Saturday morning was cloudy weather, quite calming. The autumn breeze was hitting my neck ever so softly. I was sitting on the porch watching as Undyne put some spiders up on the tree that had a few leaves left in it. Papyrus was putting cobwebs on the bark of the same tree, passing a few to Undyne up in the tree. Alphys was working on a robot that was right next to me. Making it spooky enough for the kids. Toriel was inside making some pie with Frisk. Asgore was out shopping. Sans was laying in a leaf pile next to the tree.

My mom had been left sleeping at home so she allowed me to come over today to help with the Halloween decorations. Though all I could do was watch as I had finished my job with the bats on the porch. I look at Alphys.

"Hey Al, what are you gonna be for Halloween?" I ask her. She looks at me for a second and then continues to do the robot.

"I-I don't k-know." She replies silently.

"You're not gonna do a couple thing with Undyne?" I ask again. She sighs and closes the repair box. I looked at her as she came to me and sat down.

"M-Me and Undyne can't p-pick what we want to be." She spoke honestly. I look at Undyne and hum in response.

"You should go costume shopping and see what you like, maybe Mettaton can help you out." I sigh and smile at her. She looks at me with a slight smile.

"I'll take that into consideration." She said, We look at the tree that Papyrus and Undyne were working on.

"Hey Al, I'll be back." I stand up and head inside. The smell of pie fills my nose. I immediately follow the smell into the kitchen.

"You like the pie I see!" Toriel exclaims followed by a giggle. I stopped in my tracks and smiled at her.

"Very!" I sweetly replied. Frisk was washing their hands as Toriel placed the pie on the table to cool off. I turn to her and head to the table.

"Hey Tori, what are you gonna dress up for Halloween?" I ask. She looks at me and smiles.

"I don't know, monsters never really celebrated Halloween, but when Frisk told us about this holiday I was indeed interested. So as for my costume....I was thinking of a spooky witch." She replies with joy in her voice. I smile and giggle slightly. "What about you Y/n? What are you gonna dress up as?" She asks me. I look at her and shrug.

"Not sure yet. I might not even dress up at all." I nervously reply.

"You're never too old for anything!" She exclaims and does a small twirl as her dress flows. I smile at her comment.

"AL STOP THE ROBOT IT'LL HURT YOU!" We turn our heads to the voice. Sounds like Undyne. Frisk came to us and looked at us confused.

"I-I'm t-trying!" Alphys frantically replies. Us three head to the door to see that the robot that Al was working on had malfunctioned. Al was pressing a few buttons on a controller but nothing was happening. Papyrus stood in front of the robot pushing it away from Alphys.

"I DON'T WANT TO HURT YOU!!" Papy exclaims to the robot. The robot is brainlessly pushing Papy, he is losing his grip. Tori got behind the robot and got the waist of it pulling it away from Papy. Al was desperately pressing the buttons.

"MOVE!" Undyne yells at them. They both quickly move. Undyne did her cool battle dance, and hit the robot in the 'stomach' making it hit the tree. The few decorations on the tree fell. Some hit the skeleton that was sleeping.

"SELF DESTRUCT IN 3....2...."

"Sans!" I yell. I look at him for the last second. He opens his left eye and looks at me.

"1."

An explosion arouses and the tree catches on fire.

"Yes, sweet peach?" I look at the voice and turn to my right.

"Bastard..." I mumble slightly looking away with an embarrassing frown.

"THE DECORATIONS!!!" Toriel exclaims. The sudden outburst made me flinch slightly. Tori gracefully twirls to the tree in order to relax herself. She looks sad. Papy went to her and pats her back.

"Al you ok?" Undyne asks Alphys as she hugs her.

"Well at least the bats survived!" I said in relief. I look at the woman staring at the tree.

"Let's put this out.." I said walking in the house.

"Don't worry, the pros will be here soon." Sans said. I turned to him and looked at him.

"You called the fire department?" I ask as I went back to my original spot.

"Kinda." He simply responds.

We look at the house in front of us. Though earlier what happened was a disaster the 'Woshuas' that came took it out. I think? They kept saying that the tree was dirty.

Anyway, we're looking at the house and we have redecorated it. Now that the tree looks ugly and nasty it was a good opportunity to make it more of the theme we were looking for. We had finished decorating and the robot was in the laboratory under the home. I helped put some spiders in the tree and some ghosts with Undyne.

"Well today didn't turn out to be a complete disaster.." Toriel sighs in relief and twirls her way inside. Followed by all of us behind. We head to the living room and sit there for a minute not speaking a word.

"Why is the tree burnt?" Said a low voice from the door. We all tiredly turn to the voice.

"You don't wanna know." Tori spoke softly to the question Asgore asked.

What up!! I know it's been long I'm sorry, I wanted to update earlier this week but honestly I haven't had time school's been up my ass and down my throat it's so much😭😭😭 but I'll be trying to type because I will make a Halloween special so ya I need to update to lead to it or something.
