You and soda had been dating for a while. Jamie stayed here instead of going back to New York. It's been a few years since you first moved to Tulsa to live with your big brother Dallas. Jamie is going back and forth between Steve and Dallas. You can't stand it. "Blaze!" Jamie yelled. She walked into the room where you were followed by your brother and Steve. None of them looked to happy. "What is it Jamie." You said that was the fifth time this week. "I'll tell ya what's the the matter." Dal said. "Ok so what is it." You said not really wanting to know. "Ok so she was kissing Steve behind the dx." Dal said getting angrier at those words. Jamie smiled her  trouble smile. "Jamie!! If your gonna do that don't get caught." You said dal really did not like those words. He just stormed out and Steve went to the living room to get some cake. "Jamie what the heck. I told you tell them both what you really feel and pick who you care about most and will stay with. Cause all of us a miserable right now. Cause I always have to take dals side and soda has to take Steve's no matter what and I can't take it anymore. Your my best friend. Dals my brother. And Steve is my boyfriend's best friend. Jamie soda and I had a fight the other day and it's horrible. No one else knows about it. That's how bad y'all are making it on us man. Think about it. If y'all stop then maybe soda and I will make up but I don't know." You said before walking out of the room with tears in your eyes. You took off out of the house and out the door. "Blaze where are you going." Darry asks following you out the door. "Anywhere but around blaze dal Steve and soda at the moment." You say not slowing your stride. "What are you talking about away from soda. I mean I get away from Steve dal and Jamie but soda to what's going on with you two?" Darry said turning you around to look at him. "Jamie and her problems with Steve and dal pushed me and soda past our breaking points. We had a fight. Our first fight Darry." You said starting to cry. Darry just hugged you. He didn't say a word. Next thing you hear is feet running towards you and Darry then you heard soda scream and take off in the other direction. You and Darry both looked up. There they were the whole gang looking at you and Darry. "Blaze?" Dal said not believing what he was seeing. "It's not what y'all think." You and Darry both tried to explain. The next thing that popped into your head was to go after soda but the next thing was not to. To stay here with Darry. What in the world were you gonna do. Nothing you thought. Your life was falling apart in front of you and you didn't want to do anything about it. You didn't care. It finally hit you and you broke down into tears in Darry's arms. He took you back to his house while the rest of the guys went after soda and try to get him to come back. You fell asleep in Darry's arms like you had soda's many nights before. You still felt safe but it still was not the same kind of safe as it was in Soda's arms.
