Elise's P.O.V.

I opened my eyes one morning a week later, and yawned deeply.

"Morning."

"AHHHHHHH!"

THUD.

I fell off the bed at Levi's voice. When did he get here!?! He smirked down at me before holding out a hand for me to grab. Apparently he had been sitting in a chair; waiting for me to wake up. Reluctantly, I gave in and grabbed the hand before he pulled me up. We went down for breakfast as Levi told me stories of trainings gone wrong. Like- when Eren mistook the honey for water and began cleaning the floor with the sticky substance. HA!!!! We were almost to the mess hall when Hanji came running out.

"ELISE!!" She cried before wrapping her arms around my waist before crying into the fabric. "I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!!"

"Well-" yet before I could say another word, she started to laugh. Creepily. Might I add.

"And you're....a...TITAN!!!" She laughed as she picked me up to spin around. AHHH! Suddenly, two hands stopped us both and set me free from Hanji's grasp.

"Enough merrymaking." Levi grumbled. "Time for food." We began walking again and conversed quietly.

"What did you see?? Is it as Eren believed? With fields of ice and lakes so big and salty that you couldn't see the other side??" Hanji hopped up and down as all three of us slid into line for our food; but not without a few weird looks of course.
Those must be the newest recruits.

"All of them are true. I even brought back some of the salty waters and new plants that I found along the way!" I explained as she 'ooh'ed in awe. I laughed and began to tell more stories of the outside world; but I made sure to keep out the classified. We walked down the quiet hallway after breakfast; back to my room to see the things I had.

I couldn't be happier being back, and Erwin seemed so as well. Since he's coming down the hallway right now towards us. I waved to him, putting on a grin for him to see. He looked up from a paper in his hand, and he saw me, but a smile never came onto his face.

"Hey Erwin! What's with the frown?" Hanji asked as she fixed her hair back in it's messy way. Erwin walked passed us, but I heard something that shocked me into a stone.

"They're here. Run Elise."

Eyes wide, I realized no one else had passed us in the hallways. Something passed behind us, and I know Levi realized it as well.

"Come on!" I shouted before my legs pushed me forward and shot me down the hallway. Levi and Hanji, though surprised by my actions, ran behind me as we made a dash for the stables. Maybe I can get away!

I have to get away!

Suddenly, something caught my legs, and I saw rope wrapping tightly around my ankles. I was sent tumbling to the ground by my momentum and dirt flew up a bit as well.

"Elise!" Levi called out in shock as fifteen- no, twenty military police showed themselves from out of nowhere!

In a desperate attempt, I tried to crawl my way to Allegro. Who was stomping her hooves and rearing back as the military grabbed ahold of her reigns.

Damn, this can't be happening!

Someone came up to me briskly; like they were happy that I was suffering.

Damn bastard.

"You're under arrest, Elise Frost." He stated. I hadn't stopped squirming to get away, so he pulled back a foot and kicked me hard in the ribs, and my breath was taken from me.
Then he put the foot on the small of my back to keep me there.

"Under the suspicion of being a Titan shifter and exiting the walls illegally."

I was shoved onto a horse behind a commander. Though that didn't stop me from struggling to get away as I watched Levi and Eren pushing past guard after guard to get to me.

"Assholes. Get out of my way!" Levi growled calmly, but I could see an edge in his eyes.

"What're you doing to her! Let her go you bastards!" Eren shouted out a few more profanities before he made his way to my feet. He grabbed at the rope binding me, but there was a sharp sound and then, I felt Eren's hands leave as he tumbled to the ground.

Did this guy just-!

"I warn you, Eren Yeager, that helping an already convicted criminal will land you into our hands." He had a cold, silky tone to his words that were most definitely not what I was expecting from a man with a full beard.

I looked to anybody- anyone who could help me from my unfair fate.
"Jean!"

"Mikasa!
Armin!
Eren!
Hanji!
Mike!" I paused, looking for anyone else I knew. If only Logan were here! Suddenly, I looked to Levi.

"Levi! Help me!" I cried out as I tried to fall off the horse to reach him, but other people on horses held onto my arms to stop me.

"We'll get you back, Shitty Snow White." He called out loudly. I stopped yelling, but I felt tears start falling as I saw him grow even smaller as we started to move back to Wall Sina.

"So stop your bitching!"

A day later, I got news from a guard- er, well I overheard the news as they were talking. Apparently, Erwin called for a trial to see who gets to have me. Since Dot Pyxis stated that he fully supports me being with the Scouting Legion, that meant I either went back to Levi and the Scouts.

Or I would go to the Military Corps.

"Get up, shifter." A woman snorted at me as I got out of bed.
Heh, it seems like it should just be a solid slab of rock.

They gagged me and shoved a bag over my head. Great. Now I'm blind and I can't breathe. There was a hard shove into my side, and I began to stumble forward as far as my legs would let me in shackles. I have to admit- they went a bit far.

There wasn't a lot of words exchanged, so I didn't know how long I'd be walking for, but about five minutes later, I arrived into the courtroom as there was suddenly voices once through the door. I was locked into place, and then the bag was removed so I could see who was there.

I calmed my quickening heartbeat and looked up at the judge. He never changed from when he convicted Eren.

"Alright." His voice boomed and took up every crack in the room. It also sent a shiver down my spine.

"Let's get this started."
