"What time even is it...?" You murmured, rubbing at your arms. 

You were looking at the installment of Monokuma's added rule: No going up to the second level after the Nighttime Announcement. 

It wasn't like anyone could break that rule- everyone had seen what Monokuma had done to Elliot. 

The time was on the top of the ElectroID, just like it was on most phones. 12:16 AM. 

"Guys! Guys! Come quick!"

Panting, Locke ran around the corner. The bags under his eyes did no sleep but further stir your need for sleep, but it had to be something important if Locke ran for it.

"At the base of the stairs...!" 

"What's at the base of the stairs...?" Natsu called back from his spot across the room. 

Locke didn't answer, widened eyes flicking across the room. "Come on, come on!" 

His panic seemed to get to some of the others. Mumbles rippled across the room as some people got up, you included with them.

You followed Locke's wild footsteps, only to stop at the base for the stairs.

The curled-up body, on its' side. 

The closed-eyed, yet panicked expression- one of the emotion you felt when you came to a near-death experience.

But... this person didn't come to a near-death experience.

They actually died.

The body of Koko Shigemi, the Ultimate Match-Maker, lay at the foot of the stairs to the second floor. 

"Ding ding dong~! A body has been discovered! There will be time to investigate before we begin the Class Trial!"

Another person dead.

Another Class Trial to go through with.

Another murderer to execute. 

THE MONOKUMA FILE: 

The victim is Koko Shigemi. They were found at the base of the staircase leading from floor one to floor two.

The estimated time of death is from 11 PM to 11:30 PM.

The body has a twisted limb, as well as their head being cracked open.  No other injures are seen and noted, internally or externally.
