I played with Katie this morning after getting some chores done. We didn't play with toys or play games, we just ran around the home this morning and had fun with each other, running and screaming. It was refreshing to be like a child for a little bit this morning.

Insight for the day: Play with your children. Meet them on their level. Remember what it's like to be a kid, especially when you're a grown up with all of your responsibilities. It'll keep your heart and your soul young.
