"What movie did you say we were seeing, Jimin-ah?" Taehyung asks, sighing as he scrolls through his dead timeline on Twitter.

"I didn't pick one. There's a few playing at 1:15, so I figured we could pick when we get there," the elder replies, turning onto another street.

Taehyung shrugs, propping his foot up on the dash only for Jimin to shout, "Ya!" and slap his ankle. "I just cleaned my car, whore."

"My shoe is clean!" Taehyung argues, holding it up to gesture. "It's hard to find a comfortable position in your small ass car, Jiminie."

"Maybe you shouldn't be so tall, then."

"Yes, how dare I have no control over my genes and grow above your height."

Jimin tosses him a glare before shaking his head, focusing again on the road. 

Taehyung smirks. "You could always use sole risers if you're--"

He cuts himself off, laughing as Jimin begins to repeatedly slap his shoulder, ranting about how he deserves a better best friend that doesn't mock his height every chance he gets.

Jimin swings into a parking spot near the front of the theater, turning his car off and unbuckling his seatbelt. Taehyung steps out, stretching out his legs dramatically which only makes Jimin glare at him, the younger grinning innocently in return. He starts to walk off when he realizes Jimin is leaning inside his car.

"Are you coming or what?"

"Yeah... I think my phone slid under the seat," he replies. "Go ahead and go in so you can pick a movie. I want good seats."

"You don't care what the movie is?"

"Not really." Jimin pops his head up real quick to give Taehyung a pointed look. "But no horror films."

Taehyung laughs, replying, "We'll see," before walking to the entrance. 

He stops dead in his tracks when he sees none other than Jungkook standing outside the theater, frowning down at his phone.

Taehyung spins on his heel. He can wait for Jimin to find his phone...

Except Jimin is backing out of the parking space, sticking a hand out the driver's window to wave to his best friend as he drives off.

Taehyung gawks, almost desperate enough to run after him, then he hears:

"Taehyung, right?"
