------Soda's POV------
Well my little brother finally got a girl. I'm so proud of him... now that I think about it I haven't been in a real relationship since Sandy. I miss her but she cheated on me. Winter break is over and we all have to either go back to school or back to work. I woke up to the smell of bacon and I put my jeans on but I couldn't find my shirt. "Darry have you seen my shirt?!" I yelled as I went downstairs in my jeans. "Soda I think you gotta wear a shirt to work. I think it's against the law or somethin'" Steve said I hit him playfully on the arm "it's in my closet I ironed it" Darry said "thanks Darry" I said and I ran to his room and got out my shirt and I put it on. I ran back downstairs and put my DX hat on and my socks. "Steve have you seen my shoes?" "Here" he said handing me my shoes "Soda go wake up Ponyboy we gotta leave soon and he don't wanna be late on his first day back" Darry said while finishing breakfast. I ran upstairs and shook Ponyboy awake. He started moving and getting ready. "Ponyboy two-bit is driving you to school we gotta leave now see ya later ok?" Darry said. "Ok bye soda bye Darry." "Bye Ponyboy have a good day at school" I said while running out the door and I plopped into the truck while Darry started the truck and we started going to the DX.

I was working at the counter today which means it'll be a busy day. The minute we were open girls flooded in the the small area around the counter. Of course I like the attention and all but it's just annoying sometimes. I put on a fake smile and said "hello ladies how can I help you?" They all giggled except for one. She was standing near the door with her arms crossed over her chest. She had long beautiful brown hair and gorgeous milk chocolate eyes. After about an hour the girls all left except for two girls. The one with brown hair and brown eyes and someone else with brown hair and blue eyes. They looked like sisters. The two came up to me. The one with blue eyes spoke. "Hi I'm Andrea but you can call me Andy and this is my sister Madison. "Hiya" I said. Andy started speaking again. "I was wondering if you had an opening for a job?" "Uh yeah I'll have Steve interview ya." "Ok thanks" she smiled, I went out into the garage "Hey Stevo I need ya to interview this girl she's lookin for a job here" "ok hold on Soda" he said and he came out from under the car he was working on. I went back inside to the girls. "He'll be here in a moment" I said "Oh I'm so sorry I forgot to tell you my name! Im Sodapop but y'all can call me Soda." I said flashing them with my famous smile. "So is it normal for all those girls to be coming up to ya?" Madison asked "Yup they just can't stand my good looks" I said while doing a pretend hair flip and laughing. They laughed too. Steve came in and took Andy in the back to interview her and I invited Madison to come sit next to me behind the counter. "So Madison what do you like to do?" I asked her "You can call me Mads if you want. But I like to draw and race." Gosh she was pretty. "How old are ya?" I asked "15 but everyone thinks I'm 12" she laughed a little and I did too. "I'm 16 goin on 17" I said she smiled and then another group of girls came in. I groaned. "Hey Mads can you do me a favor?" I asked "depends" she said smiling "can you pretend to be my girlfriend?" "Sure" I thanked her in my head and I wrapped an arm around her shoulders as the girls came up to us....
