Today we played games with Sonya and Bryce for the first time in a couple of months. She and Jodi beat Bryce and I in Pinochle, but we beat them in Hand and Foot. Both were really close games, but we still had a great time.

Insight for the day: Don't EVER take advantage of the time you have with family, whether on your side or your spouse's side, especially when that family is gone for a couple of months and otherwise regularly because of work. You may never know how limited that time actually is.
