Sumire stayed at home, not going to school. Chenle opened her room's door and the first thing he saw are the rose petals on the floor.

He walked towards Sumire and caressed her hair. Sumire weakly looked at him and frowned.

"Hey, Chenle.. what brings you here?" Chenle's heart broke when she saw her eye bags and how red her lips are. She obviously couldn't get enough sleep because of her coughing.

"Are you feeling a little better than yesterday?" Chenle asked then Sumire nodded.

Yesterday was the worst for Sumire. She thought she was already gonna die yesterday but she was only coughing a lot and it pains her throat.

Chenle frowned, watching her cough more petals with blood. All he could do is watch and feel bad, knowing he can't do anything to help.

"Sumire, just confess to him." Chenle said, then Sumire starts shaking her head.

"If I do and he rejects me, I will die.." She said then Chenle sighed. He knows if Sumire gets rejected, she will die, not immediately but on that day.

Chenle has become such a good friend of hers and he doesn't like the sound of her dying. He cares for her as a sister and a friend but he's also scared, something might develop for her.

"Do you want anything? I'll buy it for you." Chenle said, thinking about food for her.

"Pizza? Chicken? Carbonara? Lasagna?" Sumire said, tilting her head then Chenle chuckled, kissing her forehead.

"Okay." Chenle said, before saying bye and leaving the room. He went downstairs and saw a worried Sicheng.

"Is she okay?" Sicheng asked then Chenle nodded.

"She just needs love right now. I'll buy her food, take care of her." Chenle said before leaving the house and go to a restaurant.

He started ordering but then saw a familiar person eating alone. He walked towards him while waiting for his order.

"Hey, Jisung." He said, making Jisung choke from Chenle's sudden appearance.

"Are you alone?" Chenle asked then Jisung nodded.

"Why are you here?" Jisung asked Chenle then Chenle smiled.

"I'm buying food for Sumire. She wants food so, I buy food." Chenle said then noticed the frown on Jisung's face.

"Do you know the boy she likes?" Jisung asked before coughing. Jisung immediately hid the blood on his hand and smile again at Chenle but he saw it.

"Why? do you like her?" Chenle asked then Jisung blushed before nodding. Chenle then starts clapping.

"Well, good job." Chenle said, smiling softly. Jisung became a little confused to why Chenle said that.

"Confess to her. I'm sure you'll like her answer." Before Jisung can reply, Chenle's name was called for his order. Chenle then smiled widely at Jisung before getting the food and left.

Chenle head back to Sumire's home and opened Sumire's door. He then peeked his head out and saw Sumire coughing again.

She threw the petals somewhere in the room and Chenle frowned. He entered the room, making Sumire look at him.

"Hey, you're back." She smiled then Chenle gave her the food and she thanked him. She then starts eating as Chenle watch her eat.

"What's wrong?" Sumire asked Chenle that's staring at her.

"Something will happen soon, it might cure you."
