I wasted some time this morning getting up, and then I felt terrible about it. As I've been writing these entries every day now though, I've noticed a bigger portion of the  Spirit every day.

I received an impression from the Spirit shortly after: The best way to repent of wasting time is to make the best of the time that you still have.

Insight for the day: No matter what you are doing, if you are getting started late for the day, make the best of the time that you still have remaining. That's going to mean something different for everybody, but the worst thing you can do is stay in your chair, or in or on your bed and remain stagnant.
