What's a better way to start a new book than by fluff? ^-^

Phil hadn't really planned on staying up so late on his laptop; it just happened. He was aware that Dan was still in the living room, watching some movie which Phil didn't really know much about. Phil was editing his new video, his eyes slowly closing every now and then. He tried to keep himself awake so he could complete the video and post it the next day but he was struggling. He did, however, know a way he could force himself to stay awake. Coffee!

He pulled himself out of bed, carefully placing his now-closed laptop down on his bed. He wandered down the hall, humming something to himself as he did so. He quickly put his head around the living room door to check on Dan. What he saw was an adorable sight: Dan had his eyes closed and he mouth slightly open as he let out tiny snores.

Phil walked over to the sleeping man, deciding if Dan stayed there, he would wake up with a sore neck. He gently slipped his arms under Dan and lifted him up. Dan was really heavy, Phil had to admit, but he managed to carry him down the hall to Phil's room (it was easier to get to than Dan's). He placed Dan down on the bed, watching as Dan's eyes opened the slightest.

"Why are you awake?" He mumbled, struggling to keep his eyes open as he awaited an answer.

"I was editing my new video. Go back to sleep, Dan."

"Sleep with me?"

"I need to get this video done." Phil responded, sending a sympathetic look towards his boyfriend.

"It can wait. I don't like sleeping without you." Dan pouted, making Phil dramatically roll his eyes.

"Fine but I need to finish my video tomorrow." Dan let out a tiny noise, slightly resembling a 'yay' as Phil lifted his laptop, putting it on his bedside table so he could lay down. He slipped under the covers beside Dan and wrapped an arm around him. "I hate you sometimes, Dan." He laughed, obviously not meaning it.

"I love you too."
