing game, like hell im stopping that promise now" she falls into my arms crying.

"It...its not fair... I loved him!" I hugged hee and tryed to calm her "I know you did, now you should keep his promise to heart and live, survive and continue surviving" she sniffed and nodded "A....alright ill try. Gin...do you think...Mondo was reunited with his brother Daiya when he died?" I smiled "im sure he was, there probably riding bikes up and down giving them hell"

She smiled through her tears " Then I'm happy. Monokuma...won't win. We'll figure out who Monokuma is...And beat his despair once and for all!!!!" I wiped the tears from her eyes with my thumb "Now thats the sister I know" her smile began to glow in radiated hope and happiness " And...I'll never forget Mondo and the kindness he showed me...I will avenge him. By beating the Mastermind! I swear on my life!" I smile and nod "we can and we will do that together, everyone of us will survive, even Togami even if we hate his guts" she laughed agreeing with me.

She had a thought to note "Thats Right! The Ultimate Brother and Sister!" I nod and smile "thats it! Thats what are ultimates are!"
