Danny's POV

Im pissed. That's just it. Fucking pissed. I turn to dad with a death glare "what the fuck did you just say to me?" I snap "your just like rick! He doesn't care about anyone but himself! You don't care! Your willing to abandon everyone just for him!" Dad yells "he's the only one who ever gives me attention!! You and mom are always fucking fighting!" I yell as tears cloud my vision "rick doesn't care about you! He doesn't care about anyone!" Dad yells "grandpa rick loves me!" I yell as tears spill down my face "whoa, whoa, who-*burp*-whoa. Whats going *burp* on?"  The voice of rick chimes in, i turn to him as tears run down my face and i shuv past dad then walk to him "lets go on a mission, i don't give a shit were" i say as my voice shakes and he looks down at me, then back up at dad "yeah, c'mon kid lets go" he says. We walk to the garage and i pull my hair up into a pony tail, we get into his ship and ride off. The ride is silent as i wipe a few stray tears away and pull the sleeves of my dead pool hoodie down, i pull my knees to my chest and i wrap my arms around them "what happened *burp* back there?" Rick asks and i sigh "just....dad being dad" i sigh "seriously kid, *burp* what happened?" He asks "i was talking to Morty about a mission you invited us both on, ya know the one where we went to visit bird person and Tammy" i say with a smile "oh *burp* yeah" he says "dad heard me say that i love you, which i do. Your the best grandpa ever" i say and he chuckles "not really k-*burp*-kiddo" he says "anyways, after he heard that he started going on About how i was just like you and i was selfish" i say "he even said you don't care about me" i say quietly as i look out the window "he's wrong you *burp* know" he says and i look at him "its not like i give a *burp* shit but i do care" he says and i smile "anyways *burp* carry on" he says "so i yelled at him cuz he said that id abandon mom for you, i said that they dont ever pay attention to me and that your the only one who does" i say "he said again that you don't care about me so i yelled that you, uuuh" i trail off "i *burp* what?" He asks "i yelled that you love me" i say quietly as i look into my lap "i love all the kids" he says and i smile. All of a sudden the engine makes a massive bang sound "oh fuck" he says as he goes to a radom planet.

We land and we both get out, he gets a tool box and hands it to me, i slide under the ship as i go to work "hand me a wrench" i say as i hold my hand out, he passes me it and i go back to work. As i work some oil drips on my face "shit" i mutter as i wipe my face probably smearing it everywhere "your a pretty smart *burp* kid danny" rick says and i smirk in pride "thanks, but i get it from you" i say. I continue to work until its fixed, once i finish i slide back out and i stand up "should be good to go" i say "you got a little something" he says and wipes my cheek "give me your flask" i say "why?" He asks "i want your flask, your flask has alcohol in it. Gee i was gonna shuv it up my ass" i say sarcastically "geez, i get it" he says "but your only 17, your not allowed" he says "im sorry, did i hear you right? Your acting as if i give a shit, old man" i say with a smirk "damn, fine. Damn your a bitch" he says as he chucks me his flask, i catch it while smirking "damn right i am" i say as i drink from the flask. After i finish i let out a loud burp and chuck it back to him. He laughs and puts it back in his lab coat picket then slings his arm over my shoulders "just like your old man" he says and i laugh "wubba lubba dub dub, right?" I say "right" he says.

We get home and i see mom and dad arguing again and tears fill my eyes as i clench my fists while rick looks down at me with what looks like sympathy "would you two stop fucking fighting!?" I scream as tears drip down my cheeks. They turn to me and moms eyes soften "you two Never fucking stop!! If you haven't noticed, im still here!" I yell as my fists shake "danny, i-" i cut mom off "no!! You always fucking cry about not wanting grandpa to leave you, but you wouldn't give a fuck if i left!! You never pay attention to me, or any of the things i do!" I yell as i try and wipe my tears away "If you would of paid any attention to me, you would know that I've passed my science and mechanic grade at school" i sob "and its all thanks to grandpa and morty, they were the only ones to ever pay attention to me and help me out" i sob "I've gotten a job, i have a girlfriend" i sob "even grandpa and Morty have met her" i sob "they love her" i sob harder "grandpa rick acts more like a parent to me then you two do" i sob as i wipe my eyes, trying to stop the tears "rick knows more about me then my own parents do" i sob "you just don't care about me" i sob and i run past everyone and up the stairs "danny!" I hear rick call but i keep running till i get to my room, i lock the door and slide down sobbing into my knees.

Rick's POV

After danny runs upstairs crying i turn to beth and jerry "what the fuck is wrong with you?" We hear Morty ask, we all turn to him and he looks pretty pissed "I've never seen danny cry like that" he says as he walks to us "you have no idea how much she wants your attention" he snaps "yet your to selfish to stop making everything about yourselves. She always comes to me and rick to tell us things she's done, and im damn well proud of her" he says "so am i" i say "i bet you guys didn't even know she was lesbian, did you?" Morty asks and they shake their heads no "we did. She came to us as soon as she figured it out, almost a year ago" i say and Beth's eyes fill with tears "we were the first to meet her girlfriend, she's a nice girl. Her names hazel" Morty says "she's got a job as a mechanic, she's making pretty good money" i say "yet you two dont even bother to ask how her day has been" the voice of summer chimes in "i don't get along with danny, but she's my big sister and i love her, she's always had my back and i plan on having hers" she says "danny is the best damn big sister we could ever hope for" Morty says "danny is the only danny out of all the time lines. So im damn well glad im in this one" i say as i cross my arms "that girl has my intelligence and sarcasm, Beth's good looks, summers courage and Mortys kindness all mixed into one" i say "she's an amazing kid and you two ignore her" i say

"Dad I-i" i cut beth off "im gonna go talk to her" i say "im coming with you" Morty says "i have to go out with Ethan in 5 minutes, but tell her i love her" summer says and i nod. We walk up to hear loud sobbing, Morty knocks on the door and she tries to stop crying "w-who is it?" She whimpers "danny, its me" Morty says, the door clicks and she opens the door and immediately brings him into a hug, sobbing into his shoulder. He wraps his arms around her as she cries "thank you" she sobs "for what?" He asks "for saying all those things about me Down there, thank you" she sobs "its not a problem danny" he says she glances at me and pulls away from Morty, she gives him a smile which he returns. She pulls me into a hug and i wrap an arm around her "thank you" she whispers "no problem kid" i say. All of a sudden my phone goes off, i answer it and the presidents voice comes through

"An alien has gotten lose in the facility and we need you to take care of it" he says and i sigh, i pinch the bridge of my nose in annoyance "what type?" I ask "uuuuh, one that is sex driven and has been raping all the females who go down there" he says "ok, we'll be in a couple minutes" i say and hang up "sorry danny but you can't come on this one" i say "to bad. I can protect myself grandpa" she says as she grabs a gun from under her bed "where the fuck did you get that plasma beam?" I ask as i take it from her "i made it from old scraps in the garage" she says with a smirk "you did a pretty good job" i say as i let out a burp "i know" she says

"ok, lets go"
