I Was Scared For Your Safety
Elise's P.O.V.
I was actually using my gear upside down?!? The wind slapped my face as I glided as gracefully as I did upright. My hooks detached from the walls, and I took the moment to swing back up. I stood, shocked for a moment, but recovered as I raced off towards the titan fight.
"Oh no..." I mumbled in horror at the destruction to the houses and building that were in their way. Men and women slaughtered. I could see a priest from the corner of my eye mumbling to himself; most likely, a prayer. I kept moving, dodging debris by twisting my body. Once, I was a millimeter away from having my chin cut by a metal plank.
Talk about a close shave.
"Help me!!" A desperate voice called from below, and I saw the outline of a woman in pink as she clawed at the ground. It was all in vain though, for a large piece of scrap metal protruding from her leg nastily.
"Don't worry," I assured her, using my blades to cut the metal down shorter. "I promise you will love through this!!" I picked her up bridal style, and sped off, looking for the MP's medical bay. "Let's pass some time." I began to talk.
"What's your name?"
"R-Renette."
"Lovely name, mine is Elise." I smiled quickly before turning my attention back to the large street beneath me. I pulled my hooks back, twirling in a circle and hearing the girl giggle through her pain. I winced at my own as she was literally digging her elbow into my wound. But I bit my lip, and lowered us to the ground.

After helping some of the injured, I was right back at Eren's side once again. Every time he drew back his fist, I would be taking out Annie's mobility. In a last ditch effort to save herself, Annie began to actually climb the wall!!!
"Mikasa!!" I called to her as she stopped Annie's defense. I raced upward to help, but I saw Annie begin to fall, her arm spread out to the point I would be crushed.
"Damn it!!" I cursed aloud, ushering my gear to move faster, but I couldn't. HURRY UP!!! The shadow of the gigantic arm came closer and closer, but then, I felt a hand on my waist that pushed me to the side and out of danger.
"Shit White, I thought you were supposed to be good with your gear." A snappy voice growled atop me.
"At least I make up with height, gnome." But my words were drowned out by the noise of Annie's back to the cobblestone ground. I looked up at him, his hand on either side of my head, and his fancy jacket covered in dust. Please tell me I won't have to wash it...
Levi stood up, brushing the dust from his shoulders with his fingertips. He then went on to snatch my wrist and drag me away from the scene, Eren pausing above Annie's body. That was all I could see before Levi and I turned a corner. I could see no pain in his face, but certainly in the way he moved, for Christ's sake! He should be off his ankle!!
"Levi! Aren't you supposed to be waiting with Erwin?! And what are you doing with 3DMG on?!" I asked angrily.
"Saving your troublesome ass."
"Hey!" My cheeks heated up, and I turned away. He always does this to me!! God, why do I have to be in his squad? Better yet, why does he have to be in the survey regiment? "Anyway, why did you come here?"
"Idiot. I came, because I was concerned about the condition of your safety." He said with no emotion. I raised my eyebrows angrily, clenching my fists.
"I-"
"Hurry!! You must cover the wall!!" I stopped my rant as I heard a priest yell, running closer to the regiment. I raced after him, turning my head to where Annie had dug her crystalline fingers into the wall. My eyes widened, and my legs felt like jelly. My stomach turned upside down and I felt scared. Truly scared.
"L-Levi..." I tapped Levi's shoulder and he turned to the wall. In a seconds, he stood in front of me, blades drawn, and ready.
Because within Wall Sina, there lie the face of a gigantic Titan, staring down at us. More screams filled the air, and the only thing that lay silent was Annie's crystallized body as a last ditch effort to keep herself safe.
"What is this?!? Tell me!!" I turned to see Erwin roughing up the priest, fear taking over his actions. I had to stop him.
"Erwin!" I called out, pushing the two apart, "this is no time to be blaming and pointing fingers."
"Shit White is right, sad enough," I heard Levi sigh, walking up next to our regiment leader. Eren and Armin stood, shaken up by the monster as the garrison regiment used a tarp to cover up the face.
"Eren," I grasped his shoulder, making him jump. "This is only the beginning of a revolution." I stated, growing bolder, yet curious at the same time. How could it be that our own walls, the only thing keeping us safe, is made out of our enemies?
"That's exactly what Richard predicted." I heard Armin whisper, and Eren nodded.
~~~~~~~~~~~
"You what??" Okay, that tells me that Levi totally would go to hell before he lets me go through with this mission. Gotta admit though, I can see why he thinks the way he does.
"You heard me." I sighed, agitated. Erwin folded his hands in front of his face, giving me a very cold look; much like Levi's.
"This is a very dangerous request, Elise." He explained slowly.
"I know, and I'm telling you, I want to go alone. It's better this way, and if you want, I'll write you an entire book on what I find outside those walls. Hec, I'll bring twenty notebooks!" My plan is to go outside these damned walls. To find out what's real and to discover the secret behind the Titans. Only, to do that and move quickly, I'll need to go alone. That and I won't attract much attention by myself.
"Leave while I think this over." Erwin commanded, and I sighed. Sadly. I left the room and closed the door behind me.
3rd person P.O.V.
"You can't do this, Erwin." Levi slammed the palms of his hands down onto his desk as the man thought over what Elise had just told them.
"It could work."
"It's suicide." Levi stressed unemotionally. But inside his heart that was long dead beat with concern for her. Though, he would never admit it.
"As I do think so as well." Erwin admitted, but he would tell Elise tomorrow that she was to saddle up and leave for who knows how long. "But I'm not sending her out there on my own command, this came from Richard himself in his dying moments."
"Screw that cocky-puzzled bastard." Levi blew up, anger taking over reason. "All he did was lead us in between a rock and a hard place."
"He never did that." Erwin reminded him. Levi growled angrily, making his way to the door, but stopping in the doorframe to ask,
"What was Richard's last words..?" Erwin sat up a bit straighter, the question coming a sort of a surprise to him.
"Let my daughter be herself, for she will never follow a leader, who restraints her intuition." Erwin quoted, pulling a hand through his dirty blond hair.
Hello my bros. :3
How are you all doing this fine day? (Or night for the night owls) I'm just sitting here in my room, tired, and not ready for American school tomorrow. I have a test in math, and I'd rather die of Ebola than take it. TT-TT
