7. Just Breathe
Just Breathe
The air escapes,
Your parted lips.
All the cooing sounds of the river,
Silence,
Feathering your hair in the sun's rays.
Just breathe,
Fell the air pull from the atmosphere.
Cries of loss and wilting desires.
The bloody roses you grazed,
Your palms gently touching.
Close your eyes,
Feel the wisp voices of the wind,
The tickling on your cheeks,
The purring of laughter.
I gaze at you,
Eyes half closed,
Flowers adorning your hair.
Just breathe,
For when I reach you,
It will be your last.
