Flexability tips
This is only my second year dancing, and I'm one of the most flexible people in all my classes. Not bragging whatsoever, I just want to share my tips with you!
1. For splits, Stretch everyday!
I can't stress this enough! People always ask me how to do splits and stuff, and when I tell them stretch everyday, they say ugh no. I remember when I wasn't allowed to take dance and I wanted to be flexible, but I didn't stretch everyday. Once I enrolled, they told me it'd help a lot to to have my splits. I got them in 2 weeks. I did stretched everyday, as much as I could. It's mostly the dedication to get your splits.
2. Get a routine.
Doing the same stretch routine can help your mind go smoother, and save a bit of time.
3. Practice!
If you are learning leaps or something of that sort, when you are done stretching practice your leaps. Even if you can't get them instantly. Use your plié! The more you do it, the better you will get. I promise, you can do it. ❤️
