With my father in law's help today, I installed a new faucet system in our Master Bathroom. It was a lot more work and time than I thought it would be, but the experience taught me one thing today:

Insight for today: No experience or skill is invaluable, no matter how novice you are. Take it, learn from it, put it into practice. Don't discredit the skill of others that may do those things professionally, but don't shortchange yourself by not learning how to do it yourself if the opportunity arises.
