Looking back on the last few days, I realized I haven't written daily in this journal (I've played catch up since then)  and I've been rather ashamed of that. But I've realized one thing:

What's more important? Making a daily record, or making the entries that matter? Make the entries that actually have insights I can record for my posterity are the ones that will contain the nuggets worth sharing.

Insight for the day: Don't let the daily entry  itself be more important than what's actually in it. You'll miss the real gold nuggets that way. You can always go back and make entries on days you missed using the influence of the Spirit if you need to.
