Raven's POV**

I've been training with Craig for a while now, at least a week and a half. It's easy to see how much my wolf and I are getting stronger. I used to train on my own, but lately I'm starting to like training with the pack fighters.

We spar in humans a lot, and so far we haven't gotten a chance to fight in our wolf forms just yet. At the end of every day, Craig pairs you up with some other trainee and you spar, and whoever yeilds first is the loser. So far, I've won every battle.

That one blonde beeyotch hasn't dared looked at my mate in a long time, and I'm glad. She knows I'll shove a cactus down her throat if she does.

Tyler and I have gotten to spend more time with each other finally. Connor, Cade and Blake were given the duty on the dagger and finding out more about it. So far we've got nothing. A part of me tells me it was his dad, and yes I know that's horrible of me to say, but at the same time I was always told to expect the unexpected.

And then I was almost ready to point paws at the voice that I heard at the ceremony. It's been hard to get off my mind. It sounded so familiar. Was it a friend, or foe? I could not have been the only one who heard it. That means I'm going crazy. I'm not crazy.

Well . . . at least to a certain extent.

I haven't been able to connect fully with the pack yet, but I know it will soon come time, but as for now, I'll continue to train and be the Luna they need me to be.

"Are you even listening to me?" Dylan chastized as she aimed for my face, but I dodged last minute. We had to train together today, which I didn't mind. Dylan was more of a swift than punch fighter. Constantly throwing fast jabs, and dodging side to side with ease.

"What?" I asked as the hair from my pony tail swished to the side due to me side stepping her fist.

"I  asked you about the rumors." She added before trying to uppercut me. I bent my back and flew back up.

"Oh, what are they about?" I asked as I tried to kick at her feet. She jumped, landing on her feet, brown hair smothering her face.

"Blood Moon pack," She said.

At those words, I froze, and suddenly I found myself on my butt.

"Wow, a pup could have dodged that one." Dylan said, crouching down and staring at me with confusion. I sighed, and got back up.

I didn't think I'd hear more about Blood Moon pack. They were myths. Or so I thought. Connor's shocking revelation only made me start to question their existance as of recently.

Were they real? If they were, were they really as cruel as they were made out to be? Where did they live?

"What about them?" I groaned as I got up. Dylan sighed.

"I just mean, some bambling rogue in our prison just-"

"We have a prison?" I asked. How could Tyler not let me know about this?! This was important! We were keeping rogues locked up as prisoners? Not ok. Tyler will sure hear about this from me.

"Uh yeah? Anywhore," She started back up, resting her hands on her hips, "one of them is like, totally going crazy in the head. He says one day Blood Moon pack will rise up again, and rule over all the wolves ever put on this earth. He says that Blood Moon pack will kill us all very soon." She stated.

"Impossible. They're not real." I rolled my eyes.

"Raven, look at me." Dylan said, her mood changing. I locked eyes with her as if on que.

"Why did that dagger have poison on it? Who doesn't want you to rule? Think about it."

"Why would Blood Moon pack - if they're real - want to do anything to me? I don't know them, at least I don't think so." I added.

"Who  knows? They say Blood Moon targets Alpha's and Luna's."

"Who is they?"

"Legends. Myths. Prisoners."

"Exactly, legends and myths. Not real."

"Who are you trying to convince Raven?" Dylan asked.

-

I sat on our bed, not able to think about anything but Blood Moon.

Inside, a small part of me felt they were real. Yet the logical part said they couldn't exist. There was no way there was a pack that evil.

"What's the matter?" Tyler asked as he sat next to me.

"What? Oh, nothing." I replied, laying down on the plush pillow.

"You can't lie to me angel." Tyler said, placing both hands on my cheeks, and leaving a featherlight kiss on my nose. I smiled as my nose suffered from pleasurable tingles.

Tyler's hair was ruffled and he was just sitting in front of me without a shirt on, and only pajama pants. I gulped, ignoring the pleas of my wolf to take him.

He sat on his side of the bed and leaned on his elbow, facing me.

"Why didn't I know we had a prison?" I asked him. His eyes narrowed.

"Who told you?"

"That isn't the point! It's who didn't tell me!" I hissed, getting annoyed already.

Tyler looked down hopelessly.

"You didn't ask. Plus, I don't want you anywhere near-"

"Where is it?" I cut him off, knowing he'd tell me he doesn't want me to be near the prison.

"Raven, no. I will not let you down there. There are rogues, and then there are them. They're-"

"Dangerous, killers, blood thirsty yada yada yada. I was like that too you know. . ." I whispered.

I shrieked as Tyler grasped my arms, and now hovered on top of me, pinning me down. His eyes swiveled into a black swirl, and his shaggy brown hair hung off his forhead.

"It's different. You aren't like them. They won't hesitate to attack you, let alone kill you. I will not have my mate attacked by bloodthirsty rogues. You won't go there, ever. Understand?" His voice got deeper and deeper as he spoke, and I could easily tell his wolf was damn near in control.

Instead of getting angry, I only found myself getting turned on. A husky growl left Tyler's lips as I began to slowly grind my hips underneath his.

He sucked in a sharp breath and dropped his head.

"You don't want to do that . ." He whispered in a voice huskier than I've ever heard. I gulped, wanting more of him. The possessive side of him had pros and cons. Right now, it was a pro.

"Watch me," I whispered. A growl left Tyler's soft lips before they slammed onto mine. I could feel the dominance in his tongue as it danced with mine. My hands reached for his neck and I eagerly brought him closer to me, feeling his skin on mine.

Sparks. Fireworks. Tingles. Shocks.

You already know.

I felt Tyler reach for the back of my loose night shirt, and I made absolutely no moves to stop him. I needed more of him. My wolf was in and out of control, begging for more of our mate and I only agreed with her.

Tyler's rough hands tenderly rubbed my sides, lifting my shirt with each stroke. It came to my head, and I chuckled as Tyler couldn't get the damn thing off. I was going to help him, however he went Hulk on me, and ripped the innocent white tee in half. My chest heaved as I forced air into my lungs once more.

I felt more exposed, sitting here in my lacey black bra - courtesy of Dylan's dressar in her room. Before we moved again, Tyler's pure black eyes scanned my chest, and for once I found myself blushing.

"So beautiful." He whispered, placing sloppy kisses up and down my stomach. My blush faded as he said those words. He was undoubtedly the best mate in the world hands down.

He came up to my chest and lifted his eyes to meet mine, waiting for my ok. Instead of nodding like the average person, I kissed his jawline. He knew it was time to show that I belonged to him, and no one else.

He opened his mouth, fangs elongated. I craned my neck, giving him access.

They say when you get marked by your mate, your bond gets 10 times stronger, and the mark transforms into a shape within the next 6 or so hours, and it comes out looking like a birthmark. Dylan's is in the shape of a two paw prints side by side. She said hers took 1 hour to form.

As Tyler's teeth sunk into my neck, I squeezed my eyes shut in pain. It was only a few seconds long, before it faded, and I felt like I was on cloud 9. Pure ecstacy. I arched my back as shivers raked up an down my spine. This was incredible. Our hugs and slight touches would never be able to compare to this sesation of pleasure.

His fangs left my neck after a couple minutes, licking any excess blood that left my veins. As he slightly grazed his tongue over my skin, I moaned in delight. I couldn't take it. I wanted everyone to know Tyler was mine.

I grabbed him by the arm, and easily flipped us over, and now I was on top of him. He let out a moan, rolling his head back. He bared his neck, ready.

I made my canines appear from out of my mouth, representing my wolves. I bent my head down, and clamped on his neck as he had with mine.

Who knew biting your soulmate could make you feel so . . . alive? Exhilaration traveled throughout my body before I let go, and wiped away the small drop of blood. I was exhausted within a matter of miliseconds, collapsing on my mates chest.

He slowly rubbed small circles on my back.

"That was . . ." I started.

"Incredible." Tyler finished. I looked up at him with a smile of adoration.

"It was." I added.

"I love you Raven Dark."

"I love you Alpha Tyler."

And we fell asleep in each others embrace.

I was running, but I don't know why. I only knew something or someone was after me. I had to escape. My arms pumped at my sides. Breathing was ragged. Legs were on fire.

"You can't run Raven! It's done! You've done it now! Marked? Ha! You thought that could save you? Think again girl! I'm always watching! Always! You can't run from me! You can try but you will NEVER get far enough! I know everything about you now Raven Dark! You cannot run!" Someone was screaming but the words felt like they were being echoed around the room.

"Go away!" I screamed like a helpless girl. I was terrified. But why?

"Oh Raven, how you wish I was gone, or so how you thought! But I'll have you know, these dreams? I won't be haunting them anymore! My words will become a reality! And your in for a harsh one as well. We'll meet again Raven Dark. But this time, it'll be in reality."

I ran and ran, but as I looked back behind me, then forward, I saw I as in a different land scape. A dark box of a room with dim lighting.

I pounded on the glass door that I found myself now entrapped in.

"Let me out you bastard!" I screamed, but I received no reply. Something cold splashed my feet, and I looked down to see red liquid filling up the tiny tank.

Blood. I knew that smell anywhere.

"We both know you're not cut out for luna. You will always be Red Wine. It's who you are after all." THe voice said. I screamed and screamed. My voice hurt. The warm blood was at my neck. I hit harder and harder. It didn't break.

I awoke with a start, sweat rushing down my face.

I looked to the side, panting like crazy, as though I'd actually been running.

Tyler was in front of me, hands on my shoulders.

"Raven, Raven look at me! Are you alright?" He asked, panicked. His thumb lifted my chin to meet his dark eyes.

I nodded.

"Bad dream that's all." I whispered.

But I think we all know it was more than a dream.

"I'm sorry angel. You should get ready, you have training with Craig today, along with others trainees." He said, rubbing my arms. I took a deep breath and nodded.

Memories of last night filled my mind and I smiled with happiness.

"What?" He asked.

"I'm just . . . really happy." I muttered forgetting about the nightmare for a second. He grinned like a madman, and kissed my forhead.

"Me too angel. Me too."

I showered and threw on a tank top with shorts, and then paused as I touched the tender spot on my neck arch. The mark! I ran into the bathroom as Tyler excused himself to do Alpha duty. I faced the mirror with excitement.

I gasped in surprise.

There was a darker brown splotch on my skin much like the color of a birthmark. There was a crescent moon, with the head of a wolf howling to the side of it, facing the upper point. In the bottom middle of the two, were feathers falling from the moon. Joy captured my heart as I admired my new marking. Everyone would now know I was Tyler's Luna, and he was my Alpha.

I got dressed after a few minutes, putting my hair up and walking down stairs. I met Connor and Anna on the barstools.

"Hey Luna." Anna said.

I frowned.

"Anna, you know you can just call me Raven."

"My apologies Lu . . . Raven." She said with a smile. Her eyes traveled to my open neck.

"No way . ."

Connor's eyes followed suit.

"Shit." He whispered.

I smiled proudly.

"Congrats!" Anna said after a moment of silence. I raised a brow.

"Ok, that wasn't forced at all." I said with sarcasm.

"Raven, do you know anything about markings?" Connor asked, narrowing his eyes.

"Um, no?" I replied.

"There is only supposed to be one siguil. Dylan's got paw prints. Mine and Mike's are half moons. You have a crescent moon, a wolf, and feathers. That's impossible." Anna revealed.

"Maybe we did it wrong?" I offered.

"I don't know, I've certainly never seen it before. It's super cool though." Connor said with a smile. I smiled and walked outside.

Could I be any weirder? Why did I have three siguils? Do I have a defect? A disease?! I don't wanna die! Not yet at least!!!

"Luna, over here!" Craig called from afar, near our thickets. I walked past all the teens and kids sparring and made my way to his side.

"Oh, what's this? Three siguils eh?" He examined my shoulder area as I came to his side.

"Is it bad?" I asked like a child.

"I wouldn't know. I just know most wolves only have one symbol. Have you checked Alpha Tyler's mark?" He asked. I shook my head. He left when I was in the shower.

"Well, you can most certainly find out later. Today we are going to train in our wolves." He stated. I nearly jumped to the sky. I felt my wolf stir in anticipation.

I ran into the thickets, and changed, then shifted behind a tree. I walked out, happily showing off my white wolf. Craig was a grey wolf, with a white muzzle. I squinted my eyes. He looked a lot like Anna's wolf . . .

Maybe he was her dad.

He growled, and walked into our woods. I followed, ready for anything. We made it to a small clearing after about 4 minutes of walking. Suddenly, he bared his teeth at me.

I was fighting him? I'd never seen him fight, and I almost figured he was too old. Alright old man, let's see what you got.

I put myself in the defensive stance, baring my teeth, ears erect, and ready for anything. I watched his movements for any flaws, and found that he had the slightest limp in his left leg.

I ran at him, despite my instincts, and soon regret it. He ran at me full force, and quickly pinned me down. Wow, baldy gramps got skills I admit.

I kicked him off, my claws tearing at his belly.

My jaws snapped at his throat, but he managed to bat me with his enormous paw. I shook it off and regained myself. I had to get at that leg.

This time, he inched towards me. He hastily snapped at my muzzle, taunting me. I waited for my time. He went again, and again.

And again.

He did it one more time, and I took this chance. He lunged for my muzzle, but rolled on my back, and bit his right forepaw out from under him, making him fall onto his back. I stood over him, growling.

He craned his neck to the side - yielding. I soon got off of him, and we started to head back, but not before shifting back into our human forms and putting our clothes back on. Obviously. Not just gonna walk back naked.

"Good job, you learn fast for a stubborn luna." Craig complemented.

"Thanks to you." I added. He laughed. We left the thickets, only to hear the scream of a woman. Me and Craig exchanged looks as we went to the back of the house to see a large crowd of the pack in a circle.

"Move." I ordered, and immediately people made a pathway for me. Their eyes held fear and terror, and others were crying. I made it to the middle, and saw a woman crying, holding a figure.

"No!" She sobbed recklessly. I bent down to her side and saw the reason for her tears. There was a boy, about 8, with his neck ripped into.

"Craig! Get our Alpha!" I commanded without looking back.

"My baby! My boy!" The woman sobbed. Looking at her mangled son made me sick, and angry. I felt a new sense of protection with my pack. Someone hurt and killed my packmembers.

"Look at me. Hey, look at me!" I whispered to the woman sobbing. She turned, her eyes red, water streaming down her face.

She brought her hands to her forearms and seemed to hug herself. Without thinking, I reached for her and brought her in my embrace.

I got up, her still sobbing into my chest.

"Everyone, pack meeting tonight! No leaving the territory or else! Well . . . go!" I hissed to the large crowd. Everyone scurried away as I rubbed circles into the old womans back.

"He was all I had..." I heard her mutter into my chest through her sobbing.

"Shh, shh, what was his name?" I asked as I looked at the woman. She let go of me began to look behind me at her dead son.

"Don't. Don't look anymore than you have." I warned her.

"Mason Young. My son." And she burst into anothe fit of tears.

Within a second, Tyler was at my side, along with Cade, Blake, Connor and some old guy. Most likely her husband.

Holding this woman, seeing her love and sorrow for her son brought tears to my eyes.

"Helen . . " The man whispered, taking her to his arms.

"Are you the father?" Tyler asked at my side as Cade and Blake went to evaluate the son laying on the blood stained grass.

"Yes, William Young." He said, holding his wife at his side.

They looked so broken.

"I will do everything to avenge your son. I will find who did this. And I'll kill them." I said, a new fire burning through my body.

Silent tears slid down William's wrinkled face.

"He will have a proper burial and private funeral." I added.

"Thank you Luna." William said, carrying his wife away. As they were out of sight, I wiped angry tears out of my eyes.

"Hey, hey, are you ok?" Tyler asked as I turned to look at Connor covering the boy in a white blanket. I nodded.

"No." I said, my face distorting into my cry face. I held it in as small tears slipped out of my eyes.

Tyler brought me in his embrace.

"I'm fine. I'm fine." I assured him. I had to be strong. I had to be strong for this pack and that family.

He nodded and brought me over to Blake.

"Luna, Alpha, there's a note." He muttered.

"Where?" Tyler demanded.

Blake looked down, his blonde hair hanging over his eyes.

"It's . .  enwrapped in his intestine." He added. My hand covered my mouth.

Connor walked over to me, his hands bloody, with a small blood post it in his hands.

Tyler grasped it.

"It says, 'I told you we'd meet again. Welcome to reality. -BM. AB'"

"BM, AB?" Blake asked.

"Initials I'm guessing. Whoever this was, this is a message. A warning. They want something. I just don't know what. though." Tyler added.

My stomach churned as he read that note.

It was more than a dream.
