Kuzumi's Pov

I wake up in the morning next to Nagito, who is still sleeping, so I kiss his forehead gently and make my way to the restaurant,  I stop to look at the monitor which sounded off with Monokuma's morning announcement "Good morning kidos! Get your rears in gear and start killing again!" I shake my head angrily and the open the door with a yawn. Once outside I find Nekomaru, who was also making his way to the Hotel restaurant,  he greets me with a smile "Morning Kuzumi!" I returned the smile "Good morning to you too, Nekomaru." We both walked up the stairs where everyone else was already gathered.

"Morning" I greeted everyone with a smile and a small bow, Sonia offers me her hairbrush "Kuzumi, your hair..." I looked at her confused for a moment, she makes a expression with her hands meaning its messed up. I looked at a nearby mirror and saw messed up "O-Oh, that..." I blushed embarrassed brushing my hair with the brush and handed it back to Sonia "Must've been from last night"

Kazuichi grinning like the Cheshire Cat says slyly to me "I see! You and Nagito were...Ya know.." he then makes a inappropriate hand gesture and his nose bleeding slightly. I blushed even more, Nekomaru stood next to Kazuichi and smacked the back of his head "Stop with your dirty thoughts Souda!" Kazuichi held his head and screamed "Ow! Not so hard!" He growled "Then get your head out of the gutter!" He frowns walking over to the food table and stuff his face.

"It's fine. I just was tossing and turning from... From the nightmares..." Hajime was curious and asked "Nightmares?" I didn't want to bring them into my issues so I told him "Never you mind" Hajime nodded respecting my privacy. I began thinking about the dream again and it got to me once again, I started to cry  but managed to say "Yeah. Always the same one" I wipe the tears away and walk to the beach silently, I needed time to myself.

-3rd Person Pov-

Hajime hated seeing Kuzumi like this, crying because of the hell she experienced during the first killing game so he had an idea "Guys, I think we should try to make her feel better, maybe we untie Nagito? So he can help her feel better now?" He knew no one would agree butmit was worth at least telling the idea, but as he expected Kazuichi shouted "As if!!!!" He then continued eating the food he had spread in front of him. Nekomaru smiles walking twords the beach "Nah. I know what she needs" he reached the beach seeing her punching the air furiously.

Nekomaru got close "Hey Kuzumi....." and as he expected she turns trying to hit him, he blocks it easily and smiled thinking to himself "she attacked on instinct definitely has potential if trained right" she continues the assault punching him harder, he blocks it again. The action drew the rest to the beach to spectate the sparring match. Kuzumi, using the pain she was going through screamed at him punching more "I'm not...giving up!!!!" She jumps back hands raised amd then charges at him with full speed.

Nekomaru smiles liking the sparring with Kuzumi, she was showing her fight again, and he was distracted with praising her spirit that she hits him full force in the face, this pushed him back a bit. Kuzumi stood panting heavily and Nekomaru laughed heartily "Now that was a good sparring match!" She smiled and fell he catches her as she falls. Hajime runs to the two "Kuzumi!!!! Is she-?" Nekomaru smiles holding her "No just tired herself out"

Hajime noticed the scar on her face and asked Nekomaru "Hey...Was that there before?" Nekomaru spies it to and shakes his head "No it wasn't...." Mmonokuma appears from behind the tree and laughs "Oh, it was. You just never took care to notice it before! She got that...protecting the brother she doesn't remember!" Nekomaru growled at him angrily "What did you do to her!" He stood looking innocent "I was after her brother. She simply jumped in front of it to save him. It was her fault. Not mine. I never asked her to jump in front of him!" Nekomaru glares at him.

Monokuma leaves them with a final comment "Anyway, you'd have to see that scar fully to know it was really there. Ask Nagito" smirking he disappears. Nekomaru shook his head and then lifted her up "We better get her somewhere she can rest" Hajime suggested her cottage,  he nods and he takes her to her cottage laying her in the bed gently and leaving her to rest.

Kuzumi's Pov

I wake up in time to hear Monokuma's announcement "Kiddos got something special to show you! Get to Jabberwok park immediately" with a quick shower and change of clothing I make my way to Jabberwock park, I see everyone else already there I stood next to Hajime and Kazuichi, who was half awake obviously trying to sleep before the announcement "Why are we here?" He says with a yawn and Hajime answered noticing the game "Not really sure but he must have something planned for us" I nodded in agreement "looks like it" Monokuma appears smiling.

"Looks like. Monokuma:Is everyone here? Good!" Akane cracked her knuckles in anger "What do you want you build a bear reject!" He dances a bit and points to the video game "I present to you...Your next motive! Twilight Syndrome Murder Case!" this gets Chiaki excited she showed her interest "A Video game?!" He smiles "That's riiiiight!" Fuyuhiko stomps his foot in rage "This is fucking stupid! Why would I ever play that damn game?" I was just as mad "I won't either!"

Monokuma laughed "Ok I hope you enjoy being out of the loop in the next trial....." I walked up to him pointing at him "I won't. Because I won't let anyone else die" he used obvious sarcasm in the next sentence "Ok sure, I believe you can!" I pull from the strength I felt when sparring with Nekomaru "Nice try. Your sarcasm won't get to me" he looked, shocked "What sarcasm? I support your efforts fully!" I shook my head scoffing "whatever" I leave them to themselves.

Monokuma then asks everyone else "Will anyone else play the game?" Noone responded to his offer and sthen smiles looking at Chiaki "Ok then......I guess play it when and of you can I can already know your going to play so knock yourself out!"

I returned to cottage and sat on my bed relaxing when there was a knock at my door and a familiar voice "Kuzumi?" I open the door to see the grinning smile "Nekomaru. Come in" We both sit on my bed and he speaks first "Kuzumi, I was told something that you may want to hear" this peaks my interest and I have to know more "What is it?" He points at my scar and says "You know your scar right?" I touch the scar slightly "What about it?" He spends a moment thinking about saying what comes next "Well I guess you got it saving your brother? Do you have a brother?" I nod "I think so" he continues asking me more "Do you remember anything about him?" I frowned sadly "Not really, no. All because of Monokuma"

Nekomaru shows his disgust, Monokuma taking the memories of someones sibling was one of the worst things he could have ever done. I cry "I want to remember..." he nods showing his opinion "I know......we all want to remember something he took from our memories" tears fall and I dont bother trying to wipe them away "Because...if I do have a brother....And he's gone..." he nods sadly.

I ask him "My brother....If he's out there... Why am I alone?" He makes me feel better by telling me something "Monokuma could have done something to keep you two apart somehow.....or maybe he's trying to help you as we speak" I hug him sobbing and he returned the hug letting me cry into his jacket.

I look at him with a smile wiping my tears "Nekomaru... Thank you" he grins at me "Anytime Kuzumi" I smiled sitting back up "You know...You remind me of him. Of Mondo" he looks at me surprised "I do?" She smiles at tells him how he reminds me of Mondo "Yeah. You're strong, caring, and you have the same "Never give up" attitude" he laughs heartily like he always does "I do dont I?" I smile "Yeah. *smiles* You...probably would have befriended him" he nods knowing it would have happend if they ever met.

I sob a little but try not to when I think about him "I...need to be alone right now" he nods respecting my choices but before he leaves "if you need me ever, you know where to find me" I nod slowly as he closes the door, I lay in the bed and fall asleep moments later.

-Dream-

I open my eyes and see im in a classroom and I see someone else standing in front of me, he wore glasses and had a smile on his face, I ask the person "You...Who are you?" The person looked at me smiling more "Im your brother Ginji......" my eyes widen with surprise "Ginji?" He nods amd tells me next "I need to tell you.....im trying to save you, find a way to get you out of this killing game" I didnt care what he said at the moment because I ran to him and hugged him tightly crying his name.

He hugs back just as tight "Zumi....." he used my nickname, that made me hug him more, I look up at him "I'm frightened, Gin...I'm so scared..." he nods showing his fears equally "I am too.....but knowing your ok makes it all good" he smiles and this is a smile that I instantly recognize.

"It's really you...Ginji..." though I never had any doubts that it wasn't him.

He nods grinning again "I...I believe in you Gin. Just keep trying. And I know you'll get us out soon" he nods telling me that he wouldnt give up "Yeah ill make sure of it!" He gives me a thumbs up.

I smiled through the entire dream, talking to Ginji. Only hope of escape and dreams of her brother the entire night.
