Sorry for the dalay. Update karte time maine jab chapter padha toh I wasn't happy with the outcome toh I thought to rewrite it. I am still not that satisfied pr I still wanted to update it anyways...

Baki start mai kuch nahi bolugi. Chapter end mai likha hai sab. Bohot jyada bhashan likha hai pr padh lena..

Ashi's room:

Ashi goes to her room and sits on her bed.She was having a lot mixed emotions. She was a bit confused by Rishu's behavior but on the other hand she was happy that things are sorting with TK. She walks up to her suitcase and removes a pendant from it... It was a infinity pendent.
(Same pendant as Chapter 3. Just ready chapter 3 ka start for relevance)

Flashback

On 1st morning Ashi woke up with a bad head ache. She remembers how the things ended last night and her eyes became teary. She wakes up and sees that Rishu was sleeping in seating position besides her. Due to her movement Rishu wakes up.

Rishu: (he quickly pulls her into a hug) Ashi tu thik hai? Kuch chahiye??

She just hugs him back and tears start flowing through her eyes. Rishu feels his shirt getting wet and he looks up to her..

Rishu: (breaks the hug and cups her face) Oye pagal. Roo kyu rahi hai. Yaha nadiyan bahani hai kya.. Dekh aab teri wajah se mera pura shirt gila ho gaya. Aab naya shirt lakr de mujhe.. (she lightly hits on his arms and giggles)
Aaise hi khush rahe. Ye asu teri aankho mai acche nahi lagte.. (wipes her tears)

She lightly smiles seeing him. He gets up from bed and gets her some water.

Ashi: (while drinking water) Manav kaha hai?

Rishabh: (sits besides her) Wo chala gaya.

Ashi: (shockingly) chala gaya matlab?? College ke toh vacations hai na. Aaise kaise chala gya wo. Mujhse mila bhi nahi..

Arsh (comming inside room): Pata nahi kaha gaya. Shayad Punjab gaya ho. Tu iss bare mai mat soch..

Ashi: (looking down) Aur baki sab.

Arsh: Ani aur Mrunu toh kal raat se gayab the. Unka msg aa gaya tha ki wo wapas jaa rahe hai. Aur bakike log bhi aaj subah hi chale gaye. Addy bahar wait kr raha hai humara.

Rishu: Aur haa hum aajhi wapasi jaa rahe hai. Maine teeno ki Delhi ki flight book kr di hai. Arsh bhi wapas Punjab jaa raha hai. And teri bags already packed hai so no tension.

Ashi: Lekin... Manav..

Arsh: Ashi mai Punjab jatehi usse baat kr luga. Abhi tu freshup ho jaa. Hume nikalna hai. Mai breakfast prepare krta hu. Aur Rishu tu bhi change kr le. Raat se yahi pr hai..

Rishu nods and gets up from bed but not before giving Ashi a forehead kiss..

Rishabh: Kuch bhi chahiye hoga toh awaj de dena. Mai bahar hi hu. And no crying. (Ashi nods and he leaves the room)

Ashi was about to go to washroom when she saw a letter on sidetable with a pendant along with it. She picks up the letter and reads it with tears eyes.

Flashback ends...

Ashi sees the pendant with a smile. She remove the same letter from her bag and reads it.

"Hey Ashima,
I am sorry aaise achanak jaa raha hu. Tu so rahi thi isliye bina bataye nikal gaya aur raat ko jo bhi hua uske bad bad mujhme himmat bhi nahi thi ki tujhe face karu.
Mai bas itnahi kahuga ki tu meri sabse acchi dost hai aur tu humesha mere liye special rahegi. I am really sorry for hurting your feelings.
But I promise you TERI JO JAGAH HAI WO MAI KABHI KISIKO NAHI DUGA. TU MERE LIYE HUMESHA MERI INNAYAT HI RAHEGI!!

Ashi's pov:
Kitna kuch badal gaya uss raat se. Uss raat maine sirf aapne pyaar ko hi nahi pr aapne doston ko bhi kho diya. Ek hi raat mai sab bikhar gaya. Ani wapas chala gaya aur unse kisise contact hi nahi rakha. Meri Mrunu se bhi koi baat nahi ho payi. Sanku toh jaise underground hi ho gaya ho. Manav bhi bina kisiko bataye chala gaya. Honey toh waisehi mujhse naraj thi. Aur Unnati... Manav ne jo kaha uske baad mai khud hi usse baat nahi karna chahti thi.
And Tandheel. Mujhe laga shayad maine usse humesha ke liye kho diya.. Uski yaad mai bas ye pendant aur letter reh gaya tha mere pas...

Just then her thoughts were broken by a knock on the door.
Manav peeps from the door and asks

Manav: Soyi nahi??

Ashi: (hidding the letter and pendant)  Bas neend nahi aa rahi thi..

Manav: Terrace pr chale?

Ashi silently nods. She puts back the letter and pendant in her bag carefully without getting noticed by Manav. They both go on the teracce and sits near the edge.

Manav: Aab bata kya baat hai? Kya soch rahi hai?

Ashi: (smiling) Bas soch rahi thi 4 mahine pehle tak sab kitna accha tha. Hum sab saath mai the. Jeslousy, Insecurities, gussa aur nafrat se koso dur (miles away).

Manav: Shayad yahi life hai. (smiles bitterly looking away) We can't stop living our life for someone else. We have to always move on.

Ashi: Lekin kya tu sacchi move on kar bhi paya hai.

Manav remains silent not knowing what to say. He looks down silently.

Ashi: Agar aaise move on nahi kr sakta toh kamse kam baat toh krke dekh.

Manav: (interups her) Usse chije aur jyada kharab hogi.

Ashi: Aur shayad chije sahi bhi ho jaye. Arsh, Ani dono chahte hai ki sab pehle jaise ho jaye. Addy bhi sabko miss karta hai. Aab toh Rishu bhi man gaya toh kya tu ek mauka nahi de sakta unhe. Hum sab ke liye bhi nahi??

Manav: (holding back his tears) Tujhe kyu har bar ye baat karni hoti hai. Tu bohot acche se janti hai ki tum log mere liye kya ho. Mujhe iss bare mai baat nahi karni...

Ashi: Accha thik hai. (looks at him) Aaise sada hua muh banane ki jarurat nahi. Nahi kr rahi uss bare mai baat. Jab meri bari atti hai tab bade bade lecture deta hai. Khudki bari ayi toh (mimics him) Ashi mujhe iss bare mai baat nahi karni

Manav didn't respond to her. Both didn't speak anything for a while..

Ashi: Accha sorry. Waise... Rishu so gaya??

Manav: Shayad. Mai jab room se nikla tab toh soya tha.

Ashi: Accha koi baat nahi. Kal subah wo aapne aap thik ho jayega. I know wo mere se jyada der naraj nahi reh sakta.. Aur fir toh pakka baat karega wo..

Manav: (he sadly chuckles hearing her) Agar wo baat naa bhi kare tab bhi kya hi fark padega tujhe??

Ashi: Padta hai ovio. Itna wierd kyu react kr rahe hai tu. Aur tu hi nahi wo bhi. Ajeeb harkate kar rahe ho dono aaj. Aur wo toh acche se baat bhi nahi kr raha..

Manav: Ha toh banta hai. Teri galti thi aaj. Batakr jana chahiye tha. Jo subah beach pr hua uske bad hum sab daar gaye the..

Ashi: I agree ki meri galti thi pr Rishu bhi itna coldly behave kr raha tha. Normally bhi bol sakta tha na..

Manav: Agar wo kuch kehta toh tu uski baat majak mai le leti ya ladne lag jati as usual. Tu toh usse emotionless insaan samajhti hai na jo sirf majak karta hai.. (says sarcastically)

Ashi: Manav aab tu bhi aaise baat kr raha hai. Tujhe kya lagta hai ki mai usse nahi samajhti? Mujhe uski fikar nahi hai?

Manav: Ashi fikr bolkr nahi batayi jati. Wo aapne aap dikh jati hai. Aur baat fikr ki nahi responsible hone ki hai.

Ashi: (frustratedly)Yaar ek din ki baat hai. Galti se ho gaya. Tum log ussi baat ko kyu lekr baithe ho. (irritatedly) Wapas nahi hoga yaar sorry

Manav: Tu abhi bhi samjh nahi rahi hai. (she looks on at him) Ye uska build up hai Ashi. Tu uski baton ko kabhi seriously leti hi nahi isliye usne iss baar tujhe kuch kehne ke efforts liye hi nahi..

Ashi: (confusedly) Manav mujhe nahi samajh aa raha ki tu kya kehne ki koshish kr rha hai. Saaf saaf bol.

Manav: Ashi kitna evident hai sab. Tujhe nahi dikhai deta ki Rishu wo har chij karne ki koshish kr raha hai jisse tujhe khushi mile. Pr tu kabhi uske ye efforts dekhti hi nahi hai. Tu kabhi usse revert back hi nahi karti.

Ashi: Mai Rishu ko hurt nahi karna chahti hu.. Pr wo aachanak aaise behave kr raha hai aur tu bhi ajeeb bate kr raha hai. Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha ki kya karu kya na karu. I don't know what is right for me..

Manav: Exactly my point. You are thinking what is right for you and he is thinking what is right for you both. (looking at Ashi) Do you really love Rishu?? Love toh chod do you ever realise his presence?

Ashi: (Ashi shockingly looks at him hearing his question) I do. Tu aaise kyu puch raha hai. Tujhe lagta hai mai usse importance nahi de rahi hu??

Manav: Tu khud ek baar sochkr dekh ki usne aaj tak tere liye kya kya kiya hai. Tanzeel ke jaane ke baar wo haar wakt tere saath tha. Unn 4 mahine jab tu TK ko miss karti thi wo har wakt tere side tha taki tu aakela na feel kare. Ek boyfriend se jyada ek dost bankr tere saath tha.. Wo har chij mai teri khushi aage rakhta hai. Yaha tak ki wo unn (SUTA) logon ko dusra mauka bhi de raha hai tumhare liye. Jab wo haar chij sirf tere liye kr raha hai toh soch tu uske liye kya kr rahi hai. It shouldn't be one sided. He will never expect anything in return pr its high time that u realize that YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING HIM FOR GRANTED.

Ashi was already in tears hearing to Manav. Manav just gives her a side hug and leaves from their leaving her in her own thoughts. Ashi was alone sitting under the stars. Tears were flowing from her eyes...

Ashi's pov:
How can I be this selfish. Mai aapne aap mai hi itna kho gayi thi ki maine Rishu ke bare mai socha hi nhi. Jab tak TK nahi tha tab tak Rishu meri priority tha. Aaj TK aa gaya toh mai wo sab bhul gayi jo Rishu ne mere liye kiya. Abhi tak maine sab galat kiya hai pr aab mujhe sab sahi karna hoga. Aaj pehli baar maine Rishu ki itni cold side dekhi hai wo bhi aapni galti ki wajah se. Rishu deserves all the happiness in the world and he'll get that.

She wipes her tears and goes down to her room.

Voiceover:
That night was indeed special.
It is well said that every nighat awaits a bright day. Well we considered that night as end of all the darkness of our friendship. For the first time in last 4 months we were thinking about our own mistakes rather than playing the blame game. We realised the worth of each other. To be precise worth of our friendship...
That night everyone slept peacefully. Noone felt a burden on heart cuz things had started to heal... It was definitely end of the dark tunnel..

I feel like first phase of this book is over. Also this is the 30th chapter (with all parts 1700+ or 2000+ words ka) which is definitely a big deal for me. I always end up leaving my books half way but not with this book for sure. I was consitent cuz mujhe flashback end karna tha and aapko suspense pr nahi chodna tha. Now that its over I can finally take a week or so off from writing for my studies. Uske bas wapas regular updates. Thank you for all the love... Will forever be grateful..

For me toh bhi personally this was most heavy chapter. The only chapter in this book jaha feelings likhi hai maine rather than fun conversation...

And now all rone wale chapters are over.. Happy chapter will start from the next one. Get ready to witness the most purest friendship... 💃

I need reviews for the whole flashback thing. And also which df bond are looking forward to.. Matlab kiske scenes chahiye... Couple and non couples wale bhi...

Also ek negative twist ane wala hai after 9-10 chapters. Please mentally prepared rehna cuz ye bohot bura twist hoga. (And mai change nahi karne wali hu... Sowiee😳) Tab tak 9-10 chapters enjoy karo cuz their will be whole damnfam in it... ♥
